  1. this is an entirely different team on board for the update. Gearbox is separate from playeveryware. So, “a year” is inaccurate, particularly since I don’t remember anything like this under playeveryware. But that’s besides the point. They started from scratch is my understanding, based on some of the bugs we have now.
  2. yes, you paid money. No, I’m not saying don’t be mad - BUT you also have to consider the fact that penguin isn’t necessarily the guy that said “pull the trigger” and launched it. That could’ve been a poor decision on someone else’s part. I’m not justifying the poor state of the port, but I’m also not going to tear apart the messenger who’s the one giving us exactly what we want to hear- that an update is coming, and, potentially learning when today

As @drifting juniper mentioned, this channel is a place to report bugs & offer guidance to each other on potential workaround of bugs etc. The most efficient way for us to track bugs through actual data is by submitted formal & detailed bugs via the support website linked in the Pin.

Once those bugs are in, they are investigated and then put through various processes to figure out a fix, adjustment, or if it is actually a bug. There is a butterfly effect as things being adjusted can cause other things to happen, and why not every bug that a community may think is an easy fix, can be fixed right away. This does not mean that these bugs are ignored, it just may take more time or larger investigation to not break more things.

TLDR - Report your bugs through official channels. They are seen, they are known. Keep it civil.

One time I'm pretty sure it was the ukulele that started to infinitely arc to 3 enemy's that were no longer their, I also proceeded to sky meadows that same run and it just gave me a black screen and when I paused the game I could not exit pause menu. (I have a video that shows the ukulele arc)
