so my laptop (intel HD 3000 gpu) does not like something with the new bazaar between time
So if you are spectating someone doing the newest secret area to unlock Acrid, you can also receive achievements. I spectating two of my friends playing and when they completed the level, all three of us got the achievement and the character unlock, despite me not even playing in the game at all.
never see bazaar items in the game when playing without mods, did these get removed or does anyone know how to get them back?
Holding LMB, W, and spamming Ctrl will enable you to infinitely spam acrid's first attack at incredible speeds, greatly outdpsing his normal attack combo
Not sure why this is happening, but Loader's charged punch is colliding with this stone titan corpse a whole bunch. Also activating a bunch of on hit effects. I've only confirmed it to be happening with stone titan, and haven't tried it on other bosses.
Cool patch. Just wish the game wouldn't constantly crash.

If you fall off a ledge as arti and hover without jumping H3AD-5T v2 will constantly attempt to activate, leaving a trail of particles in your wake till you touch the floor.
Alien Heads not working. All of my cooldowns are the same. Got it on mercenary and Acrid

Acrid's walking animation seems to twist and be disfigured when it moves.
@rotund island I just unlocked acrid with mercenary - but i died on the last node - i was killed by a (small) golem and one of the items that they had was the tesla coil - im not sure what exactly happened but i think i died to the coil while eviscerating and even tough i was dead as soon as i quit the session i got the achievement
@torpid pelican that has something to do with Smooth Particles, it might still happen on the stage 4 maps

I installed the new update this morning and still got a golem teleporter boss
when i spawned i got put into this spot. Was able to walk inside it and proceed to go more into it and get stuck forcing me to stop the run

The new item "resonance disk" kind of bugged out and is now charging automatically instead of only charging when when I kill enemies. I've attached the output log so hopefully you'll be able to find out what happened.
Loader's pylon has a bad habit of clipping into the terrain (and not attacking enemies because of it) if standing/running, and fired downward. Also seems to clip into the terrain a lot on the Null level, even if fired toward a wall
Sometimes Acrid's pandemic ability doesn't spread when it should for example like enemies touching the aflicted enemy or at times only two wisp sprites apart. *to clarify I mean right after the enemy was hit not a while after

acrids run animation seems to cancel his normal attacks. so if you hold down your attack key and spam your run button, acrid attacks as fast as you press your run button.
I'm having a problem with the game. For some reason it's not registering any of the letter keys from my keyboard, so I can't move or interact with anything. However running the game from it's application file in it's folder allows me to, but then I can't access steam from that one
I found a barrel that was not properly placed in the ground (first one, so i do not know if this applies to other stages)

Spawned into a map after the shop, was stuck in fall animation and unable to move, use skills or attack. Dunno if it's a new bug but it's my first time seeing it in 50+ hours of play.

I don't even think the solution to "hordes of many" is removing a type of enemy in it's entirety, "hordes of many" just makes them really tough, no matter what they are and it's unfair if compared against a normal boss
I hope they do something about this instead of removing enemies
I do not know if this counts as a bug, but the Spinel Tonic stays in your inventory when you trade it in for a Pearl. If you are being debuffed by the Tonic, (i think, i was lucky enough for it not to debuff me) it could stay like that untill you manage to find another Tonic. I believe the reason behind this is the fact that a used Tonic has the same properties as a used Dio's.

Hardlight Afterburner does not adhere correctly to Acrid's right shoulder. Very noticeable when on the move or attacking.
black screen after opening a chest
I have made it to stage 27 and i cannot buy any boxes or activate the teleporter I also cannot see my bullets or any other particles or effects

Spawned as acrid, couldn't move or anything, just the head was moving. The other players saw the same thing, it wasn't client-side.

If someone hosts, they get a black screen sometimes in the middle of a run. anywhere in a run. I have had the problem for a long time now, so I never host. But I know a lot of people have the same problem. the game just stops and everybody gets disconnected

hello there! I've noticed a bug with Acrid's attack: it's possible to cancel LMB with Ctrl. Thus, you can significantly speed up your attack speed with spamming LMB and Ctrl. Sorry, if you've already known about this bug.

