Doing a 16-player run down in VC 44, completely Vanilla-compatible, nothing is required to join (other than owning the game ofc)
We all share items, you can join the run anytime by typing "/join_as [name of the survivor you want to play as]" in chat, boss enemies drop items on death, bazaars have a limited number of non-lunar items we can buy each visit, just some nice extra stuff
(before anyone asks, no I do not have Refightilization because it keeps bugging out and no I am not going to restart to put it (or any other mods unless they're real game changers) on)

Yeah. I almost always run multiplayer with a mod such as "shrine of Dio", which allows you to interact with a shrine for a sum of credits to revive dead teammates without them having to wait for the next stage.
