maybe if there were super-special skins, you could only have them on one or two of the characters at a time, so you wouldn't be able to have all the super-special skins, and people wouldn't go through the time of playing a character they don't like just for a special achievement. Could be a bad idea for people who don't really main characters, though. But at the same time, it'd just be like a badge on that character.

To answer all of these, in order...

There is no form of conventional trading. Refrain from picking up items others may need if possible, and scrap what you don't to print for others if you want to help.

There is no conventional pvp or competitive, however prismatic trials are timed if you want to try and top the leaderboard. Theres no reason to though, other than bragging rights for a week.

However both of these can be rectified with mods, and player communication, pvp is technically possible with chaos but its inefficient, badly balanced, and some survivor abilities are worthless or detrimental(captain pylons work the same for everyone, engie turrets don't target players, huntresses glaive can bounce and hit her as well, ect). The game is fun, but it IS just a 3d run based rougelike with item unlock requirements. Assuming you spawn lunar coins, and unlock all the items and skills eventually, theres no element to get you any stronger aside from good run rng and player skill, theres no progression outside of unlocks that will happen in the next run.

some advice is to get purity and in the final stage, only use his special attack. That way, there's no way not to hit him with your special

also if you'd like to, try without sacrifice and pick up a from a lunar bud after completing the pillars and right before going up to fight mithrix

are you struggling with just damage?

if so do this

1. get , theyre fine, only use the R against mithrix when you are absolutely sure, preferably at close range. Plus they should be fine because they added a generous period where if something the R procced kills mithrix, you still get the achievement (afaik)

2. use for damage procs, they are safe and good for boosting your m1 damage in a controlled manner and theres no risk of mithrix dying early. Bandit m1 has 5% a shot to proc bleed per tri tip you pick up, so stack at most 20 tri tips.

3. i recommend grabbing 1 and a and doing Void Fields. Turn the red into a . Get and . That way your bleed and overall damage will be very high when Deathmark is up without any proc items that can steal your achievement

50% on each bullet means you have 5 50% chances, which translates to an extremely high chance of getting at least 2 bleed procs per shot for burst, and that's all you really need