I just had the worst bug as the acrid, enemies were despawning but still there. I couldn't see them and they wrecked me as I was killing the last boss to unlock his skin 😦

I somehow started with REX's dunked chev unlocked but I do know that I've done it pre update, it just seems like a bug though. Not that I mind having the skill for something I know how to and have done but others may not enjoy it.
So uhhh, something about the void reaver's debuff seems to be broken XD I let myself get hit by three attacks quickly and on the 3rd stack of their debuff I was permanently stuck in place with no way to get out, even after it expired. Happened while I was playing Engi.

My friend got roughly 8 syringes on Acrid, when he held down mouse 1 it would only do the first attack of the combo with a pause in between.
After I beat an horde of fire brass contraption and complete the teleporter event, the gold decrease really really slowly. I think it's because when I reach 0 gold, I kill an enemy and got gold but the speed of the decrease stay slow instead of going up.

acrid stops "leaning" with the terrain angles after warping to the next stage (maybe even earlier but I havent noticed what actually triggers it)
Got dropped from a multiplayer as Loader, was using Thunder Gauntlet. When I reconnected I was forced back to the normal charge punch.

this one might be on my end , but i noticed some crazy stuttering in a few of my games as acrid . i have nearly 80 hours on this game and this has never been a problem plus my pc is quite capable , but still it could be my pc's fault

this one happened the most. Multi shops ( triple shops ) spawn partially inside walls , making 1 or 2 of the options impossible to get . Sometimes i could still purchase the item , but it would get stuck inside the terrain , essentially wasting my gold . This didn't only happen during acrid runs . Pls fix

I had a run on Rex where i got an atg and it somehow had 100% proc chance on everything that had a proc coefficient . Needless to say it was quite broken .

I had a run on mercenary and found a syringe printer . After printing 25 of them , mercenary started skipping the third strike from his M1 , only doing it occasionally . Pls fix

On sirens call, if you break the 6th egg while simultaneously breaking the 7th the boss doesn't spawn and will not spawn after breaking more eggs.
With dedicated servers somethings wrong with the shop item trade pots
its perpetually stuck like this and never delivers the item
when you run into the side of these stairs you begin hovering and you have to back up to stop it
When trying to join a clipboard lobby game in progress, it gives a black screen, pressing resume gives a temporary freeze.
The cells charge anywhere on the map, and will still charge after you die. This lets you get the achievement if you stay at your death screen for long enough. This doesn't feel like a feature.
When offering lunar equipment to a cleansing pool in a dedicated server, it causes it to break and not give an item in return for itself, and any future cleansing pools, as well as breaking the cauldrons in the bazaar between time.
visual bug: after reviving guillotine doesn't shown
2 times in a row we destroyed all the eggs and the alloy didnt spawn, the 2nd time we destroyed at least 7 and we only got the distant whirring, are you not supposed to destroy them that fast????
Unintnded effect: spectators of a game that join via steam ALSO unlock achievements when your entire party does.

Putting your back to a wall and looking at a nearby rock makes all the obstacles/enemies and yourself(?) invisible.
Alloy Worship Unit doesn't spawn if several eggs destroyed at the same time

I got stuck in the door on the alt map for Distant Roost. Whoops.
I don't know the complete ins and outs of it, but when playing online (specifically mine was a private game with a friend) with any other person as a host, Acrid stops being able to combo once reaching a certain attack speed. For me it was when standing in a warbanner with 1 syringe, or when I had 3 syringes. I was able to confirm that the host did not have this issue, and when I 3D printed away 1 syringe (back down to 2) the issue vanished. I later had 2 syringes and went into a warbanner and it worked just fine, so I don't know if it was his internet lag fluctuating or a certain multiplier of attack speed. I really love Acrid, would love to be able to combo at high attack speeds
Was thrown under the map when an Imp Overlord teleported on top of me.
I'm not sure if its a bug or I'm just really unlucky, but every time I've gotten the new variant of distant roost today, I've only gotten about 1-3 chests and an equipment cache or two.
While in the Void prison (or whatever you call the place to unlock the Acrid), if you're playing as the Engineer, your turrets also get the enemies items. So if the enemy gets an unstable tesla Coil, you're toast
Not sure if I would call this a bug or if it was already stated or not but on Acrid if you hold M1 and rhythmically tap Sprint you can go into a frenzy of bitchslapping monsters
(I dont and wont make use of this tho bc I kinda like being at a distance and spreading poison and always picking up Heresy Visions

