Try not to raw focus the boss, it's good to make it a point to kill all wisps that spawn in during a boss fight even if it means cutting attention from the boss itself
Killing the boss ain't gonna matter when there's an apocalypse currently happening outside of your focus

If you're tryin to get used to it, try your best to stick next to some cover the avoid the brunt of the splashy ball attacks from it, deal as much consistent damage as possible while keeping an eye out for wisps or elites like fire boys because they can be bad news, and know that even the slightest bit of cover can block the final explosion attack from the jellyfish even if its just putting the small teleporter prong between you and the jellyfish

you CAN take more items and take your time on stages but that needs experience or alot of luck to work

I just had the unluckiest possible run I've ever had
I had 50 lunar coins and went to the bazaar multiple times to get transendance, i was doing eclipse and needed it to survive
each time I was there I rerolled it 3 or 4 times and it didnt show up a single fucking time
and then i got two legendaries that were useless afterwards from two large chests
