How to join a Multiplayer Lobby using Clipboard Code
1.: Find a lobby you wish to join using LFG or Voice Chat text channel
2.: Copy the string of numbers contained in a message. Example: 109775241613319598
3.: From main menu, select Multiplayer, then Join Clipboard Lobby in the upper right.

if you see the server browser, you've gone too far, go back 1 page.

How to host a Multiplayer Lobby using Clipboard Code
1.: Select Multiplayer > Create Multiplayer Game
2.: Adjust settings as desired then select Start Game
3.: From the character select, select the Lobby tab in the upper right, and then select Copy Lobby to Clipboard.
4.: Paste lobby code into desired text channel, voice text chat channel or DM.

As long as you include that info, your post is good. If you have a certain goal (looping, eclipse, unlocking skins) be sure to post that as well.
If you are using mods, be sure to include the mod profile code and/or a description of mods.

Multiplayer FAQs
Do I need DLC to play with others who do/don't have the DLC?

No, as long as 1 person in the lobby has the DLC, you gain access to all content. The only exception is that those who don't own the DLC cannot play as DLC survivors

I try to join a Clipboard Lobby and I get an error, or the button is grayed out.

1 of 2 things can cause this:
1.: Your cross play settings do not match the host. Go to the main menu, select Settings and the first option of the first page is Toggle Epic Games/Steam Cross-Play.
Ask the host what their settings is and make yours the same.
2.: Clipboard Code is copied improperly. Sometimes you can accidentally copy a space or extra characters. Re-copy the code and try again.
If you need to, you can paste the code into a text box to double check.

  • Always be kind and courteous to other players and play styles! Cooperation and communication are key to victory.
  • Change the VC Status to indicate what kind of run you are doing, or which RoR game you are playing.
  • Always follow server rules in VC.
  • If you ever run into issues, please DM ModMail in the member list, rather than pinging mods
  • Play nice and have fun!

Just use command artifact or loop for long enough and you'll get it naturally.You could also use the artifact of glass (removes almost all your health and gives you alot of damage)

pretty sure you can just set the game to private and copy the code on the top right in your lobby and then give that code to your brother and have him copy it then press join clickboard in that same top right when in the join screen.
