It can block things like glacial elite freeze effect, so it might be flagged as a damage instance that's susceptible to being blocked, if that's not what happened then it probably got confused about either distance, the way you moved before stage 4, razorwire + that equipment

In this case "HD" stands for the "Henry Draper Catalogue,” a widely-used star catalog.
