Switch Bugs I encountered day 1:

1)adjusting audio volumes in settings crashes the game (that was fun to figure out 45 min into a run).
2) Xii construct has a full on seizure every time it lazers.
3)chests, barrels, and monsters spawning in the ground.
4)Huntress' targeting is weird now. The target preview sprite doesn't always reflect which monster is targeted.

I will say that this update is more FUN.
Like I can at least play on monsoon now. The difficulty scaling was so jacked up before, I woulda needed an insane build to progress. At least they fixed knockback, and they fixed the fire trail damage being bonkers. They fixed the old problems, but couldn't fix the new problems adding the DLC caused in time for release.

The reason poison is so busted is because if you reapply it it WILL kill any enemy in at least 100 seconds

To help you choose here's a brief description of the kind of playstyle you can expect with either:

Poison; passive playstyle, hit and run playstyle. You poison a lot of enemies at once and their hp gradually gets lower and lower until they reach 1hp. You have to run around a lot and dodge their attacks while you wait for their hp to get low and then you can finish them off with another skill

Blight; a much more aggressive and "in your face" playstyle, blight is like a watered down version of bleed, blight can kill

Both get outscaled by items and proc chains somewhat quickly so both will stop mattering once you get good items
In very specific cases that are way too long to list blight is better than poison and poison is better than blight
But this is irrelevant.
Use whichever one fits your playstyle more
