I wish you the best of luck, what ended up working for me was taking out the two underground crystals, going towards the big mushroom for the warbanner, swapping that for the Syringe, and then up to the top mushy to destroy the third crystal and then doing the rest of the run as normal (chance shrine, boss, 2nd level)

on my 1:40 run it was some boring route, sniped 3 crystals at start, did leeching then radio, then woodsprite stage 2 and ended up with preon/strike to kill stage 2 boss
but I just had to kill stage 1 boss with rebar, so it was really slow
esp since I went away from tp so I didnt die from glass

These are sick, so ready to do more of them

I've gotten the strat fully optimized now
The route is:
Immediately break for the equipment barrel. Use vase over to the left side of the newt portal rock, leaving vase early to bounce slightly past. Break the three crystals in view while making your way over to the newt portal. Immediately go towards the portal, using boosters to jump the gap. Trigger portal, then immediately go through the gap in the spires one to the right of where you entered. From there, once the lemus spawn, move back towards the edge, and then fire at the farthest lemu first. Finish off remaining lemus, then immediately boost off to the left side of the platform. This will cause the lower lemus to see you and walk towards you. Move towards the lunar portal location while you pierce them with rail. Once it spawns and you enter bazaar, immediately 180 and mash boosters and T.
When entering desert, do a 180 and fire vase through the middle entrance to the wide open area, trying to miss the walls of the entrance. Before entering, move forward until you can break the crystal to your left, then boosters back into vase. From there, time leaving the vase so that you can land to the right of the crystal nearest to the hole, shooting both it and the crystal farther down the hill. Immediately turn towards the portal and boosters. Once triggered, go to the opposite side of the small rock next to the portal, and when the beetle queens spawn, move right under the closest one. Pierce both with rail, and when the first one dies, start rotating to portal while firing at the second. Once the second dies, pop portal and complete.
