All enemies are every single elite type at once, stages are out of order, your survivor and there load out changes every stage, chests are multiplied but so are there costs and enemy spawns as well as the stuff I don’t know how to explain and that’s with all other base game artifacts active

Yeah. If there's any confusion, just check the OST v1.2.0, it explains a lot of the functions and the XML file.

In fact, it's becoming a bit of a thing to have modded characters be placed in spots between vanilla characters, in places that they feel like they'd be.

Anyone could consider mods to be "OP" when comparing them to vanilla, as they usually add content or change content into a way that isn't Vanilla.
This question would be better suited for the modcord, as it really seems that this chat isn't too active or keeps vanilla too much in mind when referring to modding.

That's not a BetterUI issue, that's an issue of whatever is desynced. That little error message is the least of your problems
PSA: Use smoke bomb with the enforcer mod cuz it can proc Kjaro’s and Runald’s. Shield bash while sprinting can too but you’ll have to get into melee range which is a bad idea in later stages and loops.
Idk tear gas is pretty funny if you get an afterburner or some brainstalks

it's just any kills with Blood Soaked Shield
Man, I saw a lot of false info up here. Unstable Design gives you half xp and gold from its kills. It does not prioritize you or or drones, it prioritizes the closest enemy to it. Enemy is anything that isn't it. Additionally, it will stop tracking any enemy that it hasn't had an LOS on if they were still out of sight on its next refresh period. 10s per refresh interval.
Weighted Anklet gives you a stack of Limiter Release if you manage to remove it with either a cleansing pool, shrine of order, mithrix, or mods like Lunar Scrappers.
Alien Magnet does not scale from damage, it scales from amount of hits.
This means miner doesn't fling them around unless you're using To The Stars, or have crackhead attack speed.

It applies a static force once to an enemy per hit
Multiple hits on the same enemy that is getting forced in a direction will pull them harder
That's how it is currently, in the Old Implementation (which is the one in the latest version still)
Which means something like Enforcer and their shotgun blast, if multiple pellets hit, the cumulative force applied to that enemy will send it flying towards him
even with a single alien magnet
This is why if you stand on top of the alloy worship unit and attack fast, it's going to act like an elevator if you have an alien magnet
The inverse works too, stand below it, pull it to the ground and deal a lot of fall damage to it

You have full configurability of the most popular ones out there
The situation where the pool could potentially be diluted with ones you don't specifically like is always going to be on the end user if they can turn them off or configure them
I don't hate modded items, they singlehandedly caused the most memorable moment I've ever had in this game, but god, the mobility in this game is ass without a ton of Hoofs/Drinks or playing Miner/Loader

Take the full brunt of the Grandparent's Sun attack. As in, full stacks, the whole thing. If you live, good job. If you didn't get it, you had something that prevented enough stacks/damage.
Anyone can learn how to mod, but if you're hopping directly into it to make a character, you're gonna have a hard time

I'm not sure if it's a mod compatibility issue, but the mod, ZetAspects, seems to be broken. the Aspects have generic names and descriptions (from the mod, it looks something like "zetaspect_itemdesc" or something), and do nothing. I swear, it updated after the Anniversary Update, as it's not deprecated or breaking anything else.
I think description errors have to do with the language file or something like that? I don't remember exactly, but I've heard that's what the most common fix is

Mods that work with vanilla players is not really something we test or look into because it's vastly easier and more stable when all parties have mods. Results in less reports that we can't fix as well. A lil' tiring seeing people get reports about a mod not working only to figure out they were playing with UnmoddedVersion or with vanilla players.

The confounding part is that after importing the profile, and confirming that they got all mods, they still get this error. It is a mystery.

oh yea another thing, what does the "storm" event do? i think it increases enemy spawn but i want to know for sure
enemies deal more damage, have higher speed, gain bonus armor, even critical strike
speedy beetles from monster variants during storms is a shocking menace
i don't know what are the exact numbers for all of these stats are
also quick tip, if during storms there's any sign of clay templar - take cover and save your ass because they deal just too much damage

they added a new relic to the beta, it gives butt ton of health and damage for the short duration (like warhorn) when you use equipment, but each time you use the equipment the cooldown becomes bigger
