The Siren's Call 99% teleporter bug still occurs. It must be a thing with Siren's Call (In prismatic trials this time)
When using Chaos, there's a bit of inconsistency with Huntress's Glaive.
Usually when throwing it, it doesn't hurt you unless it bounces back to you.
However, sometimes the Glaive can damage you, and it happens when it first spawns, but not all the time, it seems? It's odd.
i jumped outside the hitbox of the map and am forever falling on the alternate map for stage 1 with the doggo's shift (i have 61 red whips, 13 goat feet and 56 redbulls)

The little boxes that drop instead of the items with the Artifact of command keep getting inside walls if the teleporter is close to walls or if theres something above it

I haven't been able to open the Artifact portal for the artifact of metamorphosis. Not sure if there's an in game solution I just don't know about but I've been looking at a ton of guides and tried different variants of the code and nothing has worked so far. If anyone knows a fix that would be great. I think the mods also know about it cause I've seen a reddit thread but I haven't been able to unlock the Mul-t alt primaries after trying so many times that I've been dreaming about unlocking them consistently lmao
engineer's shield makes things that are interactable, non-interactable, when they're inside. like getting the fuel array and the selections on the artifact holes

In this game I had accomplished the challenge of stabilizing the cells of the void's dimension. After that, this big text appeared every time I started the teleporter event.

For a little background, I had two bsods as well. These crashes started only yesterday, and these were all me playing as loader on monsoon, and most of them were with sacrifice on. If there's anything I can do on my end to fix this, please let me know. Also of note is that I have not encountered very many crashes prior to this, maybe one or two total. I hope these files help!
Also, I had a perfectly fine run prior to all this as loader on drizzle, wherein I survived to stage 9 and died normally.
There was a server error yesterday in multiplayer.
3 hours in it's practically guaranteed.
The monster was spitting out an unlimited number of jars, and the server stopped on 23stage
Wouldn't it stop if I play multiplayer for about 3 hours......?
I really enjoy playing loader, I wish that it didn't destroy my game.

This happens in numerable places on this map. Don't remember it happening anywhere else. It seems there's these invisible, intangible fields that block pings within a circle around them? They seem to surround these rocks, so perhaps that's the cause somehow.
the frameskipping and stuttering just outright kill runs and the enjoyment. please.
What machine do you have? Even though I've had crashes, it's run very well otherwise
Ever since the Artifacts update I've had frequent stutters and freezes. I rarely ever got crashes from RoR2 really, but idk why the stuttering's happening now. It happens in either vanilla or modded, and I've been told forcing dx9 fixes it but apparently not.
I have a Windows 10, an AMD six-core processor, i have no idea why it would be stuttering now
I think i just had a bug-achievement 'activate 6 turrets in a single run', but it was first i activated, on stage 4. Before that I only activated mountain challenge (same stage)
hello, i can't join my friend party, does the game have a problem right now ?
i've noticed that sometimes shrines of combat aren't interactable even if i've never used them. happens a lot when using artifacts (not sure between the artifact of Kin or Sacrifice since i use them both a lot).
i cant join my friends lobby can anyone help?

In the level itself, a bug occurred where I started doing constant ticks of damage in one spot, and only one spot, and I couldn't fire from my bow as the huntress.

So I've run into 2 weird bugs with multiplayer on steam.

My shift ability will automatically trigger as soon as it's up. This is only in multiplayer, and if I turn caps lock on and off, it occasionally fixes the problem

Artifact of command - also only in multiplayer, when I open the menu to select the item through command, it instantly closes the menu.
Neither of these are earthshattering, but just little issues I've run into

@outer shard same thing to me, i was with rex on the 5 stage, there was something invisible tanking thousands of hits ( even with the game paused ), when i tried to go to the next stage my game just turned my screen black with the same Esc thing as yours
Plus that, when i iniciated another run, my damage numbers didnt appear even with they being activated on my settings

still having the crashes of the game where it freezes and i have to restart my whole pc. and here just some stats of my pc:

and my ssd is good enough too. or should be.

Whenever I play anyone that uses the drop pod, I can't get out for some reason and whenever I use MUL-T, he can only use his shift to move. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, including deleting the game files from my pc. But it still isn't working.
Getting an error with the game - unable to invite friends to multiplayer, they end up sitting in a blank lobby. Each of us tried to host the game and the same bug occurs.

Dedicated servers don't appear to be working correctly. After starting the program, it seems to open it's own second window of Risk of Rain, but it's completely white and you cannot interact with it.
When you try to join that server, it gives this error in the console.
I can see other servers being hosted in the Steam browser, even join and start them above the regular 4 player limit, but hosting my own doesn't seem to work. I've uninstalled and verified my files, and also tried removing the 'headless=' line that some others have suggested, but the issue persists. Other people I know who also have the game have the same problem.
Experienced an issue following the completion of the trial of metamorphosis in which the teleporter bosses died without the game flagging their death for the teleporter itself, softlocking the game after a 2 hour run

So a bug happens with Artifact of command where items will sometimes go in the walls if the teleporter is too close
Hi! Not sure if this bug has been reported but I was playing with friends earlier and this happened 2 times: on Sky Meadow the player spawned in and was unable to move. The 1st time the player spawned inside of a chest so I thought that it was because of the chest but the 2nd time it occurred the player was just on the side of an incline... nothing special in the way to stop them from moving. But it happened twice today so it doesn't seem to be that rare? It hasn't happened to me, ever.
tl;dr: player spawning into sky meadow can't move sometimes
got a bug where despite being very much alive(I'm "The Mechanic" in the ally list) I was spectating someone, and upon all of us dying they ended up spectating me, who was apparantly still alive despite having artifact of death on

dunno if this has been solved yet or not, but its been a few games now that ive loaded into next stage and been unable to move / do anything. and just ended up dead. pls fix this, its ended quite a few of my runs and team runs
after completing teleporter event on abyssal plains with the teleporter in the tunnels. the green item spawned in the ceiling and was unobtainable.

FUEL ARRAY disappears out of the quipment slot while having full health. Most time about stage 4.
There is a bug that doesn't move when multiplayer in the Korean version. So we can only play multiplayer in English version. I want to play the Korean version game with my friends.
You have to search and use what this item is. I hope you can fix the bug quickly.

When he dies, he watches other team members in a state of standby, but if the room's owner dies and leaves without waiting, the room will explode. And there are many cases where it is not possible to play properly due to the lag and people have different skills, but because the good users like to make it difficult to start a game, the bad users die in the beginning and leave, and then the meaning of multiplayer that they want to play with people is gone. The multiplayer structure of this game is very problematic.
If there is anyone playing when leaving the room, I have to change it so that the room can be maintained.
I think this multiplayer system should be improved before anything else.

Frenzied leap is bugged and doesn't stun
My save file got corrupted, im on linux playing via lutris
I tried the whole rename save file using new empty method but my old save file holds 0 bytes
Being frozen doesn't count as debuff for the purpose of activating Death Mark.

