this visual bug was incredibly awesome to look at, just thought id share it. It occurred only when looking at a specific angle in the primordial teleporter whilst using the spinel tonic

Unsure what caused it to be honest, but i somehow both killed and didnt kill mithrix (while he was taking my items at that) causing void reavers and other enemies to spawn inside the arena. Might have had something to do with my dio's but im unsure, all i was doing was shooting at him to mess around a bit
was going to do eclipse 6 as loader, but it let me choose other characters on the select screen, i exited out and re-entered and it fixed itself, idk how to recreate

did you try to do a load of damage to him as he was stealing them? happened to me twice and thats the only consistent factor
Yeah it seems like if you manage to do an insane amount of damage during the transition that occurs between Phase 3 and Phase 4, this is usually what happens

and I can confirm it does work, I usually play with corpses off anyway and have never gotten that glitch as merc
had an odd bug where the teleporter item dropped right as the bosses were spawning. it didn't give me another item after i killed the bosses but i've never seen it drop like that. it probably came in clutch too so it's not like i'm complaining, that scythe carried me
Artificers Freeze doesnt execute enemies consistently, Enemies that get frozen and are already below the health gate won't get executed unless they receive another point of dmg from any source.

right when i was exiting a stage i hit a shrine of pain
i spawned in the next stage with 136 money

In edge cases, Snapfreeze pillars can't hit what triggered them when hit from the top half. Video for quick example, though to be clear I've seen this vs monsters too. idk if this is even worth considering a problem but I figured I may as well report it.

acrids rejuvenate doesnt seem to give barrier with aegis, not sure if this is a bug or not but it feels like it should give barrier because it is healing
acrid's regenerative buff is counted as regen if I am not mistaken, thats why tonic will omega-buff it

So I've been playing the game normally and, when I activated the teleported, the boss "didn't spawn". Putting that in the quotation marks because a Blazing Beetle Queen did spawn, but it was not assigned as a boss, resulting in no boss healthbar or "kill the boss" objective.

Friend and I got to third stage of final boss and after he took all our items the escape sequence started up even though they (2 cause swarm artifact) were both still alive
Repeatedly tapping movement keys while attacking with mercenary will completely screw up the attack timings on his 1st skill sometimes disabling the 3rd hit in the chain. Movement starting animation seems to take precedent over attack animation and cancels it. Acrids 2nd and 4th skill are missing the AGILE tag despite them being usable while sprinting.
Mercenary's dash gets stuck like this after hitting multiple monsters, an enemy's corpse or branches, you're also immune to dmg and can still damage monsters that get close to you (idk if this bug has been reported already)
intermitently the engineer target painting shift ability doesn't shoot any projectiles but still consumes stacks
I just finished this run with Forgive Me Please and Gesture, and it working fine until last level where it only threw out once and then never again. Not sure if intended, but couldnt use it at all, just stayed at 5 stacks.
I think that there is a glitch where throwing it over a cliff causes it to get stuck like that
Walking off of a cliff or any elevated platform while holding jump while you have the HeadSt v2 equipped causes a glitch with the particle effects trailing behind you

in the void fields there is this spesific place were if you fall in here you can't move and you keep takeing damage , I can't scape in any way , I can't jump because the game thinks I'm falling , so if you fall in here , my boy the run dies right there

im uh.... stuck. I died on the level before the last boss, my buddy tp's to the last boss, and i respawn and im just.... stuck. i cant move, or use any abilities, but my character's head looks in the direction im looking, my buddy sees me standing there, and i can pause per normal

@latent urchin the merc glitch also applies to loader and this hasn't been patched out in several updates and Idk if it ever will, the easiest way to fix this is to turn off corpses so you don't run into anything at all

that artifact IS artifact of honor, artifact of COMMAND is a crown in terms of shape
on the main screen I selected command, I just didnt notice while playing that it showed the honor artifact icon
its possible that you disabled command artifact, not selected it, if it has a red x under it, that means its disabled
glitch where upon entering void fields player gets stuck, suspended in air
Had a bug today. I was hosting a game and I have artificer unlocked and they did not. We went to the Bazaar Between Time and the purchasable character showed for me and not them. I purchased it wondering if it would unlock for them, but it did not. It just took my 10 lunar coins and did nothing. Meanwhile, my budy wasn't able to unlock the character.
i was having the same bug, i spent 30 coins on 3 different bazaars, wasnt working
I just died from a lunar chimera as engineer when I had my bubble shield on me and the chimera was nowhere near the bubble. I'm not sure how it killed me.
Your assembly error message looks like it's been truncated, the rest of it mentions you might not have execute permissions for those locations. Try running the game as Admin, or move the game to the same drive that Windows is installed on. @stone kindle
I was playing a game with these artifacts and a mountain shrine on, and no boss spawned. I dont know how but literally nothing happend. the quest didnt even ask for me to kill a boss, just said charge the teleporter

@graceful thunder (Final boss spoilers) ||Unsure about what you mean, if you mean that you want to deactivate the detonation sequence, you cannot. The objective after mythrix is to sprint back to the beginning area to get on the dropship and escape. ||
||what i mean is that during the fight, i hit mithrix's fourth phase, but the second it started, the moon detonation sequence also started, even though i hadn't killed him yet. this made a bunch of void reavers start spawning and they ending up killing me and trashing the whole run||

BUG REPORT
During a 3-player rainstorm run. I am playing Rex, with Acrid and a dead Commando. Stage 6 : Distant Roost. I have a Focus Convergence among other things, when I activated the teleporter, it instantaneously give the loot eventhough the boss is still alive.
does anyone know how to fix the multiplayer problem. I load into a multiplayer private game with my friends and i can't click a character or ready up or anything

While playing Risk of Rain 2, my PC will completely brick; as in I have to hit the power switch in the back to be able to turn it on again via the power button. I think it's due to it overheating my PC, but I'm not sure. When I'm in a discord call, it happens under 30 minutes, outside of a discord call, happens in 40-60.

