I was using the mod that adds diluvian difficulty as well, but I figured it out. Turns out that the obliteration obelisk didn't work for the achievement but beating Mithrix did.

And since you're insanely mobile as-is, I think Drill Charge is better
what if someone made a streamer survivor mod, the moveset could be something like m1 shooting a nerf gun or something like that (a bit iffy but all i could think of for it), m2 being throwing like a g-fuel at the enemy, utility being some sort of buff by using twitch emotes (for ancient spear compatible it could be buffed by turning into twitch subs) and the ultimate could be something like summoning twitch subs to fight for you (like engi's turrets but faster, weaker, and more expendable)
im not saying "hey someone make this" im curious about what the moves for it would be IF it was made anyways

Utility: Rush Hour! Gain a speed boost based on how far away from the teleporter is from your location, and set nearby enemy damage to 100% which is extremely low. Costs 1 item.
Special: Create a tierlist, putting yourself and your items in S tier buffing yourself and increasing item stats temporarily, put the enemies in F tier so when they see they've been placed in F tier they'll just spontaneously combust.

getting a chronobauble or a poglyp ends your run, permanently
drill charge is a lot better for setting off proc items, I think most people consider that one the better skill
i like crack hammer a lot for the mobility, especially for getting through stages very quickly and for not flying through enemies; drill charge is very effective on bosses but you can become effective on everything if you can grab a lot of items very very quickly
that's just me though
plus i like bouncing between mobs after the boss is defeated and find drill charge unwieldy in that regard

if compared to starstorm 1 it's only two survivors and dozen of items, which is rougly 5% of content seen in the first game

I think I found an issue with MEL-T.|| I found the bot and repaired it without finished the void fields, got teleported to the next stage and poof, nothing. No unlock. Now he doesn't spawn anymore.||

I think i can answer your question at least partially. Mostly "vehicle system" is just unfinished entities that can be found in game files. If you want to try it yourself, download RoR2 Cheats mod. It allows you to play as any entity in the game, but be aware that only Hauler from all vehicles is somewhat playable
Thats not whst the system is. The vehicles system is basically how survivor pods, zipline, and vocanic egg work. its a way to add a new layer of controls over a character basically.
I did manage to get it working fairly well, successfully made engineer turrets drivable, but it was kinda wonky so I never released.
so nembandit lasso riding is somewhat possible?
The analog ghor made when I talked to him about it was the way seats work in gmod. you strap the chair to something and it lets you sit in it. The actual movement of whatever you strapped the chair to is its own thing and not part of the vehicles system.

Hell. It went to hell.
It was cursed. Swapping masters on the fly is not something that the game was designed for.
Literally wound up with the engineer turret ai controlling engineer while you spectated sometimes.
Or turrets entering their own seat and transcending reality.
Because turrets are characters and they can press the interact button just like you can.
And when you are in them you press interact button to leave
And nothing in turret ai says "Stop pressing that button"
So yeah value gets cached
Then it loops constantly entering itself, and because there is a position on turret that the thing enters to the offset compounds infinite times and leads to transcendence

The mod is still doable design wise and implenentation wise, thing is that it isn't a concept that can be done quickly just by combining existing functionality. You would need to add a lot of your own stuff to do it and that was out of scope for me because I had other projects.
The concept as a whole was kinda fun to play with tbh.
Basically an alt R for engineer that gives one big boy turret. only one use per stage, and the turret itself is slow as heck but absurdly strong and can be driven.
Different loadouts would impact the turret skills, which were going to be either tank cannon, gatling gun, or laser on m1, mortars on m2 (homing if you had spider mines, bigger explosion with standard mines), utility would have been a directional shield. Now that harpoons exist I would probs carry those over fairly directly to the turret. R would deploy some drones.
Any recommendations for which mods to get? I just got r2modman...

After I realized I had multiple Moffein mods I just searched for the rest and now use most of them
I especially recommend the Survivors (Obviously), Ancient Wisp and MobileTurret/ArrowRain/PhaseBlast buffs

Also ancient wisp is kinda meh, IMO. Sure he can hit like a truck, but it takes forever and his dps is kaputz in early stages
Mods I’d recommend are paladin, starstorm2 and enforcer, as well as any quality of life mod you can find
I found some things that fix up the elite aspects to be useful

did you forget to call orig(self) 😏
you have to beat a unique boss tied to void fields
do you have starstorm 2 downloaded? the unlock method is different with/without it
aight, just go into void fields and leave (you don't have to fully complete it)
the boss should spawn around stage 6, maybe earlier or later depending on your run time
you might also have to do this multiple times since there's 2 bosses it can pick from for you to fight
be careful btw, enforcer's vestige can shit out damage really quickly
For me doing it just once lead to me having to fight both bosses in the single run

Mods in general don't disable progression, save for any unlock related to Prismatic Trials
Although even Prismatic Trial unlocks are obtainable through certain mods.

