By outdated I mean mods that haven't gotten updates in a while. It may be the latest version of the mod but it may not have been updated recently.
apparently the version of the ItemStatsMod i have from TheLamiaLover was taken down by them, with a similar(?) one by ontrigger taking its place.
will try that version and see if it still crashes

It could but I don't know of anything that has ever caused bugs of that nature.

I'm fairly certain that reinstalling won't kill your profiles, they're in the Steam Cloud
Like, local files probably exist for your saves but the cloud backs them up
Usually just throws errors rather than crashing the game
And even if they aren't in cloud, they're in appdata, so just don't run disk cleanup in the meantime.

In order to uninstall mods that were manually installed (not using r2modman), would verifying the game files in steam work or do i have to just uninstall and reinstall the game?

Does it only appear in multiplayer? I just pulled up the game and offed myself with glass on and got "You have broken every bone in your body.", which is normal death quote number 8
you get normal death messages with artifact of glass, but if you have the shaped glass lunar item you'll get "You have shattered into innumerable pieces."

- Lemurian: playable lemurian
- PhotoMode: allows you take pictures while game is paused (dont know if it works in multiplayer)
- Enforcer: adds the enforcer character form the first game (needs to be unlocked but you can edit config to unlock immediately)
- ArtificerExtended: gives artificer mode skills
- Ms_Isle: playable missile launcher drone
- PurityCompletelyRemovesCooldowns: makes it so there no global cooldown once you have enough purity
- HAND_OVERCLOCKED_BETA: playable HAN-D from the first game
- MinerUnearthed: playable miner from the first game (getting money increases attack speed)

If you want items, Supply Drop or Chens Classic Items/Classic Items are good choices
there's one issue with supply drop i noticed. the wire shield for some reason become your hp in technicality. What I mean is that infusion won't work properly, fungus % will be based on that shield instead. I had 10 fungus and was healing for 10hp was wondering wtf was up.

Best option is to uninstall it, then delete the BepInEx folder inside your RoR2 folder
You can export your current mod list from RoR2ModManager into r2modman if you'd like
Something along the lines of Profiles -> Export profile which saves as a json file

Early as Miner I dash around looking for tele asap, grab 1-2 items and fight boss. By stage 3 or 4 doing this you should be pretty beefy and making good time

Have either of you edited the config files? I've had issues in the past where mismatching config files bork the lobby/game

Transformations now unlock after you attain a certain total of mastery levels across all forms, as listed on the transformation tab at character select. Mastery increases very slowly with time and more quickly as you defeat enemies. It generally seems harder and slower to get to high power levels - while I could reach SSG by stage five before (in my limited experience), I ended a co-op Mithrix run on Drizzle having only reached as far as SS2 with Vegeta. The later forms seem to be in the realm of longer runs now.
Ki drain also seems to be harsher than before - reaching SS2 took longer than before, and staying in it felt even harder.

Np. There are a handful of other vanilla errors as well that can be ignored.
Major ones are whenever those effects are played, jumping while you have a mercurial whateveritscalled, and dunestrider suck when nothing is nearby.

Thanks, that's kinda what I got, as the ki drain was absolutely INSANE, and incredibly difficult to stifle while using transformations. I guess that's kinda what the intention was, because how easy it was to get an absolutely batshit dumb level of power, and you could get ultra instinct so quick, and destroy everything.

I join a game and i'm nullified, crippled, PermanentCurse and one more i can't remember

there isnt a system that does that, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game without any mods
restart the game and don't try to use the locked difficulty until you unlock it
it's not possible to make it unselectable so the mod author made it unplayable but then forgot to unhook all the debuffs after leaving the match

I've got Bepinex, the R2API files are in monomod and plugin like they should be, the winhttp and doorstep files are in the correct places, what am I missing? I tried out the ScrapItems mod, which implements the scrap items artifact. It was described as turning all chest items into scrap, but it actually turns every item, even the ones from these two mods into scrap
maybe i should make that a config option

This worked out perfectly, you can set the percentage to 0 (or 100) and get no items to drop, and it allows those mods I linked earlier to give the player items

The key mechanic behind the redesign of it is that finding a way to remove them will give you a 'limiter release' item. Which increases some stats, and gives you a stack of Dodge. Overlap attacks will be able to be dodged, and Blast attacks. Dodging teleports you into a blindspot of the enemy that attacked you (while also turning your camera to them). Once dodge stacks are gone, it cools down a bit before refreshing them fully.

something on my list has these really (imo) grating voicelines, i'm not sure what it is, if anyone happens to know. i've looked through most of the configs and I haven't found a way to turn it off

if you're playing just online, i would recommend not using any mods, even if you have a spoofing mod
it's likely nothing bad will happen but if you just stick to vanilla nothing bad is guaranteed to happen other than regular jank

I like to try out most of the character mods, cause usually I don't play mods that change the game a lot, specifically the ones that add game breaking items/tools. But that's the great part of mods, people can find what they like.

Don't get Mortar. If it's on death it's trash
Skin is cool but again, should be a green or buffed substantially to be a red