There seems to be a bug where if you do too much damage to Mithrix when he steals your items then the moon base detonation will start prematurely and Mithrix will stay alive while giving you only 2 items back

While fighting the Big Boss Man he starting pickpocketing me, and then the "moon detonation imminent" phase began, including the waypoint. but i never got my items back or killed mithrix. i was just forced to run to the ship with no items

Probably not an actual bug, but I just found a maybe unintended way to AFK farm lunar coins. (Which, I mean, given the prevalence of text editing them anyways, isn't a big deal at all, honestly I'd feel less bad doing it this way anyways)
I went into the time bazaar and had "Gesture of the Drowned"+ "Forgive Me Please", and went AFK for food without pausing the game, and came back to a couple of lunar coins sitting on the ground beside me. Seems the "Forgive Me Please" on kill effect includes rolling for the random lunar coin drop chance. A bunch of fuel cells and this item could probably print quite a few if left running over night. (I know the chance diminishes with each coin, so it should become inefficient over long periods of time until you reset the run and try again, but I did get 2 coins in 20 minutes with just a single gesture and no fuel cells)

After killing both Worship Units with Void Reaver Implosions, the red dots/arrows that notify where the boss is doesn't disappear
going too high in the runald and kjaro fight will cause you to take environmental damage from the tar

Bug Report: Moon has a lighting issue right before Mithrix on Stadia. Lighting issue is that the background planet is completely black

every time without fail on stage 5 in single player or multiplayer I always end up falling through some parts of the stage and respawning but I don't take fall damage so I assume you're working on it
Heyo, I just did a void fields run and the legendary item for the 9th stage was Dio's last chance and after I cleared the stage all of the mobs that would have just died respawned and attacked me after clearing the final stage. pretty minor and funny tbh, but wanted to report if not intentional.

@bold wharf it is possible for all the eggs to be gone too quickly when you spawn, through stuff like a glowing Meteorite, otherwise its not possible

yeah if you have a billion stacks of razorwire the eggs will be gone before the game realises it should spawn the boss
Another day another blue-balling of getting Purity, used my shift skill and somehow got stuck "attacking" infinitly can't use abilities, can't jump, can't sprint. so I am softlocked
This is a known issue, a quick fix is to turn off corpses

When an Equipment (already chosen) and a Command Essence overlap, it becomes borderline impossible to interact with the Command Essence. Not truly a bug but maybe have Essence be prioritized over items?
When someone joins a game while the Lunar Chimera phase is active, one sometimes spawns outside of the arena so we couldn't kill it.
Boss (red dot) is off the map, teleporter at 99% and wont charge. :( RIP god run

I was doing a run with someone when everything froze. I could walk around, use my abilities, but everything else was frozen. My buddy pressed the teleporter and no bosses spawned. Only when he proceeded to the next level did I watch everything unfold. The bosses spawned and died very quickly and I watched the items being turned into the wisp item and getting picked up. Happened on wetland aspects with artifacts command and sacrifice. Nothing special happened and my internet was fine.
After a restart of the game and then my pc, the game is still slighty lagging in the lobby
Bug: when your damage dealt to Mithrix is too high (one shot kind of high), on the last phase when he starts to take your items and you attack him, the game glitches and moon detonation countdown starts while he is alive, and Mithrix becomes invulnerable Edit: grammar check
I have a video of this (But it's too large to post here.) and it's happened multiple times but as the Mercenary if I dash through a dead body and/or another object like a pot my model freezes and the sound of slashing never stops, you can't move enemies still respond to you and try to attack you but you don't take damage and things just gradually get louder and louder until either the game crashes or if your playing with someone else you advance through the teleporter.
This seems to be a common bug with mercenary, a temporary fix is disabling corpses
I am playing loader, the tab displays commando. I only have crowbar but it shows a brooch.
That is a common issue when you die, it forgets your character. But if you come back to life, everything should be the same
hey, in some of the interior parts of the siren's call, abyssal depths and the Mithrix stage there appear to be this "light walls" on the entrances to these places . they're flat see-through (exept for the mithrix's one, it's a white wall, confused me to where to go the first time)and have no collition. The mithrix one is a big problem because it's on the exit of the starting big open room and is just a pure white wall, had to look up a video to realize where the exit was. they show up on all graphic settings.
I have a non-standard gamepad, and while it's plugged in I can't do anything with mouse/keyboard. While mildly annoying (I just have to unplug the controller), it would be nice to have a disable gamepad option.
@civic spire that only happens to me when i have the particle smoothing off. Could be up to your gpu.

I have the same issue as @civic spire I have gotten used to it by now but it is definitely caused by lowering the settings and seems to be a consistent effect

nop, as i said, i tried multiple configs from low to high since i was troubleshooting a different issue and always saw them

I bought a nice expensive Big Boy Drone (TC-280) on Rallypoint Delta today. When I Blinked into it, the drone zoomed backward and hit a boulder, causing insta-death.
While playing as the Mercenary, the character can get stuck on nothing. After using the r ability. The slashes still visually and auditorily occur but you can't move and all damage gets blocked.
I dunno why but after I killed Mithrix, he gave me my items back but resurrected. I had a Dio's Best Friend, maybe it's the case? (I thought Mithrix does not resurrect from White Bear)
btw when he said "BROTHER... HELP ME...!", then stood and continued fighting back, it brought a tear to my eye

Hi since an update or something else I dont know my fps is chugging at 54fps I usually run well above 144fps its happening even at the title screen and menu in game also

Hello! I don’t know if this was reported before or not but the big drone (most often found in the snow stage), usually bugs and gets stuck on a wall or just doesn’t stop twisting, and not firing at anything. Many people other than me experienced this

This is what I see when joining a friend's lobby. None of the buttons work, I can't see the other player's chosen character and the clock is stuck on 0. The host's screen looks normal, and the same happens when I host (my screen looks normal and my friend's is like this).
Today I wanted to play some RoR with my friend, sadly when I tried to join his lobby, this happened. (Also I cant click ready.)
The funniest thing about this is that we can join to other players! (Pls help we are trying to start the lobby for damn 2h straight ;-;)
I was playing a run with my friend as MUT-I and I died on the 4th stage. When I got to sky meadow I was frozen in place until my friend activated the teleporter. This has happened to me 2 times and can be detrimental to a run.
@gritty roost i believe this is known now. If it happens again you can leave and rejoin assuming youre not the host and it will fix it.
multiplayer has drop-in for players that were in the game incase of dces so as long as you werent dead when you left you'll drop back in.