3 seperate times mul t pest control wasnt unlocking despite having 2 or more beetle queens as teleporter boss killed without leaving the zone

@worn lion yeah that's the bug. It says in the description 4 debuffs. and being frozen is a debuff

@worn lion the description of Blast shower is that it removes Debuffs. Blast shower can free you from being frozen. So frozen is a debuff

occasionally getting hit through one shot protection with the glass artifact. Super inconsitent. Friend died (with 1/1 hp) from fall damage trying to unlock the glass artifact in the glass artifact zone. (no enemies spawned yet, 100% fall dmg)
Glass artifact does not have OSP @still apex Or rather, it disables OSP

Fairly sure that if you only have 1 hp, you're going to get the minimum of 1hp fall damage, so that makes sense.

I'm playing as engineer and killed the boss in one secound, the game didn't accept the fact that the boss is dead and now i'm stuck at 99% charged teleporter on a god run. :c

Got something wierd when i used REX's shift on giant lemurians (they jumped at the same time and it was in an area of flying stones in stage 5, maybe it's related) :
Found a weird instance where I picked up a Ghor's tome chunk of gold as I was teleporting, and it caused the money to slowly drain into xp for about 30 seconds
playing in the Void Fields when I managed to proc Razorwire on myself, creating an infinite feedback loop of hurting myself with razorwire and Void Debuff and rehealing myself with Leeching Seed
Played a 4+hr game in multiplayer and on stage 21 (or 22) the game session got desynced and I couldnt pick up items, my friend and I couldnt see each other and after the teleporter event the screen turned black. We both could get into the settings menu but besides that nothing happened for 5 minutes and had to quit to menu
After around 8+ soldier syringes, Acrid begins cancelling M1 swings, dealing no damage.

After about 65+ hours of game play, steam decided to delete my entire save. I currently have no characters, logs, or loadouts unlocked.
i have a bug where me and my friend cant join each other but we can join others and others can connect to them. when we invite each other to the lobby the one joining's screen goes back and gets booted to the main menu
@strange oasis does this happen in other games? me and a friend have had the same issue over multiple games over the last few years. although it works fine when someone else is hosting and we join them

Not exactly sure where to post this because im not sure if it's a bug or not, but i've had this issue recently where if i press and hold foward and then let go my character just keeps going foward as if i still have it pressed for a few seconds afterwards, pressing back just makes my character stop moving until eventually i can finally move backwards
Its not input delay because everything else is normal and if i just tap foward or hold it for a short amount of time it doesn't really happen
Help, I'm unable to get MUL-T scrap launcher, even though I have beaten 2+ beetle queens staying in the teleporter so many times
Game got stuck in a black screen after exiting the Bazaar Between Time. Even the menu was stuck and I could not move the cursor. Had to open the menu multiple times to go back to the menu, killing the run.
Steps when this happened:
- Entered the Bazaar Between Time
- Bought a red item for 3 items
- Bought all of the 4 lunar items
- Bought a portal to a Dream costing 3 lunar coins
- Did 1/8 damage to the merchant and he sealed me off.
- Went back to the entrance portal and activating it led me to being stuck in a black screen.
In the run I unlocked a couple of achievements prior to this, one being the commando one where you have to beat 20 stages without lunar items, might be relevant.
Interesting bug with the Engineer's thermal harpoons and other homing skills (visions of heresy, spider mines). After targeting an enemy with the harpoons, other homing abilities like those mentioned above will only home in on that enemy instead of their usual behavior. This continues until the enemy dies or another enemy is targeted with the harpoons.
Example: There's a crowd of enemies and a wandering vagrant in the distance. I target the vagrant only with any number of harpoons and fire. Any spider mines I place will immediately activate and run across the map to attempt to hit the vagrant, ignoring all other enemies. Visions of heresy missiles do the same, ignoring everything and immediately homing on the vagrant regardless of distance.
It's an interesting bug, and using it with the spider mines is actually a lot of fun. It adds an interesting interaction to minions that you normally can't control. However, it definitely feels bad when your visions of heresy missiles all target some tiny beetle in the back of the map instead of the boss.
If you have the Halcyon Seed, and stand in the middle of the teleporter when you activate it, and don't move, Aurelionite will spawn and cause the player to clip through the ground

Running Artifact: Command. Hard to reach prize items sometimes as they are placed very high vertically or disappear through surfaces. Please change where the items can go so it is easy to get them. The items once collected fall under gravity like normal if I can interact with the thing in time
I am playing via steam, and for the 2nd time it had reset all my progress. It just asked me to create new profile, and when i tried changing into my old one, it wasn't there. So i had to start all over again.

@delicate umbra I've had the same problem with the scrap launcher achievement, I believe manually adding the challenge to your user data is the only solution, idk if this is frowned upon so I won't go into how to do it

Hi, there is a multiple game breaking issue with teleporter when it is next to a wall or bellow roof, item can disapear or stay inside walls ........
that shouldnt stop the teleporter from stopping at 99% tho
had a clay dunestrider spawn from happy mask. It didn't do anything besides walk in 1 direction until it died. Didn't attack once even though I was still clearing the teleporter?
With the command artefact it is more likely items from the boss fight get stuck in walls above them
my friend cant join me. when i have the lobby on the bed screen and he tries to join me, he joins the lobby, but i dont see him in my lobby. if he tries to join on the character select screen, he gets a black screen and he gets booted back to the main menu. he cant play with friends. he can play quickplay and get matched with people just fine though
following up on this, i had mods. it didnt work with mods, so i made a fresh install of the game and played on that, getting the same results. both me and my friend uninstalled and reinstalled for a fresh game and that didnt work. we both validated integrity of game files, still doesnt work.
I am unsure of what caused this, It might be related to the Artifact of Kin but in the Void fields I have no Enemies that have spawned. I am also using the Artifacts of Glass, Honor, Command, Sacrifice and Swarm.
I Started a game with friends and bought one turret and instantly got the "Buy 6 turrets in one game" item.
We became so overpowered that we broke the game and gave us a black screen. It seems like I had about around 12+ wall-o-wisp, killed teleport boss too quick that when they died, the hit dmg text was still appearing though the corpse of the boss was gone. Felt like a endless loop. There was another person whom I was playing too but when the weird loop happened with boss dmg, he was stuck going back and forward over and over again. I tried picking items from tele but it didn't register while using command artifact. Soon as I went to next stage, that's when it gave me this black screen. Also I was not able to speak in-game at all, it seemed like the game itself went to a rabbit hole. I was thinking that I was lagging but then again, mobs were still spawning and were able to move while the weird dmg occurred.
Gonna report this again, I've been doing monsoon runs where it will last 4-7 hours at most- there will be a ton of enemies spawn in but it would never crash the ingame server but recently the main enemies I've been server freezing entirely and kicking everyone or myself from it has been with scavengers when more than 6 of them spawn at the same time in late game and spawn right in each other this happens? I am not sure what exactly causes this when there would be times I'd have them spawn nearly everywhere I go and nothing happens. I was playing with friends and they'd get timed out of the server and no real crash would happen. No crash log / screenshot sadly. Basically what happens everything just freezes in game no enemies are moving, projectiles froze, cant interact with anything you can still move around but you'll get kicked out from the server. I'd understand if server can't handle the amount of projectiles but so far it has been ONLY scavengers causing this when they spawn in a group?
In connection to my weird freeze(Also, the game never crashed. I was able to move in-game. When black screen happened, i could still pause game but never proceeded to next stage)
no more monsters are spawning, softlocked in bulwark's ambry. waited like 5 min, not a single hostile (messed with difficulty text strings, ignore top right)
this seems like more of an oversight than a bug, but turrets can spawn items from being destroyed when sacrifice is on

@edgy prawn Players can as well. It just seems to be any entity dying can spawn a drop.

