Huntress isn't really used that much outside glass. It's usually loader and railgunner. It just depends which survivor is the fastest for that seed

Wait for a good seed.
Glass is optimal, but command is also really useful.
Keep in mind that you don’t have to do it hitless, just don’t fall below 100% health. This means that items that give you barriers like Topaz Brooch and Ageis don’t count as falling below 100%, but items like Personal Shield Generator and Transcendence are still part of you max health, and losing them will count as a failure.