Sometimes you are unable to stop (or even slow down at all) your momentum while gliding with artificer, until traveling out of bounds, or hitting an object.
Happened in several ways:
1a. Gliding into a geyser, and still holding glide continues your momentum after being launched, effectivley flinging you off the stage. Happened several times, on diffrent stages.
1b. The grovetender wisp boss’ chain blast attack causes considerably high knockback, and flung me off the map while gliding, despite trying to sprint glide the opposite direction -
With the happiest mask, enemies’ ghost corpses persist after they die (unsure if that is intended)
i have no idea if this is a technical issue or a bug, but sometimes friends are frozen on the lobby or character select screen with no menu buttons showing up. it only happens with specifc people, and we can't play together for this reason.
is this just a ping issue? i've asked several times and have not once received an answer.
acrid's auto attacks break when berserker pauldrons activate
Acrid and the friendly Beetle Guard seem to cause serious stuttering on the new Roost map. Reducing particle count seemed to help, but it didn't fix the issue.
we were in the void fields round 3 with bison and titan with the items Tougher Times and Backup mag. the first round it started with backup mag the game just black screened and kicked everyone out with no "server closed" prompt
Edit: more specifically it faded to black as if hitting reset button on a gamecube
just had the game completely fade out to black in the middle of a teleporter event, as if it was changing levels. it took me to some weird version of the title screen that was completely black.
^ also had this happen today too, really late into the game too 😦
Acrid's poison DoT is not dealing 10% of a monster's health per tick as the tooltip states, it's simply dealing a meager 10 damage a tick that quickly becomes useless within the first ten minutes of a run

Can confirm, joined a game as Acrid and was unable to interact with chests/shrines, or use Equipment while sprinting, and would also have the spit and ult projectiles disappear at random.
Started a **Solo** game and had *no* such issues.
Ya, so the super fun bug where I can't move when spawning into a map still exists
Not sure if intended or not, but after the last void cell if the have Dio, then after you’ve finished charging the final cell the enemies will respawn after they “die”, continuing the fight even after you clear the area.
Is thunder punch suppose to make you stop when you hit an enemy in multiplayer?
My ability (Default Q Bind) no longer has an icon and automatically goes off nonstop. No countdown either. Happens with any character. Started happening after I obtained the black hole ability with the commando.
On Siren's Call there is a way to go under the map without any specific items when playing Artificial. There is a gap at the bottom of the map and you can just fly through it.
REX's Bramble Volley doesn't do the listed amount of 20% current hp self damage. At 208 HP, Bramble Volley deals 21 HP so approximately 10% of current hp. For reference, Tangling Growth at 208 HP deals exactly 52HP, which is the listed 25% current HP.
Not sure if its working as intended but the tooltip is wrong or vice versa :)
Warhorn seems to be preventing Acrid from Doing his M1 combo when it triggers.
Celestine Golems as a teleporter boss, despite the change log indicating golems cannot be teleporter bosses anymore.
All items from the Glowing Meteorite onward (the equipments too) have their file name tag. All items have names in the files, so I do not know what is happening
Note to my report above: I have edited names of items, but all regular items and Lunar items work fine. It seems only the Equipment and Lunar Equipment are having issues

