it scales dash distance for both i believe, and eviscerate scales with it but doesnt deal that much damage anyway

basically makes you get a bit more expose and better whirlwinds/faster RTs

Monsoon build, was focusing moreso on survivability first like the seed item/tougher times/the one that reduces flat damage

Rose Buckler is a really good green for reducing damage since merc almost never stops sprinting, and it scales unlike repulsion armor plating (the -5 damage thing)

if using Blinding Assault and Eviscerate you'll want to really focus on damage since it can become a struggle, survivability stuff is always nice but you want to be able to focus and take out big threats before they can ruin your day

They try to get his attention by building a garden, literally creating life (wisps), and even devoting their entire life to him, but Providence just never notices.

This follows the multiverse theory the game presents in which everytime you start a run, every aspect is different. No matter where you go, there is nothing exactly the same. The reason that every run is cannon is because the multiverse theory gets out of hand really fast. This basically means that every model skin, every item mod, every nsfw huntress model is possible in this theory, because there's no set in stone "correct" timeline. Of course, there are log books which tell a story, but even then, there's so much open to interpretation.
Also, the transcendence log confirms that it's multiverse theory, so even the theory itself is cannon in the game