Probably not a bug and might be intentional but you can place turrets on the circle orb thing where you get artifacts
so any time you have the vengeance artifact on and go to do any of the trials for artifacts your doppelganger continuously spawns

So about this, it's alright because I have the artifact on and can just get a feather, but imagine not having a feather or not getting one on a normal run, it's very unfortunate. This is a reward from two scavengers spawning together.

I'm in a void fields and there are no monsters, there's no monster assigned to the stage from artifact of kin and there are no monsters spawning that I can see so it appears to be more than just a visual glitch

I don't know if this is exactly a bug, but it is a hella big issue.
We've been waiting for these wisps to come back for 10 minutes. Someone blasted/punched them into orbit, and now the game is not completable. Plus, we can't restart in quickplay. Maybe something like the max boundries for players could also be applied to enemies?

i have a problem with my RoR2 game, the disposable missiles and fireworks dont lock onto targets, they vastly miss everything. i have tried to reinstall the game but they just wont lock on.
theres some unconnected geometry in the caves on abyssal depths that allows you to fall beneath the map (near the entrance you get to by walking up the hill, on the left wall after entering the caves)
Upon defeating two beetle queens without leaving the teleporter zone me and Iโm sure many other people arenโt getting the MUL-T achievement pest control

I Just want to report that I get stuck 2 times when I was playing as Engineer with Harpoons, Carbonizer Turrets and Pressure Mines.
I realy enjoy to play him but I got stuck already 2 times after I used teleport to move to another map and I never had it on another character.
Another thing is when I take this skill setup after I put mines they directly explode even when enemies are not near them.

Absolutely livid, just got to the 3rd stage 2nd loop on monsoon ready to obliterate, activate the teleporter and got 2 imp overlords, my friend died leaving me to kill both, I killed one and the other one disappeared out the map, he was nowhere to be seen and I eventually died because its monsoon. Please add some sort of debug thing so this doesn't happen

Ok this is a weird bug but here goes. I have a Roccat Tyon, on the side it has a weird analog-ish lever. If I accidentally touch it while in Risk of Rain the game thinks my mouse is a controller and my camera and movement get real funky. Please add a option to disable controller input! :)

theres a glitch that happens when you play as commando if you have alot of syringes suppressive fire will shoot forever and when the animation stops you are still firing and the game thinks your not when you do a ability that cancels other abilities will make it stop but running doesn't do anything cause you are not doing the animation

@amber nest Hey man, I saw you had the same problem as me with the stuttering, I tried everything but in the end the fix for me was that my RiverTuner Statistics was set to cap fps on all games at 75 which for some reason triggered these stutters at random times. Check if you have any tools that monitor/limit fps like the afterburner and so on. Letting the game cap the fps fixed it, I hope this is somewhat helpful, I know how annoying stutters are

As for bugs, Dissonance never spawns Hermit Crabs or Beetle Guards. I've seen every enemy and boss, but I've never seen Hermit Crabs or Beetle Guards for whatever reason.

I obliterated myself at the obelisk about 20 minutes with engineer on monsoon, and didn't get the achievement or the skin
not sure if bugged but, when i fall off the map in bullwarks ambry i die every time, at full hp no debuffs no other artifacts. dont know if this is a new thing or something but before when i fell off of any map (including ambry) i respawn with half hp or less, any one else experiencing this?
fall damage has to do with speed
so you're likely just slowing yourself down enough to where the game won't apply any

blast shower clears the buff cell vents apply while within their radius

Me and friends have been playing around with artifact of command alot to do theorycrafting for broken builds but we've been finding it weird with where the teleporter spawns. Normally really close to a wall or object in the map that causes the items that spawn from the boss to bug either really high into walls which make it near impossible to get for some imobile characters regardless of the artifact or just not in map at all.
Mul-T's "pest control" challenge seems to be bugged and incompletable. It's the last one I need for 100% completion

I don't know if it's consistent, but when I was Playing Acrid I had 13 syringes and my melee combo would only do the first hit. It did the whole thing if I stood in a war banner and if I picked up another syringe.
Bug: if you have artifact of vengeance and artificer goes off the edge of the map with the giant eyeballs, you canโt hit it because she just stays at the bottom of the map. Nothing can reach her
If you buy the big battle drone then teleport to the hell stage and get the cavern stage he gets stuck and becomes completely useless.
Huge game breaking where no matter what stage you do it on none of the Mul-T challenges work like Gotcha! or Pest Control.

I had a blackscreen in the bazar of time when leaving through the top portal. From the log, the playermastercontroller somehow detached and everything stopped working, I did not have any shooting animation anymore, but I still could hit things (I killed the bazar owner).
you can not have a chance of critting 100%, the rate of crits going is slowly going lower and lower
this is a bug i noticed a couple days ago but wasn't sure if it was just me being an idiot, but i did some more testing with it and it keeps happening
when i add soldier syringes to acrid it almost never does the third attack, it keeps doing the normal left hand swipe and occasionaly doing a right hand swipe

@feral urchin I got it to work last night after repeatedly rejoining my friend's lobby. Still not sure what a permanent fix is for it though.
All of a sudden, something caught in Artificer's Ice Wall started repeatedly freezing and taking damage extremely fast. The other enemies on screen were also taking damage extremely fast too. (Only screenshot I could get as the game crashed almost immediately as soon as this started.)
Out of bounds/clipping issue on Titanic Plains.
Was able to get in by jumping on the nearby ruin in the ground, and then had jumped towards the pillar and phased in.
That big round ruin visible in this photo is what I mean. I then had jumped at a height higher than the lip of the column (also visible), and managed to slip inside.

Unactive Shrines of combat:
Upon entering sky meadows on a monsoon run, there are 4 shrines of combat on this map, but none are able to be interacted with. I can mark them, but it doesn't put the yellow outline around them, and I cannot active them with E
Also, possibly due to the same issue, not a single chest spawned on the entire map, no barrels, no interactables at all except drones
I was playing with metamorphosis and got a weird glitch where I spawned as MUL-T in the lunar bazaar, then I teleported to the next stage and had two equipments on Mercenary. Just a weird bug

We were playing in the Abandoned Aqueduct with a friend, who was hosting. First we both stood on buttons, but the gate only opened for me, the client. The we swapped places (the button looked pushed to me) and stood on different buttons. Only after that the gate opened for him also.
MUL-T: pest control achievement is still bugged, it`s the last skill i have to unlock among all characters T_T
Someone else earned "Blackout" which has the picture of the oddly shaped pot. Scrolling to them and scrolling back made it so that the normal image for an environmental log was replaced with this.