Hey, I found a decently major bug
All I have is a screenshot, but me and a friend killed Mithrix in a way so that it did not give us the items back, and the moon detonation was called. This was either because we killed Mithrix really fast, or he had Dio's. I suspect it was an issue because I had 1 Dio's, and my friend did not, so the game likely bugged out and did not give either of us the items but respawned one of the Mithrix. The issue likely lies in how stolen items from multiple people interact with Mithrix

other people have been experiencing the same issue with Mithrix, still don't know exactly what causes it but it is probably high damage and not dios
if Mithrix dies with a dios you will still get your items back and the moon detonation will not start

This happens whenever I try to join my friend's game/he tries to join mine. Files successfully validated, we're both running vanilla, (however I have the mod manager installed) we've restarted steam and our games numerous times but this is always the result.

my friend used hook as loader and the hook got stuck and he was no longer able to use m2
he could still move around the map but the hook stayed connected wherever he went

there is a bug in this map (forgot the name) that if you blink upwards into a stone, you go into it
throwing forgive me please off cliffs counts towards the max count of 3 dolls even though the dolls have despawned, making the item unable to be used if 3 go out of the map

I found another bug - me and my friend are playing, and he keeps getting stuck in his ultimate. Unless he gets hit (which is rare, given invisibility frames) he can´t get un-stuck
There is a bug with many variations, but its when certain objects or dead hitboxes are still targetable but not a regular enemy or smnth. Either way, attack speed rises to as fast as it can, and with characters like loader or merc it can solftlock and end a run because their attack has movement associated with it. A few things I've seen that do this are Bronze Contraption corpses, Allied beetle guard corpses, mithrix when he is sitting down after his death in phase 4, and shrines of combat.
@shadow night this but has been in the patch for several updates and idk if they’ll fix it. But the easiest way to fix this without losing your run is to turn off dead corpses, I know it’s a complete hassle to do specially considering that it should be fixed. But if you wanna keep your god run. The easiest way is to turn off corpses. Makes life easier. Lol

Hey so I've been trying to play multiplayer with my girlfriend as she recently got a PC, but everytime I get into a game with her it crashes around 15 minutes in give or take 5ish minutes. Her singleplayer works fine and I can play multiplayer with other friends with no issues. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Thanks!
don't ever think for one second that you're safe, because it can easily turn the tables on you so quickly when you least expect it to

This isn't related to pc (yet) but there's nowhere else for Stadia feedback.
During my obsessive watching of SG footage, I have notice Monsters have been occasionally getting struck on the various stone structures littered about the map. I have a suspicion this is because they’re one of the last things implemented before release, but the pathfinding & spawning (for larger Monsters) weren't adjusted enough to accommodate these new additions.

AtG Missile targets beneath the Clay Dunestrider. It was only one instance I was able to find this so feel free to double check me.
@lament sonnet ATG's tend to target its legs for a very short period after it stands up. They usually quickly fix themselves but this sometimes happens due to the main hitbox moving so drastically
I don't have any screenshots of this but when I would use my charge as loader with like 13 soldiers syringes, I would get stuck in some loop of my charge. I couldn't move, I was stuck in a ball of the charge particles but I could still deal and take damage. I'm guessing that I just broke the game engine or something.
use flying then start to fly lol. enigma deleted active item for fly. i paused the game. now i can fly like a spectator in CS. i can even step on the ground then fly again.

Hey i found a map bug on sirens call might need to look at
it allows you to enter under the map and never get hurt but can still hurt the enemies and use items
if you go the the far end of the map passed the broken buildings and walk accross the rock that extends outgo a 1/4 of the way and land on the rock just under the ground but not the lower one. once on the rock walk on to the other rock but keep going forward and you will be under the map

i was able to recreate it as loader by charging into a brass contraption's corpse/debris
i'm very sure by now it has something to do with dead bodies, e.g. in the video it's caused by attacking near a player (commando) corpse

No spawns for about 5 minutes of sitting in Bulwark at the 6-7 hr mark of a run. Might be a director issue? Essentially soft locks a run if entering the bulwark from sky meadow.
Leg is missing after Mithrix takes Goat Hoof in the final phase
Mithrix just died during the animation for the last phase for my friend and he didn't get his items back, Huntress and think bleed killed him

@coral hamlet if you had the game open longer than 8 hours that can happen. For just unlocking it idk. As you figured out, restarting fixes it.
Spawning under/inside stages is a pretty big deal with Eclipse modifiers since the fall damage from it would kill you at Eclipse 3 and above, would not be a fine experience to die because the game decided you don't get to play.
Every time I join my friend's lobby in vanilla RoR2, I can see the character selection pane but I can't select a character, choose a difficulty, or pick a relic. If the host starts the game then the others are left in the lobby and the host starts the game alone.

