kill em first, pay attention to your cooldowns, when you will be near the geyser, activate spinel tonic so you can run away from the horde that spawned behind your back, immediately dash into the crystal and go for the teleporter, after you activated it, keep distance from the jellies and run around the circle to get that last glitched jelly under the bridge (other should be already dead because of chaos)

basically i used the recycler on the chest right next to spawn so i had access to the spinel tonic during the teleporter, then i passed every chest and went to the crystal under the arch. after that i went left and only destroyed the crystals on the bridge and island so i didnt have to dodge that much attacks. Then just complete the teleporter with spinel tonic to clear more enemys. For the second stage i didnt have any strat except using the royal capacitator to destroy one of the crystals faster. Never picked up any items except at the start and from the teleporters

Well couple of things, I'm not really sure yet what factors depend on seed and what are rng, and also if more people were interested, that would be more people on the lookout for the "God seed."

Found something neat while theorizing another boss skip method against hordes of many. If you kill the first one that spawns on the frame it spawns, the teleporter instantly charges and you get the boss drop. Unfortunately the fight is not over, so the rest need to be killed anyway, but this may be useful in future trials.

Does anyone know all the ways that difficulty scaling can affect a given seed? I was using console commands to look through seeds but the spawn locations of the tps were different depending on if I used the next_stage command or naturally progressed to the next stage after about 2 minutes.

I completed the Ethereal challenge recently and it was because the Artifact of Glass was active on the trial. I recommend going for it next time a trial has said artifact. Almost every attack will one shot you, which is fine since you can’t get hit for the challenge, but you deal 500% damage.
So you just need to kill everything quickly before it can touch you. It took some time but it’s not nearly as difficult as a run with normal damage

The point of Slicing Winds is to be the more advanced skill. A Merc main who knows how to maintain Iframes with Blinding Assault and combo will get a lot more out of SW than Evis.