So I am trying to play multiplayer with a friend, went into the lobby and invited him, he said he joined but I can't see him. I hit the start private match button and I got brought to the character selection, but he got booted out to main menu. Anyone have any clue what's going on here/how I can fix this?

So, the bugs we managed to find in couple of days:
- Portal Items getting stuck in the ceiling (had to use hook to get closer to click on them as Loader)
- One pod of the players managed to land in the water, and so died before spawning.
- Shops on the corners
- Elites spawning in large quantities in early stages. (Also feels like they have way more HP now)

On the Artifact of Command if there is terrain over the Teleporter the items will spawn in it and the only way You can get them is if you hug it...

I'm falling into the void (stage 4, siren) since about 10 min now, and it's not teleporting me back, I went really far with mercenary and the big electric eye semi-boss and once I killed it I just fell and now it's not teleporting me back. I think it's just that there is a missing hitbox somewhere so it doesn't teleports me back to the stage

Hi, Im not sure if this is known or not because Im still quite new but in regards to the fuel array; I know it's supposed to kill you when it detonates but is being able to survive using the huntress's arrow rain ability a bug?
@pale salmon huntresses abilities give her some i-frames, letting you teleport through attacks, but this also can let you avoid damage from fuel array or overloading orbs
(unrelated to above) swarm artifact ceases to take effect and only one teleporter boss will spawn each stage. this bug continues into subsequent runs and i could only get the artifact to work after restarting ror2
Is the challenge "Pest Control" currently bugged? I just killed beetle queens twice as Mul-T, and the last time I hugged the pedestal in the center of the portal, but it didn't give me the achievement.
Not sure if this is a bug specifically but I have had so many issues recently where multiple stages have had teleporters where the guaranteed item will spawn inside a wall and be not obtainable. I have had multiple stages especially early on with the Artifact of Sacrifice where I will not get a single item the entire stage because the one item I would have gotten spawned inside a wall/rock and I can't access it
My friend (Mr Smol#7850) says that with the Artifact of Kin active, no enemies will spawn when the cells are activated in the Void Realm. This image might not be that much evidence, but he says that no enemies spawn at all while he was there.

idk if this happened for anyone else but for me automation activation was unlocked by repairing 6 turrets overall, not just in a single run
For everyone asking about pest control and other bugged challenges, if you're on switch and you had strides before update, it's not letting you get ANY unlocks whatsoever

I got artifact of kin and vultures became the enemy on the Siren's Call. The teleporter was located in the caves, and when I activated it nothing spawned.
Also kind of a bug? It's near impossible to see team mate text when in "A moment, Whole".
A lesser wisp spawned from the Soul artifact fell through the floor and is able to shoot me through the floor.

Found an exploit: using the blood shrine in the last couple of seconds before getting teleported will net you some cash at the beginning of the next stage
stage 37 of quite an insane artifact run, i had these malachite /celestine lemurians spawn everywhere and just destroy the game. stage 36 had no fps issues whatsoever, so it seems like it was just 100-close of this particular elite that did it. had about 5fps walking around, but once i fired it just stopped.
I didn't get a picture of it, but when i newted to get a blue shop portal the portal seemed to spawn inside one of the large walls on the swamp stage.
Kooky issue. Stage 23, melted the boss but the teleporter is stuck at 99%. Am I just hosed?

The activation of Utility and Special Skills does not work when the mapped button is held. The button is required to be pressed after the cooldown ends rather than activating as soon possible when the button is held. The Primary and Secondary skills will activate as soon as possible when the button is held unlike Special and Utility Skills. I'm not sure if this is intended which makes me question whether or not it is a bug. If it is the latter I would suggest that it gets fixed.

Are Engineer's Harpoons supposed to restart the cooldowns on his mines? Activating the Harpoon ability forces the mine recharge back to 8 seconds no matter how many seconds are left beforehand.

So I have no idea how this happened, but I can only join my friends game if I spectate their game before hand. Once they lose that game I am in their lobby. I can't get into it any other way and they can't join mine. Haven't found any other way to fix this.

im not sure if this is a known bug but mercenary can one shot the alloy worship unit boss using his shift from full hp regardless of items or stage, its reproducable 100% and works after artifact patch
this is not that much of a bug actually, floating enemies like the alloy ship, such as wisp and jelly's can die to impact damage if they hit a solid object with enough force, mercenary can do this effectively with bosses especially due to his shift and the amount of force it can create. I'm assuming that the alloy ship is being hit against a solid object with the mercenary's dmg force and its doing tons of dmg. this also works for vagrant.
i understand that but being able to one shot the boss that drops a red item immediately with no effort is pretty broken
@mystic lake itโs actually more of a strat, if itโs intended Iโm not sure, but it works with enemies too. Save an elite and kill them right before you get teleported. Or grab a ghors tome treasure and get a money boost for the next stage.

I just encountered what I'm pretty sure is a bug. On siren's call I fell down a hole at one of the entrances of the cave. I wanted to mitigate fall damage by dashing with mercenary, but I seem to have dashed past the point that is supposed to return me to the surface. I am now falling for an eternity into nothingness. ๐

BUG REPORT: Integer Overflow within the wallet
Description: When playing in the higher levels (45-55) integer overflow within the wallet becomes a common issue. Once you reach 2.147 billion it rolls over to -2.147 billion. As more money gets made by killing mobs the money continues to climb so a session at level 52 would look like 0 -> 2.146 billion -> -2.146 billion -> -500 million -> 0 -> 500 million. The interesting thing about this bug is while money is in the negative crates and boxes and can still be purchased. However if you work your way out of the negatives to 0 nothing can be purchased until enough positive money is within the wallet.
Recreation Steps: Spawn yourselves a bunch of items, skip to level 55, play normally and the wallet will naturally overflow.
Attached image contains 2 bugs, the first being the wallet, the second being the ability to purchase crates outside of the teleporter zone during the teleporter event.

I unlocked the Engineer's second turret with only 11 minions. The achievement unlocked right when a focusing crystal dropped from a chest.
we got softlocked at stage 3 my host died right before the boss so when i killed the boss the teleporter was stuck at 99% and we couldnt proceed with the game < : (

@kind pulsar Teleporting backwards while firing will do it as well.
Theres a bug with volcanic egg that lets you clip through the ground/wall. If you shove yourself against a wall thats at an acute angle towards you when you pop out of the egg you can slip right through. Only tested with loader so far though
Without enemies, we're unable to get anymore artifact keys to complete the trial
I ran into the secret void portal on stage 1 with artifact of kin active, i think something weird happened with the difficulty rating and it didnt spawn any enemies at all (atleast not yet)
My game crashed because they were too much entities, the ennemies stopped to spawn, there was only treasures and life orb

@ornate flax there are settings in the graphics section that let you control how many particles are allowed to appear on screen, maybe that will cause less strain

Boss Died teleporter stuck at 99 %
Hi, I was playing a multiplayer game with one other friend. We had the artifact of death and doppleganger, not sure if that's relevant. We only finished one stage, but when I spawned on the 2nd stage, I was unable to move or act at all.
I was able to move the camera around and pause, but nothing else. It looked like my character was floating above the ground as well. I unfortunately able to get a screenshot because the host ended the game, but I do have the output log. I hope that helps!
Sometimes as huntress when i use the teleport ability i cant move afterwards and am stuck in place until i can teleport again to get out of it. mid air, on the ground, and sometimes inside the terrain. happening on any stage, not just in late game.
Playing loader rn and got rid of strides of heresy using a cleansing pool, it said my basic weapon (Knuckleboom) had 12 charges
When unlocking artifact of metamorphasis i switched from engineer to huntress and died at full health when i activated a shrine of blood
Playing with REX and Artificer on Monsoon, artifacts of Kin, Swarms, Command, and Dissonance, and we have apparently broken the Void Fields. No enemies are spawning at all.