Hi! I got an Engineer Command Run earlier. When I got to Mithrix last phase, I didn't know if I killed him while he had my 3 Dio's because he stepped into my minefield. The bloody countdown started and he was still alive but I got my Dios now (it was my 2nd to the last item).
I did not get all my items because he's still there and shooting at me. And the timer is ticking. And 20+ void reapers started appearing on the arena! I cannot escape because he still got my items but all of these void reapers are shooting at me and I consumed all my 3 Dios and died.
It was on the 100minute mark. Please send help I don't know what happened.

in this yellow spot on the hill, in the middle of my screen you can use Commando's unlockable utility skill to clip through the stage pretty reliably

I've got a bug to report about acrid that I've been able to consistently replicate over a good 50 or so runs. I do not mod.
- I don't know if anyone else has reported this before. Reaching the atk speed that 3 soldier's syringes gives ya makes the M1 hitbox janky. I think it got improved, but the bug is still there.
You'll swipe with M1 and not hit smaller enemies that are right in front of you. No hits registered. No SFX for tearing into mobs, no numbers, item procs, etc. Just a chance you'll flat out miss your target. If you nuzzle up all cozy to a boss, you're usually able to kinda hit them. I've also noticed sometimes I will hit enemy mobs, but at a slight delay. This atk speed is also replicated with other atk speed boosts such as warbanner + syringes, and at certain other atk speeds later in the game - though I don't know how to measure the exact values since getting that deep in the game there's several atk spd items proccing that are harder to keep track of.
I feel I should mentioned that before 1.0, the attack chain wouldn't even start. Acrid would do the first swipe at base atk speed, no 2nd or final hit. Now, at least the chain progresses.
I don't know if it matters, but my loadout has ravenous bite, and it hasn't produced a similar atk spd bug. Though, I do use the m2 to cancel the lagtime of the final hit for primary attack chain frequently - or the first hit to get multiple swings in very quickly.
I don't know where else to post this - hope it helps. My computer is a crummy laptop, so I'd be willing to accept it just can't handle something - but this is the only issue I've had with the game.
Equipment stopped working
Just had our few loop monsoon run terminated by bug.
Moon detonation started with last phase, maybe there was some crazy proc-chain that ended mithrix with atg just before immunity. Anyways, there is no winning last phase with detonation enemies, aoe instakills and no items.

Well, found a bug with MUL-T. Using Visions, and switching weapons while holding m2 causes... A buggy mess.
got to A Moment, Fractured and rolled with commando while spawning and then somehow glitched through the wall and got out of the map, am now falling for 5 min without being reset or anything, but cause the lights move around me I guess I am still falling
^ update: while falling I started using just all abilities and rolled around after like 10 min bustling fungus activated and then I rolled again and got put on the map again

Found a bug with the Void Reavers the other day, I killed 2 almost at the same time (with a small difference in time) and the first one killed me with the explosion, I revived with Dio's best friend but while I was in the reviving animation (can't move, immune messages), the second void reaver killed me again and I lost

middle of a multiplayer run, in between changing stages, it just booted me back to the main menu, no error report, no nothing
So i dont know if this is a bug or not, but i did the shrine of order during late game with the captain and i got 10 defensive microbots. And since there is not stacking effect with them or any other way to get them i think that it might have been an error. So i basicly got 9 extra red items that did not do anything :|

Unfortunately I didnt have OBS running at the time, but if you have a frost relic active while you print it into another red (In my case I printed it into Shattering Justice) it will stay activated forever.
Im not sure what is the formal way of making a bug report so sorry if I made it wrong. But it can easily be reproduced by getting a frost relic, activating it by killing an enemy, then printing it into another red item

Mithrix has no breathing animation in the logbook. He just stands there like a statue, as opposed to every other creature having an idle animation or at least blinking.
So im playing with my friend (USA) and me (Im from Europe). Sometimes in our runs when we play together the game glitches out ( enemies walk through walls,i cant hear him in our discord call and finally i get disconnected from the match.) I dont know how this happens,this is a big problem because this happens every run. We cant play a run without having that happen to us.Can someone tell me what could possibly be happening?
Most likely one of your internet connections being weak for a moment. The game runs on p2p connection

peer to peer, it means that the game runs on a connection between you two and not a server. This means that if one connection goes out, the other person loses connection as well

Killed mithrax with a proc chain capacitor on phase 3 (after zenith designs) in one shot, which somehow triggered phase 4 AND moon detonation sequence. I died without items so couldn't check if i was able to complete the escape sequence while mithrax was alive.
so im on stage 48 and for the past few stages my defiant gouge wont work and shrines of combat wont let me activate them

I've had this game since day one of beta and i have well over +500 hours in game. it says there is a tp but i spent 40 some min last night looking for it and it still wasn't there. i just started useing the art tp to get to stage 6.
its literally impossible for there to not be a teleporter when the objective says 'find the teleporter'. again, unless you can bring evidence in the form of a video or screenshot, its not a thing

this is a thing on Wetland Aspect too, newer players tend to miss teleporters a lot because of all the verticality the stage has. but the only time teleporters were legit missing was on the release patch of EA, with distant roost
After Mithrix steals your items, he decides Huntress' leg is just too good not to take as well (having goat hoof in the last phase removes the leg)

Wurms sometimes kill themselves at certain points in sky meadow. I think they're hitting the kill volume at the bottom of the map or something like that.
Also purely anecdotal, but worms seem to make online lag a lot (netlag) when a lot spawn, compared to other bosses. Especially noticeable in Sky Meadow (I have the suspicion that the floating rocks also contribute to netlag but I have no evidence to back that up).
Mercenary can get themselves stuck when they do their Ult
I don't exactly know what causes it, but it happened to me as I used my R into a crowd of enemies which is latched on a primordial cube attack

After a nearly 7-hour run stacking 6 Clovers, I saw 3-4 each of Her Biting Embrace and Silence Between Two Strikes, but none of the other aspects. I've seen Ifrit's Distinction drop once so I know it can, but I'm about as certain as I can be that luck isn't affecting all the aspects like it's supposed to.

