About multiplayer it really seems to go differently from person to person, ive never had issues myself but i hear some people cant even get in a lobby

I had 2 transport drones pick up one bug like a layup. It felt like he owed them money.

Only on operator they seem to do anything to any small target. They work on golems of all types for me. Otherwise they just barely drop them from high enough to do any damage. I wonder if on console the drones are not flying as high as intended

There was one patch not a week ago that mainly fixed a few bugs to do with dlc content, and added dynamic physics to survivor models and items on current gen consoles. Not too much outside of that

Unless they fixed it in the last patch the performance of the game on all platforms is notably worse on all platforms, it’s fine though

If you fully delete your ps5 ror2 data and restart it, it should import ps4 data. I do recommend backing up both ps4 and ps5 to cloud as a precaution, though

I had to delete my ps5 save anyway because I had the logbook bug and figured I'd start from scratch. Turns out even it tries to do it on each new ps5 save data creation

Yep, on Xbox. It’s because the dlc aren’t downloadable, but mere certificates to say you can access the expansion content, and the dlc content is installed along with the main game, which means that without an internet connection the game cannot verify with the ms store that you have bought the content.

Also means that if your internet goes offline mid run and you are using any dlc, you instantly get kicked to the menu and your run ends

The best start is just to play casually, on easy or normal. And once you get the grasp of the basis you either try to keep going progressively further or try to do some unlocks or both

I'm not that good at the game but movement is the best and you should always be looking for it and healing is not something you should be investing alot into, but you should have a atleast 2 cautious slugs and a few other healing items. That's all the advice I can really give

I play risk of rain 2 on the switch with a good friend of mine and each time we get around the 40-60 minute mark it randomly kicks us out of the game and says that the host disconnected despite none of us leaving the game or turning off our switches. Unlocking Ion Surge will do the trick mostly. Whilst flamethrower does deal a good amount of damage (especially with ignition tanks), ion surge will put you in the savest spot any survivor can be. Most of the big scary attacks are melee, and when you quite literally can fly your survivabilty increases tremendously.
If its damage thats more your issue or that you need advice with, mostly train how to aim the firebolts and whichever secondary you use. Hitting directly with either secondary deals insane damage and with a few common items you can obliterate bosses and crowds alike

But you should try to unlock and use ion surge nontheless. When you are in the air, everything becomes more chill and you will have a way easier time focussing on said cooldowns

I play with 7 sensitivity and 10 on auto aim assist, not the one that helps you stick your cross hair on the enemy, the one that auto aim your attacks, I have turn off the one that locks your cross hair.

It will. When a fresh save is created for the ps5 version, it copies what's in the ps4 save data.

This is also handy in case something happens, like your logbook getting corrupted. Deleting the ps5 save will regrab the ps4 save data.

Nah, once you defeat him, you don't exfil the same way you do with Mithrix. Instead, you'll get the choice to either end your run by storing an item into the Rebirth totem or loop/continue your run by going through the green portal next to the totem.

I think they are awesome maps to get when beginning a run (not so good for looping, on the other hand) and work well as a playground for new players to absorb what everything does.

The initial experience of a player should unfold like that. After you get used to the game's rhythm and adquire enough knowledge about items, monsters and characters, they become basic when compared to more elaborate and sophisticated maps, but, again, it's part of the evolution.