Most recent update log says no, its not intentional; they're looking into the Thermal Harpoon ability resetting other ability cooldowns
Not dire, but Focus Crystal's visual/audio cue doesn't seem to activate until damage is dealt to an enemy. Intuitively this seems like it doesn't 'proc' until after damage is dealt at least once, but I dunno if thats the case. Either way, is it intentional?
i've seen way more malachais, overloading hordes of many, and glacial/overloading enemies recently than I've ever seen in my entire time playing risk of rain 2.

The Horde of Many is a known 'issue' that they intend on reducing, but whatever they tweaked in the Artifact update certainly made elite presence muuuch more prominent, even outside of Monsoon. Mayhaps the two phenomenon are related to what they changed in the update

bug: A jump pad's predetermined trajectory still acts up a bit funny with some abilities, but especially with Artificer's Ion Surge. Using it during a jump-pad makes her only able to travel directly up or down until landing/touching a solid object, leading to some harrowing situations...
so, with artifact of sacriface, enginer can replace the turret and there`s chance that the item drops, i dont know if this is a bug or not....
When parents teleport in multiplayer the 2nd person can no longer see them on their screen
MUL-T's achievement "Pest control" won't unlock, no matter how often you succeed. It's most likely due to the last patch introducing a new, weird TP mechanic, namely, as the TP bubble grows, chests and players that end up perfectly in the "final" area of the TP zone, are considered outside as the bubble grows. Chests lock down, red claws and all, even if they are next to the teleporter for about 1 second. Even standing atop the TP pillar doesn't count as never leaving the TP zone. At this point it is virtually impossible to get this unlock.
i believe the alloy worship unit's monster log is currently glitched and won't drop at all, i've killed it hundreds of times with lots of clovers (as far as i know they do increase monster log drop rates) and still nothing

Heya! Death Mark is not working properly, as I had assumed previously. Here are two screenshots of me hitting a target without Death Mark, and then hitting the target with Death Mark. Please note, I did apply Death Mark before I took the resultant screenshot, so it is showing Death Mark damage. As a matter of fact, I am not even realizing a 50% damage increase.

Ok so I ran the math again. Death Mark is working pseudo-properly, but I am not realizing the stacks. Six Death Marks only results in one 50% increase - 285/190 = 1.5
I found this strange bug, i had will o the wisp backup mag fireworks and goat hoof, on abandoned aqueduct and for some reason the will of the wisp effect played over and over again for some reason, repeating the damage. While it was happening will of the wisp usually wouldnt activate, but if one of the repeating explosions killed something it could make more. It happened multiple times

Experienced a bug with the ARTIFACT OF SWARMS today playing a private multiplayer game (One MUL-T and one Mercenary).
We additionally had the ARTIFACT OF COMMAND enabled for the run.
The ARTIFACT OF SWARMS had indeed reduced enemy HP to half, as well as their XP and Gold rewards, but enemy spawnrate was ridiculously low.
This went on for the first two stages at Titanic Plains and Wetland Aspect. On the third stage at Rallypoint Delta after MUL-T's death spawnrate suddenly went really high, at least 4 times higher than before.

When using the engie harpoons, your mines do not go on cooldown until you fire a shot. So if I use harpoons, and just stand there, I can never regenerate any mines back until i fire a shot.

I had the same issue on the same stage during a run the other day. Me and a friend got stuck using Kin/Command/Sacrifice at the 130-ish minute/stage 23 mark. The level was nothing but Imp overlords...funny enough that same stage my friend got stuck off spawn and killed instantly by the overlords immediately teleporting on top of him but eh
on stage 2 of a run, i shot at a wisp, and it triggered ukulele infinitely somehow, causing my game to crash.
My friend just got the game, and his m&k aren't working as an input method. he can't use them to navigate the menu aside from pressing esc, and his mouse is firmly always looking down.

I dont know if this has been reported but w.e, sometimes when you reach certain stage the boss dies and the 'charge the teleporter' capacity is locked to 99% and no further enemies spawn. As well as when the teleporter is under a rock, cliff etc. the items get bugged in the terain and sometimes are unaccessible to the players. Thought i might just report this to the Developers incase it hasnt been. ๐

I am having the same problem with the Pest Control achievement. I killed two beatle queens without leaving the zone multiple times during my last run, and it never gave me the unlock.
Playing multiplayer with 1 other person using rex while I was using commando I loaded into the next stage and was suspended above the terrain unable to attack, jump or move. Using my equipment slot was possible. We tried many things to push my character out of this "stuck" position but nothing worked. Taking damage from mobs would cause pushback but it did not free my character from being stuck. Ver. 4811921
The "As MUL-T, Defeat two beetle queens without leaving the teleporter zone." objective dose not work. Me and a friend have done this objective around 4 times each and still can't unlock the ability.
Was playing on stage 3 in Scorched Acres and starting attacking some beetles and imps when I used my shift ability playing Mercenary and phased through the wall not once but twice in the same general area.
The boss is dead (magma worm) but the teleporter is stuck at 99% what can I do?

Death Mark is bugged
as you can see in the code, it checks for stacks when determining bonus damage, as well as applying multiple stacks when the debuff is applied, however in the buff catalog it's defined as non-stackable
when you immediately start filling the chambers and no mobs fit into the chamber and no mobs spawn in the void fields

Engineer's Thermal Harpoons bypass the increased cooldowns from stacks of Visions of Heresy
as in: I have 3 Visions of Heresy, so the cooldown for all of them to come back is 6 seconds, but when i go into Paint Mode with Harpoons, they come back really fast. not sure if it reverts it to 2 seconds or if it's a bug with the firing stance and such.

particle effects on all the attacks I do is also not showing up at all
Going to the next stage while this was happening softlocks the run. the game itself doesn't freeze but it's stuck on the teleporting black screen, I can still pop up the menu and quit.

bug: a Happy Mask'd Beetle Queen's ghost can spawn Not-Ghost beetle allies, and even further, they (the spawned beetles) also don't seem to lose their HP over time and kinda perpetually run in circles if nothing is after them. A few things wrong, all bundled in one

Turrets-what-walk-as-if-they-were-men sometimes don't bustle fungally. Demonstrated with two freshly spawned turrets in Void Fields, they have been observed to not deploy fungal fields multiple times without enemies nearby or player movement to cause them to move and cancel the timer.
my friend randomly gets stuck in place while playing with me and he cannot move until he gets pushed or dies and it has happened multiple times now wondering if theres any fix to it ? he has verified his files already too

Some bass contraptions, when killed, continue having a hitbox, so that characters like acrid and loader get stuck in the attack animation when hitting their dead bodies.

i was playin engineer with some friends we were around stage 15 on an ice world when all my items changed to 96x soda cans and 54xmissile launchers i dont know how this happened. as i was fighting then next i was flying around the map at near warp speed.
An Umbra of Rex (from the Vengeance artifact) used his special on me and it crashed my game shortly after, i assume it was when it ran out.
Umm so i'm currently on stasge 40 and the only enemy that still spawns is Scavenger usually in groups of 3-5 and quite frankly i don't think this was intended

Encountered a bug a few times where if the teleporter is close to a wall/big object, the boss item drop will clip into the object and is unable to be picked up.

