ordinarily, crowbars/fystals/AP rounds only apply there damage bonus to individual hits that satisfy their conditions. For example if I have a crowbar and deal 100 damage to something at full health, the crowbar would boost that hit's damage by 75 percent to deal 175 damage. If in that example I procced a ukulele that bounced to an enemy below 90 percent hp, the crowbar's damage bonus wouldn't be applied to that enemy so I would deal 80 damage to them. In the event that the enemy the ukulele bounced to an enemy at 90% hp, the crowbar would multiply the 80 by 1.75 and deal 140 damage.
On console however, the crowbar damage is "passed through" the proc chain. So in the 100 damage example I would deal 175 damage as expected but my ukulele proc does 80 percent of the 175 instead of the 100, so the damage the ukulele bolt does 140 damage no matter what the hp of the enemy it bounces to. This is where the "double dipping" occurs, if that 140 damage ukulele bolt hits an enemy that happens to be at 90%+ hp, it gets the crowbar bonus again and deals 245 damage (140*1.75).
You can see this in game fairly easily by getting a few crowbars/fystals and proccing things like

They aren't bugged, maybe what is happening is that you deal enough damage to the imp that the taser of captain get removed.
Captain taser can get removed by yourself if you deal a X amount of damage

It requires servers they don't have with staff they don't have to run maintenance and upkeep.

If you build enough barrier while in the first cell at Void Fields, you can skip straight to the exit portal and that counts as clearing your second stage

On xbox i get 60 frames from stage 1 to 4 no problem, from stage 5 to 7 i get around 20 to 30, stage 8+ is 10 frames or sometimes 5 frames
But its usually not that bad, the only problem i have is that sometimes my game stutter out of nowhere for half a second and comes back normally

Basically you need almost 100% proc Chance for sticky bomb and the 101 items of proc chains, , ,

, and some .
At any time while you are attacking enemies you have the chance to generate a constant line of sticky bombs stuck in one place and that can crash your game.
you can just avoid it without getting close to 100% sticky bomb chance, I recommend you stay between 30% to 50%. (6 to 10 stacks)
