I think the OG release date for Sotv for pc and console was like Q4 2021 but pc and console got delayed till 2022 Q1 then pc got delayed till 2022 Q2 then they said console is coming at like 2022 Q4 (did not happen) and then like I don’t remember

When playeveryware were in charge of the console port the updates were released with bugs that PC ALSO had, for example; the bug where the recycler could reroll to the same item it was on PC so when the artifact 2.0 update was released on console we had that same bug, so even if console had bugs there where the same as PC, this is one example that comes to my mind but there are multiple, the console exclusive bugs started at the 1.0 update, and yeah I know that playeveryware was still in charge of the console port when the 1.0 update was released but 2-3 weeks after the release they announced that gearbox now is it charge of the console port, so it makes me think that gearbox was already in charge of the console port before the announcement of changing because when playeveryware was in charge they knew how to work with the spaghetti code that it's console risk of rain 2 because like I wrote we didn't had console exclusive bugs, they were bugs that was on PC also, and one more thing, playeveryware did released mini-patches fixing the bugs between each big update.
In short playeveryware put the spaghetti code on the console version but they knew how to work around it but gearbox released the anniversary bugdate with even more console exclusive bugs.
So you tell me which one is better.

Regarding risk of rain on console though. Stun grenade has become a favourite of mine or in general stunning. Especially in copium runs it can put elites at a massive halt and can make things easier over all, and while it's useless against bosses and mithrix and some normal enemies, the usefulness of it is massive to enemies it is useful against puts it in at least a high end of a tier list for me. At least on console the amount of times it saved my ass is crazy

Bosses spawning as regular enemies start at stage 4, my pc friend gets them at stages 6-8

Not to mention scaling in general is busted

The hard part is getting used to it, if you are used to pc console will.feel harder at first if you are used to console, pc will feel harder at first

Yesterday I got a blazing elder.lem.and an imp overlord as pre spawns stage 4 on pc

I was 23 minutes in

The bosses and elites are normal it's just ror2

One simple bug, double dips bug.
This bug makes ramping up with items on console risk of rain 2 a LOT much better than the PC risk of rain 2.

But the bands bug is kinda big

All damage increase items get reapplied throughout proc chains, normally it should only increase the damage of your abilities and items and equipment that are not procable items (example: ) but what happens on console is that damage increase items gets reapply on the first attack and the procable item.

so like you proc atg and that atg procs ukulele and that ukulele maybe puts a sticky bomb on the target

some exceptions are stuff like tri tip or stun nade