kills with royal capacitor do not cause Topaz Broach to give you armor
Might have been reported before but just in case : The new item "fresh meat", who's supposed to add regen hp after killing an enemy gets buggy if you have a drone healing you at the same time (basically, you don't heal, the hp bar goes up and down by a tiny bit, you even lose a bit of HP).
BUT if you pick up a healing orb after that, all the heal pop-up in an instant. Dunno if it's just a visual bug or if it affects your HP as well.
Mul-t's scrap launcher seems like it's not functioning right with the wandering vagrant, though it could be other bosses as well. It's dealing exclusively aoe damage rather than direct hit damage. Wasn't really sure where to put this but it seems like it's not right.
Adaptive chests situated next to the edge of a level often spit the loot off the map and cannot be collected by the player. They also seem to desync the loot currently displayed between client and host.
Pressing the sprint key and holding M1 with Acrid lets you spam attacks faster than you should be able to

Listen servers can longer be joined. Listen servers were activated by entering "host 1" in the console. We have a dedicated server tool, now, but when you go beyond 6 players, which is allowed by the server config, the game becomes incredibly unstable by stage 4. I've been hosting ten person servers since Scorched Acres, and when I hosted with a listen server it was 100% more stable. Please fix this.

Dedicated servers you start and it runs on your computer. A Listen server is a server you start and play in. When the host leaves, the server shuts down in a listen server. Not so in a dedicated one. That would seemingly be the only difference, but unless something else is at play, hopoo's RoR2 dedicated server tool is far, far more unstable than it was just hosting via "host 1" for the last few months. I had dozens of mods enabled to balance out 10 players, and in the months since Scorched Acres it was NEVER as bad as it was half an hour ago when I was hosting at JUST stage 4. Hopoo needs to fix the dedicated server tool, or fix players being unable to join a listen server.

Having too much attack speed with the Acrid causes you to no longer do your 3 attacks and instead resets your attacks to your first of the three with the cooldown of the third strike making you in effect lose DPS from gaining attack speed.

This was happening to me in combat with enemies as well.
If you destory the 5th and 6th Vulture nests at the same time via gasoline or other method in Siren's Call , the Alloy Worship Unit will not spawn. Destoring more nests doesn't work either.
Cautious Slug increases health regen by 3 hp/s instead of the logbook's advertised 4.

I dont quite know if its a glitch but Acrids Acid pools from his jump can't kill enemies they only drop to 1HP like with poison

Pushing a dunestrider into the pit farther from the sealed door in abandoned aqueduct with rex did not give the achievement (pushed two)
Acrid's acid pool will not kill an enemy if the enemy is also poisoned
Correction: Acrid's acid pool has non-lethal properties and will never kill an opponent
Also, Acrid's poison CAN be lethal if the enemy is affected by HP-threshold kills such as the Old Guillotine
Ghore's Tome does not disappear or fade when you move the view close to the character model
I got a crash with the marine when using the teleporter after taking the visions of heresy. don't know if it was related to the item but you never know.
if you die during the 9nth/9 charger at the void and wait long enough after your death so it fully charges, acrid still gets unlocked (even though you didn't complete the challenge alive)
REX: Mastery still shows the wrong colors in the logbook
Melee glitch, when you have a corpse you can punch instantly forever if you drag yourself into the hit box, it counts as doing like a million hits every frame so your shield never goes down and if you touch something it does a million hits to it too
I had a small bug where I had pinged the item "Old War Stealth Kit" but it said it was "Kjaro's Band", this was during a MP session.

Not sure if anyone has encountered this: I started the teleporter event and the boss showed up but with a yellow health bar. There was no health bar at the top of the screen for the boss and when I looked towards the teleporter the item you receive from defeating the boss was already there. (Also, might be unrelated but I triggered a shrine of chance right after hitting the teleporter)
I just obliterated myself at the obelisk with the beads of fealty or watcha call it and nothing happened
if you kill a second scavenger in a level they apparently don't drop their bag? unsure if bug or not
Joining/inviting friends to game isnt working. Joining non-existent lobbies where friends do not show up. Tried using both steam ui and in game ui to invite or join friends games.

