It fires off in a range of 12m I think? That might be an old value because I think it's actually 21m but i don't remember. It adds an invisible bar that counts up your external healing not base regeneration called soul energy that fires a skull when it reaches 10%. This green skull can fire at a max speed of every 0.2 seconds and it's proc chance is the same number. The damage increases with more health and lowers with less health. It will also charge faster or slower from those external healing sources depending on your max health similarly to the damage output respectfully.
