yeah, on one hand it could go down to 15% bc it is a big increase (especially on teleporter zones), but it's also a green item so I don't expect to get more than a few
I think smaller zones take more stacks to see a big increase, but teleporters are very much affected by just 20% radius up

hello uhhhh i am trying to install mods manually bc i dislike mod managers but i tried installing bepInEx, r2Api, and hookgen patcher but idk if im doing it correctly

Doing something like only allowing the reservoir to affect Wisp, nerfing the bonuses, as an option would feel nice. I understand if you are too busy, but I saw that your tag was provided on the mod page so I decided to try and reach out in place of my friend who really loves Wisp.

orbitals are 10, with a cooldown of 20s, and the primary is just 1 with a 4s cooldown
cost to spawn is 200, same as greater wisp
600 base hp btw, so slightly less than gwisp

but for jellyfish it was all messed up, probably cause i'm converting a bitmap rather than using an assetbundle since that'd require unity

if its an enemy that has variants you'll have to turn off their skincontroller to do that though

They are cancer with or without the changes it doesn’t matter what elite reworks does the gimmick of them is aids
Plated - Spawns with health gates based on the enemies base hp, applies a debuff that gives -100% flat skill damage on hit
Warped - Has an ability that deflects 1 random projectile every second, applies a debuff that sends you upwards
Veiled - Is invisible for the first 30 seconds upon spawning, when visible again has invisible projectiles
Aragonite - Buffs movement speed and attack speed of itself and nearby enemies, on hit calls a lightning strike, on death calls a wave of lightning strikes

I had a dream where every elite I killed dropped an aspect it lasted like 5m and that was it I don’t fucking know why but it was weird
also that is quite literally not true, elitereworks reduces every boosted stat elites get and gives them new elite gimmicks
so they do less damage than vanilla elites, they just have different effects