I was playing as acrid on the "desert map" (stage 2), and wisps were the only mobs spawning - during the teleporter event, except for the boss, all the enemies were also wisps.
well maybe they could use that glitch for the artifacts lol

very annoying bug. I got glass, preon and ceremonial dagger on 1st stage and then got black screen. So tilted now, #fixitpls

i was playing online (solo) and killed the new boss scavenger. Shortly after i opened his bag the screen wen black. I could see the cursor for the menu and i could press escape to get the menu to show, but if i clicked "resume" the screen when black again. Anyone experienced something similar?

So, I had this li'l bug that everyone seems to be having as well --
After defeating the boss, the teleporter charge % got stuck on 99%, not allowing me to progress further
there's a red indicator on the top-right screen that leads to nowhere (maybe to the "invisible boss")

I fell through the map while fighting the Alloy Worship Unit, and am currently still falling. It's been three or four minutes now. I kept pushing the boss further and further out of bounds, and the game never reset me back to the map. Then I missed my dash and fell through the skybox and uh, here we are.
Acrid's sprinting animation resets in a weird way on the leg that is covered by goat hoof so it looks like its breaking constantly.

idk if it's a bug or inteded, but Acrids poison is supposed to deal a portion of something max hp, but i have yet to see the poison actually kill something. I've let it sit and deal the damage to where the enemy has no HP, but doesn't ever die from the DoT.

I have noticed that often times late in a run(especially with a gesture and missile launcher combo) the bonus boss on siren's call simply does not spawn, no matter how many nests you break
My hypothesis is that it has to do with the way the game detects that they've been broken.

I've noticed that as well with sprinting @supple arch but i tried to see if it would apply the attacks fast against enemies and it would just procced with the attack chain when hitting them
I believe the animation cancelling allows you to attack much faster than without animation cancelling
the acrid bug it ignores the 3 hit cycle it only hits with his left arm

I've actually found a connection with it and lag, the more lag you have the less likely Acrid is going to do his 3 hit combo
I found this out be reducing my graphics to the absolute lowest setting and suddenly Acrid was doing the combo 100% of the time
if you have too much attack speed, (spinel tonic and warhorn for me right now) acrid only does the first swing
reducing graphics to minimum had zero effect
I am noticing that when running a dedicated server, clients need to have the game open first. If they try to connect while it is not open the game will not open and it will say bad password.

I found a bug concerning the Loader and Brass Contraptions? I’m not at home so I don’t have the screenshots on hand but somehow the remains of killed Brass Contraptions can be punched infinitely by the Loader keeping her in a punch loop? You can move away from the frozen animation by sliding away but you get full barrier from doing this for even a second. This happened in the Void Fields
with the acrid attack bug, getting a syringe fixed it???
Speaking of Acrid bugs - Poison always seems todo the same damage regardless of the target and does pitiful damage to bosses, less than the monsters around it. If it's meant to be based on 10% of their max hp, poison shouldn't be ticking for 6 damage on a 2K+ hp boss.
On top of that, when you stack soldiers syringe on acrid it causes his first attack to repeat instead of the other two happening, meaning you don't get the extra damage of the third attack
Has there been any report of an issue where the framerate drops drastically when the camera moves? It suddenly happens to me after an apparently random duration of play. Suddenly, even though the game had been running smooth as butter, and still does run smooth as butter while the camera is stationary, any camera movement whatsoever drops the framerate to sub 10.
Important to note is that I am playing on linux via proton, though the issue never happened before the update.
i noticed what causes the acrid poison damage bug, its a coding error that causes the poison to do a percentage of BASE health, not maximum. the reason for this is because when an enemy levels up it gets an unnatainable health up, and the person who coded the poison did not account for it, so acrids poison will always do 5 damage to a beetle, 7 damage to a golem, and 6 damage to a lemurian.
An imp overlord started ground-pounding, and the attack never stopped, even while it was walking around, even after it died. Then item particle effects and projectiles became invisible. Then the sound muted. Then the chat window stopped saying anything. When I tried to go through a celestial portal, the game froze on the black loading screen. Pause still worked, but trying to exit froze the window and I had to end it with Task Manager.

