fire doesn't ''stack'' in the same way as bleed, it just adds some damage to the attack that inflicted it
howhever bleed resets the duration of the previous stacks, letting you keep increasing the ammount of bleed without losing any as long as you keep attacking, which leads into damage being able to ramp up infinitely until the enemy is dead (or you fail to keep it stacking)

the later stages on bandit are basically stack hemorrhage till you can kill something with desperado, once you have enough stacks win, then move on to the next stage and repeat

For once that my Commando run wasn't absolutely awful... Went full syringe to unlock Rapidfire... Turns out it's actually pretty viable with a few other items like Tri-Tip and Meathook