I don't think Mystic Items is networked properly in multiplayer, since my friend and I couldn't play together due to extreme bug issues.

I played for like 5 hours with Mystic Items and didn't had any issues in mp other than the green nuclear thing being not so good (unless you were Loader, but Loader is too good already anyway)
Weird since we couldn't even get into the lobby without massive issues.
And disabling the mod fixed the issues instantly.
Though might've been another mod causing the issue. 🤷♂️
also @short pendant with their uniqueness, I think the character items should be yellows for the flavor of it, although they should be like pearls so that they don't just spawn on printers
Only main issue is that Contraband Gunpowder lags my game at times due to the dropped bags creating a log of particles when they roll around.
it could be another mod that's incompatible. I run a very minimal list to prevent such issues

Scav with Timely Execution is permanently invincible, and it crashed the game when it got hit by a Void Reaver explosion :V
And then the game crashed when Mithrix took it :V
better yet if you want to be invincible just get perma up time on guardians pacemaker and get some transcendence

oh yeah I remembered a minor issue @short pendant , when you install the mod you can't use Command to select items you have never picked up, even if they're already unlocked like the swiss knife or microphone equipments. it's not game breaking or anything, but other item mods don't suffer that issue (or at least I haven't tried one that does yet)

in the cmd when I'm launching the game, I get "No prefab defined for survivor:"
and further down it gets an error with registering effects on some characters. "Prefab does not have EffectComponent attached"

two small issues, treasure area is visible for clients even if no one has the treasure item.
also commando item drops on the void fields, leaving other non-commando players at a disadvantage
@short pendant i have an idea for the treasure map :
white --> green
only change: increase size by +2m per stack
makes it easier for miner to use
also with only 2 stacks of it it makes farming useless at the early stages, so making it a green item would balance it out

it's the Treasure Map, an item from the new Mystics Items, as far as I'm aware. Spawns a zone that will give you gold while inside it

Twitch isn't really a debuff-based character though, from what I remember
Bandit benefits more from using debuffs, but that is the closest you'll get
there's no debuff-heavy character atm

Uh... not really, but I can list the few that may help a little
LighterPatcher (Optimizes modloading process)
StutterStunter (Forces garbage collection to happen on loading screen instead of randomly)
StickyStunter (Removes various particles and effects from the Molten Perforator and Stickybomb)
FriendlyATGandBands (Replaces existing ATG and bands with a more lag-friendly versions that don't have special effects)
I would also recommend removing RyanSkinAPI (And all mods that depend on it) and Rein's Sniper if you have those installed

There's also SlicingWindsBuff that I use (which really should be renamed to SlicingWindsFix since all it really does is make the hitbox match the projectile model)

Ah, in the settings under the profile tab, there's an option to export the profile as a code
Likewise, on the profile select screen for RoR2, there's an option to import a profile
So you paste the code there, and it will install the mods and configure the configs as needed.
Keep in mind when you export a profile as code, that code will be active for 2 hours
No problem we are on discord everytime we play so it'll be fine

in general, expect more framedrops than usual when using mods, but those ones are well optimized and shouldn't kill your game

I find BetterUI, ItemStatsMod, and LighterPatcher are must-haves though.

Yeah I have starstorm 2, it's great. Cloudburst is pretty good also but I've discovered it seems to screw up enemy health or something? And it lags out the game big time
So I cant use it in my modpack

also the enemies from risky1 like claymen, ancientwips, direseeker
those, along with starstorm2, make the game really fun
Enforcer, Miner, Sniper Classic, Bandit Reloaded, HAN-D Overclocked, CHEF, Paladin, and Starstorm all add in new survivors that fit the Vanilla game fairly well.
Starstorm, Aetherium, Sivs' Items are my recommendations for items ... Mystics also seems cool, but had some issues last I tried to play.
