it allows you to budget healing items for awhile and scrap mostly all of your healing for anything else while maintaining good healing

and then if you loop you go for the stages with cleansing pools for a free pearl

in 6MM (Stage 6 mithrix monsoon/no looping mithrix) it's basically just a rejuv rack though
