Okay, so uh... from observation, it seems each individual use of Blinding Assault (each "charge" from hitting an enemy) counts as a separate use of the skill and seems to lower the cooldown as such with Thought Processor
Was wondering if this was intentional behavior

To quickly sum this up from further testing:
If I hit an enemy with BA and immediately follow up into another skill, it will actually reset the BA cooldown as if I had never used BA in the first place.

I'm genuinely curious, why is there not any like "new stage mods?" In my experience making a completely new character with interactions, animations, abilities, etc. is more time consuming than a level design. I've also never modded ror2 or worked with 3D games. Is it just to hard too make a "new stage" and have it appear in the stage pool?

i haven't gotten into mods on ror2 yet, idk i keep on hearing stuff about it being a little weird without the mod support stuff

No one of the achievements for starstrorm 2 is to beat commandos vestige and I didnt know what it was and then I was informed there was a teleporter in void fields, which there is not in the vanilla game

UnmoddedVersion should only be used if you really want to join vanilla servers with some client-sided mods like ItemStatsMod, since it'll break a ton of other mods, such as Starstorm 2

Your directory should be the RoR2 folder itself, not the executable within it.
In r2modman go to Settings -> Change Risk of Rain 2 Directory

Today I was playing as the Paladin, and I went to stage 5 with a decent run. I was 25 minutes into Monsoon, and had the mods classicitems, Tiler2, ChensHelpers,Chensclassicitems, propersave, stutterstunter, Paladinmod (obviously), itemstatsmod, and faster scrapper. I mention because on stage 5, a void reaver spawned, a scavenger spawned, and a couple malachites spawned. I figure it's something with the directors, but I dont know if any of these mods modify the directors, does anyone else know?

mithrix also takes it off you and that counts

A lot of the items to me just feel useless, out of place, and make some vanilla items feel a bit redundant.
I only keep Greater Warbanner, Strange Can, Molten Coin, and Dormant Fungus I think.

even then, his identity still is RoR, so of course, they want him to fit, then there are the league characters, which to their credit they do good with their kits, its just so off-putting to see the straight up league models in game
like if someone was to put Fox McCloud in the game, i'd fear they'd just use one of his smash models and call it a day
Paladin is based of a piece of art that was inspired by the name of Paladin, an unfinished character that's only stuff in the files is a blue beetle guard
the league models are ugly as sin i refuse to download them
he was forced to play league of legends when he was 36

He has an Androxius skin, but thats mostly cause of the fact his moveset is inspired by Androxius', and its a nice tribute

and compared to regular enemies, he's just a tad bit more tankier than a regular elder lemurian
it's nice that it's the opposite of the AWU
but anyways, he just have two attacks
the regular fire blast, which have more fire balls and they instead of going in one direction, they're affected by gravity and leave behind a fire trail
and his close range flamethrower is just a buffed elder lemurian flamethrower

If a mod doesn't use r2api (basically my mods and maybe 1-2 others) then wait for that mod to update. If a mod does use r2api then test it, but most likely need to wait for r2api update, and very likely need to wait for that specific mod to update itself as well.