A worm randomly decided it was a good idea to jump into orbit. I had no turrets up the mountain whatsoever
For reference, this is where I was standing, and the worm came out of the ledge on the other side of the canyon (beneath the Glacial Brass Contraption). It came back down as normal and started targeting me as usual but still rather weird.
Graphics options for Shadow Distance go Low > Medium > High > High.
Just a text thing nothing major, and the second high does change quality.
Standing on the spawn area for an enemy beetle guard can also cause the player character to fall through the map.

Actually I have a big problem with RoR2. I have the game on my Nintendo switch and yesterday, i bought it on pc in order to play with my friends. But the game won’t launch!
So i have find out on the internet that it is probably because my drivers wasn’t updated. So i updated everything, my nvidia gtx 1050 driver and my amd processor drivers.
But actually, it says that my amd radeon vega 8 graphics GPU and amd rysen 5 2500U with radeon vega mobile gfx CPU CANNOT run the game !!
Is it really possible ? The game literally don’t launch because of this ? Or can I find a way to make it work ?

I'm not sure if this is a known glitch but it's been in the game for quite some time. One of the blocks on Siren's Call has a weird texture to it and you can walk through the block from that one direction.

Small bug. Not sure if this is a known bug but Monster Log does not accurately display how many times I've killed Mithrix (or died to him). Just finished Eclipse run too. I have Captain unlocked as well to show that I have killed him at least once. All the other Monster Logs seem to be fine. Also sorry for the repost. Forgot to mark as a potential spoiler.

I just realized the cause for massive FPS drops on my end that I reported to Gearbox before.
The chests, items and interactibles cause a major performance impact which can be undermined by turning on the artifact of Sacrifice, making the game run much more silky-smooth, at least in the beginning stages. I get 70 FPS on titanic plains with Sacrifice compared to sub-60 (about 50 FPS) by default on other runs
I get straight up 80 FPS on Sacrifice actually.

oh, well, I will explain as I thought that would just give a preview. When using mercenary, with enough attack speed, his (first) R kind of glitches you into a space stuck in the ability for an indefinite amount of time. It fixed automatically for me twice, but more often than not it has kept me there for 15+ minutes before I just decided to end the run.
^ this happened to me with his dash actually, I got stuck in the animation when he hits something until I used it again
My problem doesnt get fixed after using the dash again, I get locked until the Precipitation gods decide to let me out
yeah just figured I'd say it because it happened, I have a clip of it if it's wanted but it wasn't anything special just spamming dash

I really appreciate what you people do. It's people like you that give me hope. When you seeing someone doing wrong, you act on it. You also give them second chances, which is what I like. Well what can I say? Big emotions, big text is my motto. If you have a big message, though, opinion, or statement you want to get out, it's going to be a lot less impactful if it's in a mere one sentence. i encountered a bug with milky chrysalis and artifact of enigma ((and potentially artifact of command))
i got an equipment item from a shrine, and chose milky chrysalis with artifact of enigma on. you fly forever, but don't get the speed buffs from MC.
So my friend keeps speaking up during our play sessions about a bug with Huntress's primary attack, how it occasionally fires, but the arrow is invisible and silent. Any thoughts regarding that?

If you have Wax quail and H3AD-5T v2 at the same time and you jump close to a ramp or pothole you will be launched to the sky, this is very annoying because happen A LOT when you are just walking and you suddenly are launched to the sky instead of just jumping
Also if you keep holding space before and after touching the ground you will start spawining tons of particles the next time you start falling, until you relase the spacebar (jump button)

@viscid stone the jump is intended, and the particle effect hasn't been patched ever since it was discovered so i think devs kinda keep it in because it looks cool

the jumping mechanics have been this way since EA, and being able to generate this much vertical height is actually great for what Headstompers are meant to do.
i like the way you can use momentum to jump high with some attacks or skills or even by just having many speed, but this is just too much, 2 items make me unnable to control my character properly, this with some characters can be horrible.

Multiplayer is not working
Steam friends cannot join lobby. Queus as 1 person and my invite gets a black screen. We tried swapping, it happened to me. We both restarted steam, same results.
I don't know if this is the right place to report this but this happened to me yesterday. my friend was walking like that for a minute or so then he snapped back to normal. It didnt affect the gameplay in any way and was kind of funny but i think that you would like to have this info. Hope it helps.
Nothing big, but when I'm playing Huntress and M1ing people, sometimes the arrow animation stops but they keep taking damage.

Hello, I experienced a frustrating bug just now where after getting commando's "Incorruptible" challenge, picking up a "visions of heresy", and trying to move on to the next level, the screen went black. I was able to pause and view the pause menu, but unable to move my cursor, unpause, or proceed to the next level. I was able to quit to main menu. Once I started a new run, all projectiles and a lot of vfx were invisible.
I included two clips of the bug and the portion of the output_log.txt I thought was relevant. The full file was too long to put anywhere without the site exploding (it's over 1 million lines long), so I truncated it to where I first saw the CommandoNonLunarEnduranceAchievement error. The rest of the txt file was essentially that error repeated many many times. If there's anything else I should include, let me know.

Right so anyone got any idea why this happens? it happens to me and my friend when we try to join eachother. We don't have any mods installed and never have had. It worked just fine a few days ago. It only happens to the player that is joining the game and we can't select anything in the menu. It doesn't say that someone has connected for the host. Anyone got any idea what it is/how to fix it?

Anyways, I was playing as mercenary and I hit my friend's R ability (he was loader) that was on top of a bronze contraption corpse, while I was in the void, and what happened was I then started doing MY R ability on the corpse forever (the one where I get I frames) and I couldn't move.

