personally I dont mind the percent heal, I think its the flat heal thats the issue

you get a medkit stage 1 and you just win because you end up healing like 25% of your survivors health every time you take damage

Chip damage is the counter to medkit, since it prevents it from consistently activating in the late game aha
Monster tooth is worse, since you get so many kills you can just walk around and stay topped off, but by that point in the game the healing doesnt matter. Having too much healing is pretty rare before the autoplay portion of late game when your items carry you, and by then that s the pointof the game... You arent dealing damage by yourself either, its items giving you strength

Gas is worth less than wisp per stack, but its white so more common to pick up.

Even past stage 3 its a lot of damage, its just slow. So if you continue focusing targets it is burning, it isnt great, but if you swap targets you get more value out of the burn

It works well in late game when I never use left click and it's all just my secondary skill, dashes, and slicing winds. It is a really good improvement in most situations. Only rarely does it mess me up like in situations where I don't use my last dash to get to safety like I should and I really need the default m1 to lower my dash cooldown (since I never take more than 3 goat hoofs on merc as it messes up my dash+right click timing), but that's quite rare and I think visions is worth the risk.