So I can't really screen grab it at any point but there's a bug where the Huntress will kill herself in All Artifact mode when I move the mouse around to lock onto other enemies and she somehow locks onto herself.

Kind of hard to screenshot something you can't see, but in multiplayer sometimes after a parent teleports it stays invisible. Only happens to connected users not the host.
@frozen fog Is this... intentional? Like, the huntress has high mobility and I need to get into the air to avoid getting hit, but I also have to aim down in that case, so like... Can it... Noooooot do that?
Because, like, this has killed me during some of my best runs and it feels like the cheapest and most unfair kind of death. If I accidentally blast myself using artificer's fire, fine, that's my fault, but I shouldn't be punished for trying to be quick on the draw on enemies beneath me.

@placid stag im not sure if its intentional, but you can do it with any character if you ping instead of attack. it just puts the crosshair "over" your character if you look too far down
This is a prevalent problem with Command items spawned from bosses. They spawn and get stuck in unreachable places until they're turned into a normal item

It sounds pretty troublesome to fix in that case. Mmph... I don't want to push any frustrating coding work onto the developers either, don't want to slow down the game's progress... Well... Hopefully something will be done eventually.

As Artificer, going on a jump pad and using the ENV suit would cause me to retain my horizontal velocity until I landed. it was impossible to move against it, so this would often result in me floating away from land. this happened on multiple runs, so I don't believe it's item-related.

Focused Convergence seemed to apply the teleporter size reduction when engineer turrets were dropped, but did not seem to charge any faster than when there were 0 turrets. Made the teleporter zone tiny with only 1 stack due to the 2 additional stacks from the turrets
For some reason this has happened very rarely, like twice in my time playing risk of rain 2 but for some reason when I load into a new stage as huntress I spawn floating above the ground slightly as if I had jumped unable to move attack or use my abilities.

As Loader, if you pull a Bronze Contraption and use the second ability of her Shift, killing it, it'll produce the result above.
Though, honestly, I don't know how to reproduce it, because it hasn't happened throughout my other attempts. Yes, it did do damage, around 800-1000 per milisecond to the boss.

Not a serious bug but it looks as though loader's thumb is incorrectly positioned on her right hand ( i have her alternate shift and alternate M2 equipped ) seems to not be triggered by anything and always happens when i start a run
So I'm sure that this has already been reported but there is a problem with Chests/Teleporters if there is something above them. The items clip into them and we can not collect them or they become hard to reach.

While doing the trial of metamorphosis i was playing Commando on monsoon. I didn't have his skin unlocked so I was going to get it. However doing the trial it changed me to acrid (I didn't know what codes went where i did them without looking stuff up). When I got to stage 8 I obliterated myself since I needed Acrid's skin as well. The end result was obtaining the achievement for the Commando and the skin for Acrid. I still dont have the achievement for Acrid, but I have since re-done Commando.

Royal Capacitor appears backwards on Huntress, jabbing into her torso (not sure about what artifacts affect this, or whether it is an issue for the regular skin).
about jump-pads: I've kinda reported this before, but using Strides of Heresy at any point during a jump-pad launch will cause you to keep travelling in the speed+direction you were travelling when you activate it. Sky Meadows is basically a space camp because of this
@fiery garnet @rotund island @hollow yarrow Just got done with a 3 and a half hour run and it ended in my frames dropping to zero and being stuck in the ground with a duplicate model of myself pinning me. I spent 3 hours of my life on this dogshit and all i ever wanted was to see my and my friends stats at the end of our glorious run. I tried everything to escape my prison but i was forced to end the run by using alt f4. fix the game so I can reach 4 hour runs and beyond.

First of all, please take a better screenshot. Your current one makes things unreadable. Second, judging from your wording, you were in multiplayer? There's only so much the network code can handle before stuff goes wrong.
Was on scorched acres and after a few minutes I noticed Engi grenade explosions repeatedly occurring above a tree for no reason. It looked like whenever I damaged actual enemies the 'phantom grenades' would show proc numbers and such. Started to cause extreme lag and other side-effects. My actual grenades stopped showing the explosions, Ice elites' bubbles were no longer visible and as I went through the portal, my game black-screened. Maybe this is a known bug, but this is new to me in 300 hrs or so and it ended my run.

Excuse me, I really apologise for having to come to the developers for this, but it is as if all of my data has been erased. I am not sure what exactly happened, but everything was fine yesterday, and earlier today. I attempted to join a private through steam invite, my screen freaked out, and I got kicked back to the main menu. After that, everything was gone off of my 68 hour file.

It sounds like a good idea, but I am not sure which ones exactly I had, because I was still missing quite a few things, so I think I would end up with more than I had before, not fond of doing that.
id suggest looking up how to edit the file, and just add back everything you were certain of, like character/ability unlocks, if you ever remember a specific item you can always add it in or just re-earn it if the achievement wasn't that hard, its not hard to edit either its just basically just writing in a .txt file
I'm sure this already have been reported, but โ holding the charge of Rebar Puncher of MUL-T then switching to another primary skill lefts MUL-T shaking like he's still charged. It is removed when you press M1 for once.

I've been getting occasional crashes, usually pretty far in like third map or so. The following image appears for a few seconds and then the game is fozen for a second then crashes. It has happened three times now. PM me if you want logs.