Small little quirk that I've noticed, whenever you disconnect then reconnect your mouse the game no longer hides your mouse. In menus both mouse icons will appear or in game it will just sit on top of your reticle. (I was going to send a screenshot, but your mouse doesn't appear in screenshots).
ok so i was playing ror2 and for some reason enemies was not spawing in void fields at all and the two artifacts i was using was Kin and Swarms not sure if kin was blocking the game from spawning creatures

if you have enough glass to reach 1hp you can die from fall damage yes

If you are using MUL-T and you have Silence Between Two Strikes (Overloading aspect), when you are below 50% HP, you switch to your aspect with R and switch back again, you'll gain back 50% of your health in HP
not really a bug, more of an exploit of the intended behaviour

Lunar pods on coalesence in multiplayer wont open, cursor on crosshair
in Commencement, I saw every possible location for Cauldrons and Lunar pods to spawn, since they well, spawned in every location. All cauldrons/pods could be bought as normal, but only the intended amount of cauldrons/pods dropped items while the others dropped nothing

Hello, was going on a run with the Artifact of Sacrifice on and some how ran across a chest in the area Aurelionite spawns. First time I've seen this happen.
It's nothing too pressing or anything I think I'll need feedback on but, I figure it's good to report
The Aurelionite area has guaranteed chests no matter what artifacts you have on
beetle minion can aggro on the player (does no damage). I think this is caused by the mired urn draing it, leading the AI to perceive an attack. this seemingly persists well past your urn stopping the drain.

I just wanna mention a glitch with aurelionte. Sometimes when you start the teleporter event and stand right where he spawns, he just pushes you down under the map. It doesn't happen that often, but i just wanted to mention it. :)

that is probably your HDMI cord and/or graphics card having a malfunctioning. Try replacing the cord and see if that works. Be sure to also update graphic drivers

@inner summit its not bugged, minions need to be able to attack you due to artifacts
Encountered an enemy that wasn't an elite that SHOULD have been an elite with Honor enabled. I assume it was because it was launched so far away from its parent that it couldn't get its elite prefix?

Picking up bandolier drops while having backup mags and your beacon skill on as captain (with your prosthetic raised in the air and the beacon area shown) it gives you M2 beacon charges allowing you to place an infinite amount of beacons on a stage. I was playing huntress on rallypoint delta and phase blinked into a rock, which immediately clipped me into the ground and I fell through the map
my game crashes sometimes randomly with a unity crash report thing where it loads and then goes to "app not responding" wtd
AtG missiles have a tendency to aim for a point somewhere below the enemy they're targeting, rather than directly at them. This is extremely noticeable with clay dunestriders in particular--the missile will often miss their "head" entirely and hit the ground beneath them--but it does seem to happen with other monsters as well.
As far as I can tell this only affects AtGs, other missile-like projectiles (fireworks, harpoons, etc.) work fine.

my bug report was a non-elite enemy with the artifact of Honor, though Cadavers bug is that the boss enemy has been launched into the abyss, making progressing nearly impossible
so they just pushed the enemy away too much

All my keybindings say "unknown" in game, I started the game on my laptop, played there for a month, and then when I setup my desktop I can't play the game since the character bindings won't work + character won't stop looking down :/. I tried unplugging/disconnecting the controller, but then it won't recognize the mouse or keyboard.
I got stuck in my R and couldn't move for like 15 minutes. I was also invincible and stills shooting little disciples. It only fixed itself when we went to the next stage. IDK what's happening, but this is a thing on merc in multiplayer and it happened to me at least 3 times now.

Was in Iradiant Pearl hunt and I got Milky Chrysalis from Enigma artifact.
Something bugged and now I have infinite effect of Milky Chrysalis and I can just hover forever in air
Seems funny at first but becomes really annoying later, as hovering is slower than jumping now
IN SINGLE PLAYER, proccing the exposed debuff isn't correctly reducing the cooldown of Blinding Assault. You can ram through tens of exposed enemies multiple times and only have 3 seconds shaved off the final cooldown. Sometimes its completely reset, sometimes only a second or two is shaved off. Absolutely devastating for the regular mercenary combos (especially for Slicing Wind users), as you are losing many seconds of Blinding Assault uptime and I-frames to this bug.

I've experienced this a couple times over the last 19~ or so hours of play, and I thought I was just bad. But fire damage DoT effect seems to be busted, maybe even ticking twice instead of once per stack?
i had this loadout with a forgive me please q item, and for some reason half way through the moon, right before mithrix, the drowned stopped activating forgive me please. No press of the Q button did anything, and there were no more existing forgive me pleases left on the stage

The affliction stacks and is put on you all at once when the buff wears of I think. Meaning your drone didnt use spinel tonic in time casuing the buff to go poof and activate affliction

On distant roosts, I glitched outside the map by using Artificer's big jump inside the cave. Additionally, when I activated the teleporter that was inside the cave, one of the Wandering Vagrants instantly died because it presumably had nowhere to spawn

I was looking around the new map to get a feel for everything and i found a spot where you can walk out of the map. you don't need to clip through the wall with mobility or anything there is literally just a hole. A single hopoo feather is enough to get out.
Help! I cant use my mouse and keyboard for RoR2. It only lets me use my controller, and all my controller binds say UNKNOWN. But I dont even want to use controller I wanna use my keyboard and mouse. How do I fix it? I cant even navigate the main menu with my mouse.

MUL-T's saw hitbox seems really wonky after the latest update. Sometimes it straight up just deals no damage to enemies until you either swap off of it with R or use Shift. When it's in the mode where it fails to deal damage, I noticed that sometimes it deals a few ticks of damage if enemies run past the side of MUL-T, as if the hitbox is offset or something weird like that.
The game can be softlocked by pushing Clay Dunestrider off of Sundered Grove

After update I cant play the game. I cant even move properly across the menus (pushing a botton makes it move after a few secons and only in one of many attemps). Also, the sound breaks down and othe aplications like chromes stop working properly. None of this had never happened not even in the first EA release.
You can use the vase equipment to teleport in and out of the final boss area, this could theoretically be used to cheese the boss if coupled with specific survivors and/or equipment.
In this part, my friend sees this door open. I couldn't enter the area and I don't know why. Then in the ancient reliquary my game stops working 😦

When you hit enter after a multiplayer match it kicks you out for some reason
extremely annoying stutter with 60 FPS lock and VSYNC, on any resolution. Can confirm it's just this game, pulled up a few other 60FPS titles (Sekiro, Crysis) and they run just fine. New update has made it worse - some stutters are up to a quarter of a second now. 9900K @5Ghz and a 1080 Ti - not hardware related. Fix please, this game has never run well throughout early access and it just keeps finding problems.
Upon reaching Phase 4 of Mithrix the moon detonation had started up after he had taken all of my items.

