It depends on the context.
If you couldn't find any worth mentioning printers/scrappers or they were disabled then you did the best that you were given.
However, given the picture alone, having proc-related items with stacked Purity and no 57 Leaf Clover to counterbalance it is giving yourself junk items or items that essentially doing nothing, so you're left with a bunch of healing items, good combining with the Corpsebloom but with the lack of defensive items such as Rose Buckler makes its utility limited.
You're not utilizing Soulbound Catalyst enough, as ironic as it sounds, using Radar Scanner has its merits but not using it to buy chests and simply rushing to find teleporter makes using your character's mobility in general counteract each other. I would recommend something that gives you healing to combine with Corpsebloom, which in turn will allow you to stay in the fight longer or something more damaging.
Essence of Heresy on Loader is a bit of a controversial pick, if you don't combine it with any attack speed or Visions of Heresy; as a non-Essence of Heresy special with Loader would pull off some extra damage. Hooks of Heresy is also a controversial pick on Loader due to the loss of either a damage powerup from the momentum from its secondary skill swing or a tool to escape after landing a Charged Punch/Thunder Punch, especially on Thunder Punch because Thunder Punch will essentially lead you right to an enemy's face and if the enemy is not dead could lead to disastrous damage onto you.

So playing on Drizzle multiplies Heretic's negative regen making it hurt her more, and Monsoon reduces it

try to farm for items early on with her, assuming you’re not already doing that. her dps is fairly low and can benefit greatly from many different items, such as bands, crit, movespeed, including drinks, backup mags, crowbars, etc.
if you’re concerned about taking too long, you can make up for it on stage 2 by rushing the tp

if you stay close to titans they wont laser, when they start walking, lure them near a corner, rock, tree or other types of cover. it can be a lot to pay attention to in the midst of the chaos of a TP event
stage 1 is the hardest stage for someone like arti or huntress, if you dont get great items in a timely manor, dont cling to the run, let it die. because next run you're gonna get 3 shield gens on a stage with goat hoof printer
