Not necessarily but if it's needed, go ahead, like i wrote reset your game or console enter back to the game and because of that the DLC license key needs internet connection to activate that is why you see gray bars for a moment in the main menu, wait a little bit and once the main menu goes back to normal after turning gray you should be good.

I’m aware LO is for execution to reset cooldowns. Doesn’t change that Pests are troublesome for Bandit. Their movement is erratic so it can be a coinflip if your LO will hit after the first couple primary shots if attempting to chain to reload when dealing with a swarm. Pests also have enough health that gas/wisp doesn’t really help unless I’ve gotten lucky and acquired a huge stack/plentiful drones to run interference.

Hello RoR2 console chat. I've been attempting to play railgunner, I have 4 runs so far, each of them dying late into the run, at Mithrix or Sky Meadow. I feel as if my items have been screwing me over, but I am unsure. I have a few questions.

Supercharge or Cryocharge and why?

How do you cope with not having bands or mobility? 3 out of those 4 runs had no bands and minimal mobility, while the last one only had a band.

How many scrappers are you supposed to see per run? I rarely see more then 2, with 2 and 1 per run being most common.

1- cryocharger if you are using default secondary and supercharger if you are using alt secondary.
2- that is the beauty of this game, RNG, sometimes you get what you need sometimes you don't and you have to adapt your playstyle depending on which items you get.
3-its random the amount of scrapers that you get on a run, so if you go for early mythrix or obliterate stage 8 (9 if you go void fields) it's normal to not see a lot of scrapers but like I wrote it's random, sometimes you can get 1 scraper on each stage sometimes you don't get any.

It all depends on what items you get, for example we all know that are amazing on rail gunner but if the game gives you and you don't get any scrapers or printer for the railgunner run, you have to adapt to it, yeah you are playing railgunner which she hits like a truck but if you get a AoE/razor wire build you have to take advantage of it, sometimes it could be unfair but that is why I keep playing this game, knowing how to progress through stages with items that doesn't really benefits the playstyle of the survivor I chose.

Follow those guides, scrapers are really good to control the items you have in your inventory but if you don have a set on stone build that can carry you or a good printer to change items it's better for you to not scrap because if you scrap you items that does something to literally scrap that doesn't do anything just because it's a "bad" item you are shooting yourself.

Iirc attack speed influences charge up and animation speed so even if it isnt slower itll feel slower

Yes it slows spear but it halves cd on ion spear wall and fire bolt

rejuv rack dropped right after i picked up a transcendence

Flamethrower however scales its damage with atk speed so you lose massive amounts as well as being locked into the animation while all of your other abilities are now off cd