Less of a bug, more of an oversight. If LOD is reduced, the glowing mushrooms hinting at the legendary chest on Sundered Grove will not appear. This makes it markedly more difficult to spot the chest for people with lower graphical settings.
I believe there is a similar issue on Wetland Aspect where certain props are invisible with low graphics, however still have hitboxes blocking projectiles and movement.
Hey y'all, this just happened to me at the end of my run, and I'm not sure if its a common bug or not, but I reached the third phase of Mithrix and either as he was channeling the item succ or as soon as he spawned in, the detonation countdown timer appeared and the sequence itself began - void reavers, forcewalls and all. It makes the final phase nigh-unbeatable, not to mention the run back on top of that.
Barely managed to get back even a tenth of my items before the void reavers covered the entire area with their little void pillars.

After using the Recycler on a Red Item it stops functioning until it's switched out with another item and use that item. Otherwise the Recycler won't work. (Simply switching out doesn't work the cooldown has to be up again)
Loader's Alt Grapple tends to snap to terrain in a really weird way. Especially on Commencement this is extremely noticable. It doesn't really affect her gameplay quality, it's just that the hook lands in a spot a few meters away from where you actually aimed it.

I read it. and I do accept that games have bugs. Teleporters can only spawn in a set 5-8 locations, and some of them are incredibly hard to spot. the only way that you can VERIFY a teleporter didn't spawn is by hitting a newt altar or a gold altar to see if an orb appears. did you do that?

Sirern's call kinda broke. So first I was fighting the alloy worship unit for the red item, but I was dashing into him as merc over the edge of the stage near the central fountain. One of my dashes launched him downwards so far and into the side of the map past the teleport plane so he was unkillable.
then, after trying a few times to get down there and finish him off I also somehow clipped into the side of the map and skipped past the teleport plane and now I'm infinitely falling.

Yeeting the clay dunestrider (teleporter boss) out of the stage on Sundered Grove with Rex' Shift-Skill didnt kill it and softlocked the teleporter event

Whenever my friend or I die on Abyssal Depths, the doors get messed up(when he's spectating me the door I just ran through was closed.)
Now, a teleporter spawned IN a door that is closed for him.
We are now building movement speed to glitch through the wall to hit the teleporter

So, I dunno if this has already been reported. Sorry if it has. I somehow got infinite flight on un-modded RoR2. I was running Sacrifice and Enigma. At some point I got milky chrysalis and I think when I used it and the equipment switched, the flight effect became permanent. Sorry, I don't have the full video of the run, just the part where I realised I got the effect.

Played on it with mods, so might be the problem but doubt. Launched clay dunestriders off a cliff and they didn't die, caused soft lock since I couldn't go down they couldn't come up/die.

Found two holes in the level mesh atop the valley the Grove is located in.
i ran into a problem where if you clip a flying boss enemy on stage 5, it gets sent to the edge of the map but never runs into anything, so you're stuck waiting for ~10min for it to make its slow way back to your location
the red dots show where they are, but they're invisible because they're so far away
they did eventually come back, so I was able to finish the level, but it seems like restricting the level's bounding box or adding some invisible walls would help.
I just ran into a bug on the new forest stage. I had pushed an overloading clay dunestrider into the void under all the roots and it just continued to fall indefinitely. The boss bar got stuck on and I was unable to continue the run or reach it to finish it off as it was below the teleport zone so any time I jumped in after it I would find myself back on the map as it got even further away.

I encountered a multiplayer bug in which I was loaded into a different version of the map than my ally. In prior runs this resulted in multiple overlapping explosive barrels in the snow level. More importantly, in our last run, we were in Abyssal Depths, and got spawned in the tunnels. My ally was spawned in the map version without closed doors, but I wasn't. I had no ability to get past the closed doors.

second: check the file that has the cutscene text. it is probably missing a ' or " somewhere. if either is missing, the entire file fails

If you have the life siphon urn from the yellow category, and use it on the gold golem (forgot its name) the gold golem will actually focus you, therefore not attacking the enemies unless they attack him.

Reporting in that I also had this exact same bug. My friend was host and could run the whole map but I was stuck in the cave. 2 players game

possible workaround for the door issue we're trying is to have all non-host players play as huntress becasue apparently she can blink through the door

@fair hemlock im not 100% sure on this one but that's happened to me to but the in game effect still happens so i think it's a visual thing based on your Graphics settings

Repeatable crash: Sometimes when I play with friends I have to go do something else for a round or two, I leave the game open in the background, and I have "Mute When Unfocused" checked. When I come back, it seems like instead of being muted, all the sounds were 'queued'. If I'm gone long enough, the game crashes when I return.
found a bug, if you throw off the clay dunestrider (presumably any boss) in the hole under the tree in the new map (also, presumably any cliff that goes off the map) they don't die. you can't reach them, they just stay alive and block you from completing the map. i think this is due to a failed collision check with the bottom of the map, but i'm no game or mod developer, just a normal nerd.
also, this was done with the primordial cube, maybe an effect in the background that causes that? idk
Today me and my friend tried to play trough steem an we stubled on such issue, doesnt matter who was the host of the lobby we got identical result. Version of the game 1.0.2.1 unmodded. My friend is seeing a door, while I am not seeing it. I could move trough he cannot. This resulted in him unable to leave the area.

