Make it to stage 5, align the teleporter with the planet (aka go to the teleporter and click interact on the outer ring) then get to stage 8 and go into the celestial portal that will appear after the teleporter event on that stage then interact with the obelisk

30 to 40 mins is not short. Hades is 15.minutes. Slay the spire 20 and dead cells around 20 too and they all had saving spots during levels... Hades had only 4 regions, Slay the spire 3 and dead cells 4 if I remember correctly.
