Honestly I hate the double dip bug just because how it makes it objectively the best. It is the best build in the game. If you wanna win you do a double dip build which I hate because it feels like it just makes every other playstyle worse

I understand but at the same time the only viable build for really late games are proc chains, what I mean is risk of rain 2 meta is proc chains and there isn't other way around, you can do other types of builds during early to mid games but once you arrive stage 11 and above you NEED proc chains to kill enemies fast enough, especially on console because the console directors are weird and if you don't kill things fast enough the director decide to kill those enemies for you,grab the credits of those enemies that the director killed+the credits the director already has and makes a higher threat enemy spawn (bosses).

for me personally eclipse isnt that hard, the way the game scales on switch that makes it harder