Currently I was playing w/ one of my friends and sometimes with the command artifact the items from the teleporter would clip into a ceiling/wall and not be accessible. Also sometimes happens with chests and I lost 2 red items in one run to this. Don't have any screenshots atm, but if it happens again I'll catch it
my friend and i keep trying to do a run however we both keep getting the menu glitch when you start up a game, and this has been going on for a couple days now, also the one time i didnt get the menu i wasnt able to move arround or leave the escape pod

Hi, maybe someone has previously mentioned but i'm having many problems with the Items while i play with the commando artifact. They always get stucked in the map and sometimes it's impossible get them
when some item spaws near a wall, they get stuck way up, some times, in the start of the run when i need them most.
With the enigma artifact on if your active item is a lunar one you can use a cleansing pool to get rid of your active item entirely until you pick up a new one. This is probably because enigma changes your actual active item instead of being its own item that does a random effect of an active item like it did in RoR1
By teleporting into this SPECIFIC part of the rock in wetland aspect... (its finnicky)

Falling through Siren's Call sometimes softlocks your game. This has happened to me twice, once when an item fell into a pit in the cave and once when I was fighting the Alloy Worship Unit off the stage as Mercenary. Usually falling will trigger a return-to-stage, but otherwise you're just... stuck.
Somehow shoved the Umbra through the ground. Potentially done by hitting it with a preon right on spawn or it could've just spawned down there.
My friend needs to unlock artificer, and has 10 lunar coins and we're all in the same game, but he is unable to see it even though the rest of us do

Me and my friends were trying to play in a modded version which worked just fine before the update 2 weeks ago. Since then even with the updated mods there seems to be an Error with the spawnanimation with the unityengine. Whenever you pick up a drone the game crashes and every enemyspawn gives a lagspike to go.
None of the mods interfere with the spawn-routine except maybe for Empty-Chests-begone that removes empty chests to clear the map and gives a more fluid gameflow.
Any idea how that could happen? I checked every mod but still couldnt find an error and the only errormessage is connected to the unityengine.

And sure the game is pretty fun even without mods but some things are still even better with mods like additional characters or shared items which makes the game less competitive among the teammembers
@keen plinth I've just read your error reports. None of the mods interfere, but you have an issue where the game checks for "summoner skins".

I can't find any issue for the lagspikes, but as for the crash, are you using a custom character or skin?
not really there are some additional characters like rogue wisp which can be customized but for the original characters its still the same as in vanilla

You probably fell through the world since you were going too fast. Collisions get really screwy at that point. But shrines not working is a new thing, it seems. Can you also send a bug report? They're located at C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Hopoo Games, LLC\Risk of Rain 2\output_log.txt

Unsure if it's a bug but in the Void Fields if Dio's Best Friend is granted to the enemies then once you beat all the cells where all the enemies are supposed to disappear, they all come back which is real annoying

My friend has been having an issue is that occasionally he would punch something but than all of a sudden he would be stuck in place. He is hitting something but for some odd reason no damage indicators and showing and his passive for loader is getting activates. I have 2 videos of this instance if needed

he did it on a beetle queen but the beetle queen took no damage BUT his passive kept going off. I could not replicate it myself and it happens very randomly
I honestly don't know why it happens, but it's somewhat gamebreaking since it'll boost your barrier up to full and if you have like, lets say, spinel tonic + topaz brooch + around 2000/3000 health, ez 6000.

I'd like to report a bug, it is fairly reproducible, hence no screen shot or video. The bug is When playing the mercenary and having the alternate Rising thunder m2 skill; Beetle spawns when hit with it will be rooted in place after falling. damage does not even release them from being in place.

So uh, Hopoo. Where's the items? I have sacrifice and swarm on and nothing has dropped for the past 4 minutes.

I cant change my refresh rate. Any time I try and set it to 120 and click apply, it goes instantly back to 59 as soon as I leave the menu.
@modest terrace Sacrifice is weaker in the early game and stronger in the later game, you usually get around 1-2 items in the first 10 minutes, but around stage 8+ 30+ minutes you are easily getting 10+ just doing the teleporter event, not even farming on the stage. It has a slower ramp up because of its low drop chance but as you go on the enemy density gives huge numbers of items

Regarding Dksui's issue, I had a similar thing myself, I even had the issue caused by Alloy Vultures in the teleporter as well. The game "fails to spawn" the monsters, and doesn't try to.

Hi. Don't know if anyone else ran through this but after today's patch i cannot run ROR2 with chrome on my pc. one of the windows just crashes whenever i launch the other.
I was on Sky Meadow fighting Overloading Parents as the teleporter boss and one of them, hit me through the floor causing me to take falls damage and inevitebly resulting in my death...(sad days, but still an awesome game)

I dont really know if this is a bug or if something happend during the startup of the teleporter, but one of the mobs spawned from the teleporter is literally in space and there's no way for me to kill it

if you get shot by a overloading wisp it chains lightning boom boom balls and one shots you
Not really a one-shot since it's multiple hits (lesser wisps fire three condensed projectiles), which causes the three overloading balls
If loader shoots her pylon at a wall or a floor close to her it will go straight through. Makes shooting the pylon close to you difficult.
For the Engineer aiming thermal harpoons occasionally still makes the cooldown on his mines start over
had an experience where the twisted scavenger got turned into a ghost by the happiest mask. his bag never appeared, i guess it only does so after the ghost scavenger dies. anyway, i never got to see the bag cause the game ended before the ghost did. kinda felt robbed cause i obviously got zero lunar coins out of this ordeal
On the alloy unit stage if you fight the alloy unit off stage there appears to be a point where you will not be sent back to the stage and instead will fall indefinitely ruining and ending a run. I had this happen when playing mercenary.

Not entirely sure if its a bug, but I cannot find a patch note mentioning it and it used to, but Acrid's "Frenzied Leap" does not stun Stone Golems and Clay Templars (Maybe more but these are the ones I noticed)

If Huntress has Visions of Heresy, ballista can be shot up to however many Heresy charges you have. eg if you have 2 Visions of Heresy, you can shoot 24 ballista shots in one ballista.
Not sure if anyone has caught this yet or not, but with dissonance+kin I had no enemies spawning in the void fields
I tested a little bit and it seems like thermal harpoons still reset the cooldown progress of mines if you have less than 1 mine charge
it might have something to do with backup mags im not sure yet
okay I figured it out, if you have x backup mags the bug will still occur if you use harpoons with x-1 mine charges left

Having an issue with Squid turrets spawning under the level
Quick screen pause when loading elements/sounds/monsters. Seems random, but I it notice more with loader and articifer
so this issue has happened twice on the map called The Sky Meadow where if a boss falls of the edge it will not die and keep falling forever forcing me to end a run as early as round 5 and this time it happened when an overloading worm sent itself into the sky and coming back down but never came back up
the first time this happened was with the scavenger boss one of them fell off the edge and we could not kill him
my friend and i are trying to connect to each other but it ends up in a black screen and quits out the game
i have the same issue with black screens when trying to join multiplayer
if you wait about 5 minutes eventually you will join spectating and eventually spawn in. it seems to be happening on american/european servers as when we only play with friends in australia it works straight away

using the newt shop (bazar between time) disabled the teleporter during prismatic trial. After taking it the teleporter disappeared (didn't spawn during the next map on todays seed 4/21/2020) and i was unable to finish the level. When running the level without the newt shop i was able to find the teleporter no problem (looking in the same spot and across the entire map i was unable to find the teleporter) i have been able to repeat this consistently.
scavenger sacks spawn on the underneath of sky meadows sometimes
The opponent who has been playing multi-tasking for months is not moving and walks in place....It's impossible to multitask, and if you just run it through a quick match, you won't get caught. Multi-bug is serious. I couldn't play myself, I took the stage, and I was wondering if it would work out when I went to the next stage, but it didn't work out and it was tingling. No matter how long it is, it seems like it's a problem in the game. Please fix the error with a quick patch.
Falling off the map here respawns you inside the cave below. Extremely annoying.