I can't show an image but when I get 3 or more soldier syrines for Acrid, he bugs out and can only attack once and his hitbox for the single swipe goes away and moving on to the next area doesn't seem to fix it. i just realized that the scond hit has a one second delay and doesn't show an animation but it can still hit enemies.
I have been having this really annoying bug recently, I always play with my friends and I am always the host. Mid runs randomly my screen just goes black and everyone else gets kicked. In this screen I can still press escape and open up the menus but that it all I can do unless I eventually just hit return to the main menu. Pls help this bug has ruined many really promising runs!!!!

noticing that that magma worm has multiple hitboxes so you can hit it while its head is in the ground i'm guessing that the huntress's ricochet could possibly bounce between segments of the worm, i note this as probable cause i cant see if this is happening since it would bounce and break very fast and all the other numbers flooding the screen

I know, I know it. It will probably be patched. But man is it funny. All you have to do is use sprint to cancel your slashing animation and attack with proper timing. Too slow and it's not optimal, too fast and you don't do damage.
you can use sprint to cancel a slash animation and attack more frequently, you need to time it just right. too quick and you dont do damage, too slow and its not optimal. i know itll get patched but its so funny
oh yea and you can super jump using wax quail going up a steep slope (easier with large amounts of speed)

If you go into a corner of wetland aspect and look in a certain direction, parts of the terrain/monsters dont get rendered
I got a kinda glitch that if you using sprint to "reset" acrid primary claw attack, while using some timed marco , you can get a double strike on every single attack, like 200%x2 each strike instead 200%-200%-400%

Everytime we disconnect from a game after lagging, we then join back and our loadoit is set to default..
Was playing as loader, with his new utility, lagged out and disconnected, when i joined back, all was nornal, i was still alive but... My Utility is now the default one!

Visions of Heresy totally messes up huntress's primary attack. It like fires from behind here character model and does not go where you are aiming.

On PC I can't seem to unlock rex's new skill. I've done the stay under 50% HP for the whole TP event, twice, and nothing unlocked.

This bug started happening once I loaded up the game, the mouse moves around seemingly randomly, and tends towards the top left corner of the screen. The issue persisted even on restarting the game, restarting the computer and unplugging and replugging the mouse
no plates spawned on aqueduct for either of us, and the door was open for my friend while still remaining closed for me
I'm not entirerly sure but if I understood correctly a random teleporter boss was golems, wasn't challenge of the mountain either'
I have run into several multiplayer games where if you have a beetle gaurd when you go into the bazar, they will spawn in on top of you and clip you through the floor. I've heard this bug was an issue before this update, but with how beetle gaurds spawn, its more or less garantied to happen.
Sometimes, the item bubble that appears before the item when you open a chest/terminal will make it's way in a pit and the item is unobtainable, even if followed in the said pit, waste of money and item, should make zones near pits where chests/terminals can't spawn during map generations...

Knocking a dunestrider into an oil pit didn't trigger the challenge
Acrid caustic leap acid pool's 25% damage is not lethal, enemies in the acid both tick from the poison and take the pool damage (shown in white numbers) but don't die at 1 HP. Even the unpoisoned enemies don't die to it
In multiplayer Loader's Thunder Gauntlet ability often behaves abnormally client-side when there's a small amount of latency, namely passing through enemies instead of contacting them as it should. The shock cone also doesn't appear visually.
So i spawned under the map on the aqueduct map and ended up in sealed chamber and i couldn't get out.
Soooo.... loaded in and just couldnt move. Couldnt use any abilities. Only thing i could do was look around. I loaded in and my character (i was playing loader at the time) was stuck in the landing animation frame right as it looks before touchdown.
Randomly during runs with my friends (I was hosting) they get kicked out and I get thrown to a black screen forcing an alt f4 or closing the program. No idea what causes it.

