There are a lot of bugs but this are the major ones:
1- immortality bug at random or via dios
2- fire trail damage to high.
3-overlading enemies sticking 2 orbs to you.
4-knock back being to high.
5- commencement bridge.
6- is the only good bug that we have, all damage increase items gets reapply through out a proc chain.

There might be like 2 or 3 more but for me this are the ones that I am more aware of.

Here is a example, in my Xbox account it took me since the skills 2.0 update to the end of the 1.0 update (like 2 years) to get the radar of sirens call in order to get the logbook, in my switch account it took me like 2 weeks..
It is just pure luck.
