Consoles are capped at a certain framerate. Normally 60fps. PC is not. To have them both run simultaneously in a shared world as hectic as ror2 would be crazy to work. And mods is simple. Console can't access mods. Which means trying to link them together in a molded lobby would cause the console to explode
