hi! trying this game mode for the firs time and I tried to find advice for today's run but the yt tutorials seem to be on an easier variant.. i've been trying for hours and just die instantly all the time lol. It's the low health mod that gets me. I use the bandit but i still insta die in the first level. Do you have to just stack teddy bears to be viable? The furthest I got is second boss but his attack is just NUTS hahah, so many purple explody orbs.

if it's still the same as this, get opal in first chest and. idk i don't really know what greens are good for this trial. grab a tricorn from the equip barrel by one of the crystals, then go right to boss and kill with tricorn. chance shrine drops an equip first time so turn that into another tricorn, run to teleporter, tricorn and hit the button

yeah mercenary unlock was really easy today. artifact of soul and the 2 spitters that spawn are hella annoying, but if you get the first stage done, you're already in the clear. i didnt get the second equiptment because you can 1shot the boss with shuriken+wristwatch and full merc combo already, and i dont trust myself selecting and picking up the item when there's potentially enemies around. i'm terrible at command item selection.

nonetheless, if artifact of Kin selects vultures, and your in a cave or any sort of restricted area, no boss can spawn at the teleporter

You're best try to get it is to wait for Frialty run, as long as getting hit only makes you restart, but you just have way more dmg

And the fact you only have two choices for grabbing them crowbar would make it harder
Which is either run across the map almost three times to grab broach first, grab crowbar, then run all the way back to tele, or just rush crowbar and get hit by those stupid turrets
Idk much more then that, it took an hour for me to get to a spot where I wanted to start the teleporter, instantly got beamed by every single fucking Solus prove, and considered uninstalling
I don’t think mercenary ethereal is gonna and up being remotely possible at all if there’s dissonance on its own tbh, especially because it seems like it can spawn lunar enemies now
