I assume you've checked the pin? There was an update two months ago from Gearbox saying they are trying to refactor the various consoles codebases into a single repo to make future development easier going forward (ie void dlc and more frequent bugfixes, etc). Until they have completed that work, no dlc for us console peasants.

I would say the most common ones I ever encounter are:

Not being able to leave the drop pod

Not being able to proc anything

Not able to join friends games.

Note I am playing on xbox, if that makes a difference.

Another note: The drop pod glitch just has to do with having two controllers connected so many people wont have that issue

those bugs are Interesting to say the least for the items. I know that items are bugged like death mark. But I'm talking about GAMEBREAKING, bugs that happened regularly. Like I was talking about how I wouldn't say it's unplayable. If you can mistake a bug for a feature than it doesn't really make the game unplayable. Also why did you just assumed I didn't know they existed 😭 I also didn't understand the not joining friends as software. There are times where you just straight up can't join Somone on xbox. we are both on new gen and both with open nat-type with 100mbps download speed.

I still honestly believe that console isn't THAT bad. I have the pc version and while I prefer the new content dlc and mods. ill go back to console to play with my friends without hesitation. But I'm assume all the really bad bugs are after multiple loops? Maybe that's where it becomes unplayable? as I keep to like a max of 3 most times and for others perhaps I got lucky. on runs which went further. Overall console is worse in everyway than pc, but I wouldn't say that it's unplayable and that the devs are horrible. I may or have may not rambled for wayyyy too long but Ive been homesick so IM REALLY bored with alot of free time.

I always thought that the console version is playable, yes it have bugs/glitches but you can play around them and some of them are positive bugs that you can take advantage of but the problem is: how difference is between console and PC, that for me is the mayor problem and yes i know that the rebuild is going to bring console to the same experience as PC in terms of bugs/glitches but i am talking about the 1.0 update and anniversary update, on console they had bugs that PC never had and i always have this questions: did they really tested the update before releasing it? And if they did, why it was delivered in that state of console bugs exclusive?

i remember back before the console dlc dropped and before being in the ror2 community i was always under the assumption that pc and console were the same, then when i started learning more about ror2 consoles i was like oh

the game is technically playable, there arent that many "game breaking" bugs per say but there are enough little bugs that ruin the experience

You wanna know what's a game breaking bug that can make it unplayable? A 30% chance for you to get hardlocked on a grey screen while going from one stage to another on a loop unable to do fucking anything except closing the game

Yeah there isn't a ton of game breaking bugs but it really starts to fucking add up when your favorite game of all time is broken in every single aspect, I don't know what in this game isn't broken, items are, survivors are, the logbook is too, scaling, even SOUND EVEN GOD DAMN SOUND

It is so incredibly fucking draining to try to play the game and not think about how pc players have it significantly better in every single way

Especially when you know most of the bugs

It doesn't help either that sometime your lunar coins just get stuck at 0 and make it unable so my friends can't get any more than one lunar item per run without me paying for everything for them

bug wise all consoles are relatively the same with an exception on switch having the added bonus of the combat director spawning bosses frequently early in a run

early as in 20-30 minutes in a run

you wont be able to kill them unless your first few stages are really lucky because consoles have a bug where when the stage reaches enemy cap the game kills existing enemies to spawn more enemies

enemies with an "element" are referred to as Elite in the game. In my honest opinion Malachite and Overloading elites are the scariest. Glacial and Celestine are the least scariest.

For me it's the complete opposite, if the game is not out you don't have to experience a complete mess of the game, but if the game is out but in a completely awful state it feels worse, IMO.
