A few things to keep in mind here. Yeah...i did some tests and it looks looks like the captain's supply beacons are simply blocked during the final stage

if by "taser still broke" you mean they bounce off without doing damage, that means it affects all the same skills as it did before (not just captain). great they didn't fix a bug that literally nullifies damage for at least 1 skill for 90% of the character roster

I had 2 run breaking glitches happen in my first 2 runs today sadly. I had my stage five have all enemies but wisps and mini mushes completely intangible but they hit and kill me. And in my next run i had a run good enough to get bandits mastery skin and got robbed by a mini mush field ticking me once then continuing to hit me after i had long left it as bandit. I didn’t use abilities it just hit me constantly even after the field would have despawned. This console update absolutely broke the game. Also brass contraptions are really awkward.