In Sky Meadow, if the teleporter is above the drop down area, Magma Worm(s) can spawn down there and not be able to get up to you, causing you to have to leave the teleporter area by far just to fight them. Very annoying
I found a hole in the world on roost with huntress. You'll have the excuse me getting lost in the middle of the video, but I was able to fall through it 3 times (recorded the second two). but it seems highly repeatable.
Whenever i use MUL-T's utility, it shows my arm with the saw, even before i had it unlocked.

the aoe damage fields from mini mush deal damage to you even when you are above them. It makes no sense that you take damage from it while in the air.

in the void when activating the 1st cellvalve too fast, there will be absolutely no enemy spawn when having the artifact for only 1 mob type active (not sure if there are enemy spawns after the first two valves without the artifact). and the time window for activating it to get no enemys aint small either. one can go in, wait a second and activate (or go in and activate it immidiatly) and youll get no enemys at all for the entire duration in the void.

got a glitch where i was playing engineer and could not move nor attack or use ant of my abilities.
keeps saying my teammate dies when he isn't actually dying. said this first round when he jumped off the side of the map, then said it during boss fight when he didn't actually die. update: it killed him when i died and immediately put me in the ending kill screen once i died. not sure if it was cause we died at literally the same time but it didn't say he re-died when i did.

I can't play the multiplayer at all. I can play solo, and my friends can play with each other, but if I join a multiplayer room, I can't choose a character and can't click the 'ready' button. If I host the room, then the people joining me experience the same problem. It is like the multiplayer is cursed for me.

Hey I was just playing, got glacial parents as the boss, and one left his crown, it stayed where it was when he died.
So apparently on the second stage, Wetlands, there doesn't seem to be an out of bounds area anywhere allowing player to fly up high, jump far, and fall low beyond the map without getting teleported back to the stage. Here's me falling for a full two minutes

Not sure if others have had issues with teleporters half spawning in walls and items appearing up the vertical surface of the wall, out of reach without jump boosts
Seems like game doesn't support more then ~50 stages (look on the boss's HP)๐ This happens to this boss, Alloy Worship Unit and also it happened with gold. When HP or gold reach 2 147 483 647 (31 power of two) they drop to -2 147 483 648.
With bosses it's seems like only display problem - HP value (number) doesn't changes, but HP bar has lower when do damage. Feels like that they have more then 2 147 483 648 HP, although in total in this run i have only 1,7 trillion damage at all).
With gold issue more complicated: when i have negative value of gold i could still buying drones and chests, like i have positive value of gold (seems like displayable value of gold and real value are different variables), but when i had 0 gold (at the moment when a spawn at new map), i could still buying drones and chest which costs negative amount of gold, and after buying my amount of gold was turned to negative.

doing the cell vent thing with artifact of kin and no monster got chosen. we just sit and do nothing in the cell vent and get items, we aren't fighting anything.

Been having multiple instances in runs where The Backup doesnt summon drones nor does Squid Polyp summon squid turrets when I have around 5-7 drones/turrets already

Switching back and forth between Silence Between Two Strikes as MUL-T regenerates a lot of HP due to half of the lost HP also turning into usable shield then the shield turning back into usable HP.

I don't have a picture of it but I was able to achieve the Altar of N'Kuhana achievment without entering the cave. What I believe happened was something like the tesla coil, guitar, or the fireworks triggered and attacked the skeleton in the cave. Because I didn't know that altar existed and I just got the achievment during a run and had to check what it was.
Encountered a run ending bug while playing coop with one of my friends today. We hit shrine of the mountain on Distant Roost, I'm pretty sure it spawned only one scavenger. It spawned near the edge of the map and ended falling off. It must have had a Dio's best friend, because he respawned to full health, except he respawned in the void area. There is usually an arrow that points where the boss is, when I followed where it was pointing the dot that appeared where the scav was got smaller and smaller and eventually disappeared. (this was stage 19 btw). There was no way to reach him, even if I jumped off, so we had to quit the run.

I was playing RoR for a bit and wanted to unlock a few characters to change up from Commando, managed to reach the end and unlock 4 new characters, Loader, Sniper, HAN-D and Bandit
After beating the game and going back to the menu screen, my game crashed with a white screen, I came back after said crash only to see both the characters and items I unlocked were, in fact, not available.
I did get the steam Achievements, such as "You won't regret it" and "Lone survivor" along a few other, but never got what was behind them.
I don't have a screenshot since it was just a crash/data not loading/loss.

I usually play the game with my friend. After the last update we have noticed that very few enemies spawn in the game. We play on monsoon with the swarm artifact turned on, but very few enemies spawn and the map is almost empty. We tried on other difficulties and with the swarm artifact off. Even less enemies spawned.
I don't know if it's just my issue or lack of luck, but it seems that sacrifice's fixed item drop rate on early stages only applies to one session. On my first run within 5 minutes I had 3 items already, while on a second run in the same game session, I only got my first around that time. Probably gonna need more investigating though.
Anyone else getting that?
Edit: restarted the game, got an item within 35 seconds of the run. There's definetely some sort of issue with the sacrifice fix not carrying over runs.
Crowdfunder projectiles can hit you in chaos mode
I used Huntress's triple dash ability to strafe a cliffside and accidentally fell out of bounds...it left me here for about 5 seconds before I just spontaneously crashed into the ground
not sure if this is a bug or intended, but a chest will still spawn in the Gilded Coast with the artifact of sacrifices on.

Visions of Heresy shares its shot counter with Huntress' Ballista, granting you the same number of shots of Ballista as how many shots from Visions you had left when you activated Ballista. I can try to get a screenshot if necessary, but it's easily duplicated.
If you use a Shrine of Combat in Sky Meadows and it summons Mini Mushrums, the log will have an incorrect monster name displayed - last time for me it was Scavengers instead of Mini Mushrums

I think I found a bug. Currently playing with all artifacts except glass, and no boss spawned for stage 6. Every other stage has been a horde (due to kin), but nothing this time.

You know the crevasse/corner in the Wetland Aspect where there's absolutely nothing? It's like the one with the jump pad leading to that patch of high ground, only it just ends in a jagged little corner. Huntress can use blink to phase through a specific area and go behind the terrain. The place I pulled it off in the crevasse is where there's a bit of terrain texture that looks like an arrow pointing at the wall (I was looking for artifacts and thought it was a secret).
Here's a pic of after I phased through (photo angle is of me looking back at where I phased through), getting back is simple as walking back. Definitely exploitable as a place to heal up/level grind on higher difficulties, as you can still shoot enemies but they can't hurt you and don't spawn there.
while i was playing with mult and using the chainsaw i used the volcanic egg and the chainsaw was still activated (i was a flying fireball with a chainsaw killing everything)
also, i felt like the duration was way longer than it was supposed to be, because i used it to survive a long until the teleporter was activated

idk if anyone has said this already but ive had multiple runs where chest or choose from 3 or adpative chest would be facing off the cliff and shoots the items off the stage making it impossible to obtain the item :c
Void Reavers with Dio's just stand completely motionless after respawning, bullets phase right through them.
Imagine releasing a patch and making the game suddently even less polished
