If you want to do the mercenary quest i suggest that you do tu trial when there is the glass artefact
It's either you die either you don't take any dmg + it allows you to be kind of quick because it gives you a lot of dmg
If you don't want to do it with this artefact juste try and try again to learn the trial by Heart and beat it without taking dmg

@cyan stratus @delicate grove looking for feedback/opinion on an idea Im planning to work on. I was thinking of drawing top-down maps of each stage to use a base template. Whenever a new prismatic starts, I can use the maps and mark locations of time crystals/teleporter/items then post as reference in here. Could be a different way to show routes or smtg but idk if it will even be used.

I did consider teleport hotspots but wasnt sure of their utility, that may be a community project where people send in screenshots of their teleport spawns. More data than just one person grinding away.
I do intend to make ones for newts and aqueduct's buttons, does anything else come to mind?

I was just considering for those who don't have the skill/knowledge/competency to make effiecient routes, it may be pointless to post in here but my friends can definitely use them.

Yeah no way I'm executing anything close to that 😄 I have now tried almost every survivor, with constant running and jumping. I get to the teleporter in around 40 seconds, but every single run something one shots me when I least expect.

Bigger/Tankier survivors are slow and most of the time get me killed in the explosion that elite enemies leave behind on death.

With faster/more fragile heroes I ofted die by dodging one attack and exposing myself to another

Merc is showing promise. Got to the portal with no close-calls but random lemurian appeared from somewhere just as I was about to activate the portal and killed me with fireball.

Doing a prismatic trial with Mercenary damageless on console is painful ;(

Prismatics do generally follow set rules

#

Chests will drop the same items, stores will stock the same options, teleporter bosses and the drop from them will be the same assuming activate them in the same time period
Artefact of sacrifice will have the same item drop order per-floor, but an item dropping is still random

(sacrifice can make some runs REALLY RNG based and I kind of dislike ones with it because of that)
