The major ones are:
1-connection issues during multiplayer.
2- "immortal" enemies via dios best friend or at random when you enter a stage.
3- overloading enemies put 2 orbs instead of 1.
4- blazing enemies fire trail dealing high amount of damage.
5- commencement lunar chimeras can spawn as any elites except perfected.
6- consistent crashes on switch.

There is more but this are the biggest ones.

So like i said: every time that you give a lunar item to a normal pearl cauldron there is 4% chance for the next pearl to be irradiant pearl.

Actually, it depends of the survivor which attacks damage the enemies, example: artificer have the most attacks that can damage the "immortal" enemies.

The only way i was able to be damaged by the invencibility bug was with aoe type of damage, or damage delt indirectly by enemies, and the only way i could hit anything was the same way, with indirect or aoe damage, its so strange

i wonder if theres a way to brute force this bug to happen or if it happens whenever dio's feels like it

The principal cause of the bug is reviving by dios but sometimes can happen at random when you enter a stage.
