clay dunestrifers and templars drop the game a lot too, enemies clip now (literally got railgunner to e2 cause mithrix clipped through the fucking stage) printers don’t even show what item they are getting rid of now, the health bar is fuzzy which is like the bare fucking minimum, xi now tweak the fuck out, safer spaces doesn’t negate fall damage, some animations are now choppy as fuck now too such as the volcanic egg and on top of this some people can’t even get past the menu screen

these are all just bugs since it game out imagine how many more are gonna be found

and these are all also very surface level bugs

they needed to polish the game way more

Alt is 400% base damagex2 with weak spots no matter what and the default one is 1000% per shot (if I remember correctly) X2 weakspots and +50% if perfect reload, I may be wrong with the numbers on the default one but in general is MORE DAAAAAAAAAAAMAGE.

However I don't seem to be unlocking stuff too much, I'm coming from binding of isaac where doing anything unlocks something lol, what are the main goals of this game? Finishing it with every character?

Hello there, Techs my friend! Personally, I strongly suggest grabbing the DLC. It doesn't really leave me feeling overwhelmed, and it doesn't distract from the base-game gameplay in any way. It does a pretty good job at complimenting instead of overwriting.

While you're playing without artifacts you'd want to exploit the limited items per stage in the shortest time possible until you're more comfortable with how items work.
I also recommend completing the prismatic trial immediately for one of the best healing items in the game to be added to the item pool

The amount of loot depends on the map last i checked actually! The main thing you want is to spend your time on stages in the beginning so youre able to move around the stages faster which will let you locate chests faster later on. Due to low punishment, drizzle and rainstorm are the best difficulty. By the time youre able to quickly loot a stage and locate the teleporter you should be on monsoon. Once on@monsoon you want to focus 5-7 minutes per stage as you will know hot to quickly loot.

Usually for a while you'll want to spend five minutes or less on each stage until you get to stage 4 where is where you can farm for the secret legendaries

• Stay in front of it.
• Never stop moving
• Always jump
• Try to stay near a platform or piece of scenery you can climb on top of if needed.
• Kill fodder enemy only for on kill effects, save them to maximise heals or damage for the right moment.
• Go fight Voidling as soon as possible as Commando because for some reason that's easier to do then stage on stage 7 or higher. A Stage 3 Voidling deals no damage outside of the mega laser or singularity (Obviously) and fodder barely aknowledge you.

I play on both console and steam deck for reference. I feel like the aim assist on console is way to heavy even set on like one. It messes with my aim on console more than it can on deck. I don’t know if that’s just how it is or it’s one of the many problems of console

The easiest character against him is probably arti, but she is really hard and struggles through out the rest of the game.

Yeah backup mags and hardlight makes the fight trivial. Bonus point if you pick ion surge and just fly above everything.

I'd recommend just playing normally in rainstorm or monsoon to unlock captain, and then switch to drizzle command to unlock the lights out achievement. It is really annoying to get in a non command run cause on hits can ruin it, and drizzle is just to make sure that no matter how bad you are, you probably won't die.
