If it's still this trial you can see Cabbage basically getting it on the two stone titans on stage 2
That's the place they spawn, just use preon at the right time and maybe have the regular mines placed there in advance
Depending on if you want to do the challenge because it's interesting or if you just want to do the challenge, playing the regular game with glass should get you the challenge unlocked as an afterthought

I jump off cliff, use R on the crystal way out past the golem and get the afterburner, then use the fan right next to afterburner + 2 puffs to go directly on tp
I wasnt trashing your time at all that was all cabbage
I also shoot my R in front of a rock to pull the dunestrider in front of it so I can puff it without it flying away making M2's miss
