The thing is, it's a shotgun so spread is RNG, sometimes you can hit the 8 pellet at medium range without charging and sometimes you only hit 2, so this means if you want consistency it's better to charge the shotgun but it's slow in comparison to quick scoping and perfect reloads of railgunner.

only way it’s possible is through dlc but that’s technically not modded content, but it’s made by different people and is a mod so
