i have a theory that the cleansing pools for console never updated from 4% to 20%

The version that we have is different, it is not 20% is 4% chance after every print, the good thing that you can ping the cleansing pool to see which pearl will drop and if you're lucky enough to see a cleansing pool that starts with irradiant pearl (which is 4% to see it), welp all prints will be irradiant pearl.

ive spent so many hours trying to get the last thing to 100% my game and ive put in more than 200 lunar items and no irradiant. i had an idea that the cleansing pool doesnt reroll what the next item it give will be and it just sticks to whatever it spawns as. so on top of only being a 4% item from a cleansing pool, you have to find the pool with it already in there which is much harder

Look you can still get irradiant pearl out of a cleansing pool that started with normal pearl but it's only 4% to change the next drop to irradiant pearl after every print but yeah, you have better odds to get irradiant pearl out of the God cleansing pool that only drops irradiant pearl.

Like i wrote it's better to search for the God cleansing pool but if you want to continue printing in a normal cleansing pool remember that it's only a 4% chance for the next print to be irradiant pearl, so basically you need 1/25 to get a irradiant pearl out of the normal cleansing pool.

@meager niche Pro tip from a 2000 hour, play on monsoon regularly, i highly disrecommend rainstorm and drizzle is a joke, at that point once you are comfortable with monsoon start the eclipse climb.

Hey, we put one of the QA folks on this today and came back with an answer. They were able to confirm that these two bug have been fixed in the SOTV build. They also looked back at historical builds and noted that this was one of those console-specific things. They weren't able to replicate it on PC. Shouldn't have a lot of this sort of thing happen in the future. I think you two were both waiting for this question to come back too @frail merlin @meager niche.

@frank panther Thank you for the update! I've had lots of situations where I've dodged an attack, my game lags for a second or two, and when I come back, I've been one-shot to death.

I have several recorded examples of this and posted one here the other day that no one could quite figure it out.

Is this a known issue that is being addressed with the SOTV build? I can send you clips if that'd be helpful.

If you put a billion dudes on the screen there will always eventually be performance problems no matter what. This doesn't really seem like enough dudes that I'd expect that to become a problem though.

Sure thing, here's a few examples from the past week or so. I can continue to send clips as it happens.

The first one was the splash damage of the laser golem, you were low health and welp the splash damage killed you.(not a bug)

The second one, you got the double orbs by overloading elites bug, firstly the chimeras of the Moon should only spawn as perfected elites but they can spawn as any elite except perfected and welp you got a dodge issue check. and the clipping through the ground while dead is another a common bug. (Both are bugs)

Third you already sent it and I already told you of what may happened.

I always go for it, unless it's the AWU on eclipse 7 and 8. You could try to kill AWU on those eclipse levels but if you don't have a good amount of damage items the fight will be annoying and you will have a high risk of dying.

You have to be comfortable with the attacks of the enemies and which are the higher threat and kill those first before the big enemy that you're comfortable with his attacks.

Is the difficulty scaling broken on console? I once got a scavenger boss fight stage two (multiplayer with one other person and a single shrine of mountain) and I've never seen that happen to anyone on pc. I play on switch if there is a difference between the three console versions.

Hey is it just me or are cleansing pools really rare on console (I play switch in case there is a difference)? I've only found two or three after 165 hours of playing. This is probably a skill issue, but I know console has a butt ton of glitches so I just wanted to know if the rarity is intentional.

You could try using sacrifice artifact and enigma artifact.
Sacrifice artifact removes all random chests, this means that you can have better odds to see cleansing pools.
Enigma artifact give you random equipment every time you use it but it also has all equipment barrels and equipment multishop doesn't spawn and the same thing, even more chances to see a cleansing pool in a stage.

Currently on attempt 6 on eclipse 4 I think I got to confident after completing 2 and 3 on my first try but I said my goal in this channel so I could be more motivated

Don't push yourself too hard, eclipse is really hard and you need to have a lot of game knowledge, practice, target priority, etc to have consistent runs but if it's the first eclipse climb you kind of depends on RNG to carry you, I used to watch Race streams and videos to understand what to do ony eclipse climb.
I don't know if this helps or you understand what I mean but I am just trying to give you some motivation because when I started eclipse it was frustrating but very fun to understand all the things I just wrote,and welp woolie motivated me with one phrase that he said:
