basically, know all the drops in the seed, pick up the ones that will speed up the run, never go out of your way for something even if it might help if the run back takes longer
when its command like it is this current trial. it can become very fast because of glass being on. and preon + a fuel cell is really all you need, and both of those items are very close

Very much so, especially if you're decent at Merc
It's more DPS, total damage, combo potential, range, and AoE than Eviscerate, all at the cost of some iframes and mobility potential, which can be compensated by the use of Blinding Assault (the default utility), especially with the amount of Expose procs you get. You can even potentially maintain decent amounts of iframes with Focused Assault thanks to the larger number of Expose procs.

For Dunked, you'll have to probably loop a bit and manipulate AI
For Full of Life... there's not a direct way of going about it. Even with Sac + Swarms + Command it'll take a while, so you'll just have to loop. A lot.
