Seeing the RoR1 cast & enemies get implemented is a really neat thing that I'd love to see more of. I know some might call out for nastolgia bait, but honestly since many didnt play the original game, seeing their popularity as mods is something I hope sways hopoo's decision making

Especially enforcer. Something about the kinetic chunkiness about him in the first game made him honestly the most satisfying to play. The mod really does it justice & I hope they pull a 'bandit revisited' on it where they keep it similar yet distinct.

Like if I get bungus I will just go do void fields because it's easy win

Granted yes it is reliant on bungus, but sometimes I like to use bubble shield and theres no point using mobile turrets with shield

Plus u can position the turrets on high ground where it's more difficult for enemies to attack it

Plus you should always keep repositioning your turrets anyway to get the items you picked up so mobile turrets really dont make that much of a difference

You don’t need to position them well when the mobile turrets can just dodge attacks, which they’re really good at

Harpoons are pretty much better than shield so no need to use it and rely on the synergy between it and stationary turrets

Why need Bungus when scythes or leeching seed will heal them because of their fast attack rate

my theory is that when the UES [redacted] crashed on siren's call(I think that's what happened i dont really know the lore with all the ships and stuff) most people died, but tharson survived and was taken to the void(like the artifact tablet on siren's call), in the new DLC we learn how he survived and we play as him as a new survivor,unlocking him by killing the new final boss

one respawn really helped last time i did this run, people didnt miss out on reds and it discourages rage quits if you die before tp

but it also makes death still matter, you come back, but you miss a lot of looting, if not all of it

i am also reducing spawn rates of rare printers, chests and cleansing pools so they dont spawn on every stage after 10+ players.

other wise it's still vanilla, so tp charge hasnt changed, or enemy scaling, nothing else. there's also no disabled items so fast printers + fireworks can be abused

None of the characters are the same from the first game, except from Acrid who was captured by the void reavers at an unknown time period and so hasnt aged

Each character is either unique to the series, or are part of an organization which is why they have similar appearances. E.g commando looks the same because that's the uniform all commando soldiers wear

@dire rivet Instead of blacklisting common words, the server should (honestly already) have a bot do the work

Dyno doesn't count, because sending a "you're sending links too fast" and doing nothing else is super unproductive.
I personally would suggest Crosslink, as that is probably the best bot to my knowledge, but y'all can find something that works for you

Also, I find this quite ironic, because I already let the mod team know this would be the best choice, as it saves human moderators for human-needed interactions while keeping bots and scammers at bay, and their response was "we have it handled"... This was multiple months ago 😓