So, me and a friend are doing a run, and we ran into this weird glitch in abyssal depths where i see a door, but my friend didnt see a door, i found a way around this but we were worried that we got softlocked.
If you put your camera in the water and look up in Sky Meadow's teleporter, it freaks out and does this weird glitch in the sky. i think its a weird mirroring thing like with discord screenshare stuff. i dont know if this is a bug or something different
Does Stadia count as PC or console? In either case the Engineer's mobile turrets don't move on Stadia currently (I also don't know how to check the version on Stadia)

@rancid burrow not nessessarily bugged, you need to stand very close to the wall in specific spots, and with how Blink works, that just happens.
The door to the tunnel in abbysal depths was only open for the host and not anyone else (teleporter happened to be in the tunnel)
Also found a gap that I could get through just above the top right of the tunnel, though not sure if this is a bug.

so i noticed before that the flying bells' corpses have a weird hitbox. On this one I auto-attacked on and got stuck, i could do anything and was invincible. Somehow i still made hits tho ^^
I played with a friend of mine yesterday and I stumbled across a major bug:
I do not know if the bug is related to the artifacts, but we had artifacts of sacrifice, enigma and swarms activated, and we both played as MUL-T. I collected a chrysalis, activated it, and it transformed instantly due to enigma. I kept flying the whole time and noticed that I had gained infinite flight, the effect just wouldn't wear off.
I can't remember if I switched the use item with R after having activated it , but in any case, I got infinite flight and I kept flying into the sky until the trees in wetlands aspect stopped, and I also couldn't find any barrier or effect that would teleport you back to the map.
I forgot to mention that the effect does wear off when teleporting to the next level.
I also encountered another major bug:
With the items shown in my previous bug report, we went to fight Mithrix. We managed to kill him almost instantly with a lot of DPS during his first three stages. In the fourth stage, when he starts stealing your items, it turns out he is not totally invincible or something, at least, we managed to one-shot him before being done. However, he is supposed to be invincible, so the game seems to play his stage 3 (the rotating blue wheel thingie), stage 4 (he still kept our items unless we damaged him) and the moon detonation at the same time. We could not escape because the invisible barrier around the arena was still there. At the same time, lots of Void Reapers and other monsters spawned as if we were supposed to escape. I managed to quickly take a screenshot. Notice how the blue wheel thingie is there, how I have no items at all, how Mithrix texts don't tell he's defeated, but how it also states "moon detonation" etc.
The lines of flame are normal, unless they are doing the spinning thing, but everything else is weird

If you use all the charges of visions of heresy and then use thermal harpoon while it is recharging it will only reload 1 bullet of vision

This was from my point of view
So it looks like the hidden timer for the logbook on the Void Fields starts as soon as you start your run so you need to get to the enviro log spot before 5 minutes pass after beginning the run. I used the 'lategame' console command to get into the shop immediately, reached the location where the logbook is meant to be within a minute, and finally got it.

is it possible to take fatal fall damage if you land on a mob? in stage 10 playing as captain, went flying off a high point in the map(had something like 6 goat hooves and 4 energy drinks), landed on an elder lemurian by chance, and immediately died. Im pretty certain I had full health and died from fall damage bc i didnt see any flames or an attack animation from the elder lemurian when i landed on it

I encountered the same bug twice to day in a multiplayer game with 3 friends. We all spawned in the cave in abyssal depths. the only player who could enter or exit was the host player. the rest of us had closed doors that prevented us from leaving the cave. as this was stage 4 on monsoon, our host quickly died to the TP boss and the run ended.

After playing for a while, a rumbling sound keeps playing. (sounds a bit like a stone golem coming up from the ground). It even plays in the main menu, but not in the escape menu.

My friend has the recording, but we were both playing on a different abyssal depths in the same lobby. In addition, this may be related this may not be, but I was also having horrible frame issues during the lobby as well. But yea, the tunnel was closed for me, and had these yellow planes in front of the doors but wasn't closed for other party members

Abyssal Depths, not Acres
The colored planes are because you have soft particles turned off and there is a change in lighting from the cave into the open area. This also happens in Siren’s Call and Commencement, where the planes are the color of the lighting of n the area. The reason that it is yellow next to the cave is because the inside of the cave is lit up yellow instead of the color of the rest of the map. Having the option turned on smoothens the lighting transition so that it’s gradual instead of immediate. This makes those planes/boxes “soft” and nearly if not entirely unnoticeable.
Gotcha. Was there any recent changes to performance? Because I feel like lately I've been having frame issues earlier and earlier in runs. I've tried tweaking settings too, but it seems to have no effect, and the frame drops are seemingly random. I've check my processes and my processor and GPU are doing fine at like 40% utilization

Anyone else notice huntress' arrows sometimes don't have their trails? Is that a graphics setting perhaps?
Huntress, will draw her arrow, doing the entire animation, but for whatever reason some arrows do not have a trail
I was playing just fine last night but now
the only buttons that work are tab, enter and space
Not sure if its the case on other survivors, but if you jump, as acrid, and ping something below you, it pings you want to attack yourself
Got Clay Dunestriders as a boss on Sundered Grove, had hit a shrine of the mountain so there were 2, knocked one off the edge of the map using Rex's utility but it didn't die, the little red ping shows the boss in the void, I had already killed the other bosses. Killed the run obviously, first time I've encountered this type of issue. (I have saved the output log file separately if needed)
Finished level 2 teleporter, when we enter next level it says that i am dead and i'm in spectator mode

there's this spot in sundered groves where you could get stuck and you can only rotate
(got unstuck using bomb thing)
My friend has the recording, but we were both playing on a different abyssal depths in the same lobby. In addition, this may be related this may not be, but I was also having horrible frame issues during the lobby as well. But yea, the tunnel was closed for me, and had these yellow planes in front of the doors but wasn't closed for other party members
@proud lake got the same bug, and it all the time, i can't get out unless i have a jump

Sundered grove boss spawns are in desperate need of fixing. Tired of them spawning out of the teleporter behind walls and have to either leave the radius or wait for them to arrive