A friend of mine spawned inside a turret and was unable to move for the whole map, the only thing he could do was use his equipment.
I dont know if its just me but i have a delay when acrid does the normal attack, he does the animation and doesnt let me attack again, in a bit later the effect and damage appear, making it a little annoying to use it

Game crashing after the update i've lost a perfect run because of this, i just walk and then blackout.
Resonance disk has a problem i'm not sure how to replicate, but i'll explain it.
After hitting a shrine of order, I had 3 resonance disks. From this point on, when the resonance disk was charged the first time, it would stay charged after firing, firing over and over dealing massive damage. It would stay charged until the end of the level, where i would enter the teleporter, then reset upon reaching the next level.
I am using a modded character so I posted this in his bug report channel but I thought I'd post it here as well in case it's a level clipping issue. I had 4 wax quails and jumped at the corner of the stairs.
Hellfire Tincture's self damage is affected by Focus Crystal. Im assuming this is a bug because it'd be the dumbest shit ever if that was intentional since having 7 of them or so makes the damage high enough to straight up kill you in one use without transcendance, several shield generators, or massive health regen effects.

Obliterating yourself at the obelisk as acrid with the beads of frailty will prevent you from unlocking the skin
With Mercenary, you can fall through the map infinitely on Siren's fall when fighting Alloy Worship Unit. Using Binding Assault pushes the boss instead of going through it, so you can push it off the map past the kill zone. If you follow it far enough, your character won't be reset on the map when he falls.

I just encountered a soft-lock bug. I was fighting the teleporter boss in grove, when it killed me, I had dio, so I was revived, but the teleporter charge froze at 99, and wouldn't move, the boss was killed, and it just said charge the teleporter under objectives
Interactable fixtures, such as blood shrines and gambling shrines, seem to have bugged spawning where they will spawn in large groups. I had a level that had 5 blood shrines right next to each other and another run where 4 gambling shrines where really close.
If Loader charges her fist into the dead remains of a Brass Contraption, she will be "hitting" it with a punch every tick, providing max barriers and obliterating anything that comes close to her. She'll also be slowed to an absolute crawl and will take quite a bit of time to move away from the body parts.

The Mercanary achievement for completing a prismatic trial run without going below 100% hp is bugged.
I tried this multiple times, completing multiple runs where I only took shield damage, effectivly being still over 100% hp.
If the achievement is only unlocked by taking no damage, then the description is misleading.

I'm not sure if this is a bug but when acrid gets 17x soldier's syringes, he wil only hit once out of the three hits, and not super fast, either. Just a concern that can affect gameplay.

Me and my friend both unlocked Acrid despite every player being dead during the 9th event in the void. We were sitting on the game over screen when we suddenly got the achievement.

in the Void Fields alongside a Leech Seed, they will fire off a spirit energy shot every healing instance, causing massive unavoidable damage to the player, since it deals the full damage regardless.

is a Rare and getting this kind of synergy is even more rare this is a serious problem for when it does happen.
if you glide on the ground for a second with artificer and then back into air with the h3ad-5t legendary, it creates this ice glide field. It looks really pretty, and it would be pretty cool to integrate it into the game as an actual thing that happens to artificer with that legendary.

Gesture of the Drowned is now providing much less than its intended bonus on stacking for some reason.
Again, Hellfire Tincture's self damage is affected by Focus Crystal and it really shouldn't be as it makes a bad item drastically worse.

Scrap Cannon is currently bugged and has on hit effects trigger twice if the enemy survives the hit. It's easiest to notice with Brilliant Behemoth as it will have two damage numbers. Honestly this should just be left in because scrap cannon is still fucking garbage compared to the other 3 primaries MUL-T has.
Gesture was nerfed to be 15% each stacking after 1st one
When Rex uses its utility on a desert pot, instead of flinging the pot away then exploding, the game freaks out and just removes the pot from existence and freezes the game for a split second

@obtuse cloak for some reason a lot of people said every stack of Gesture after the first also did 50% but it's 15%, same as an Energy Cell. Was that misunderstanding the problem or is it providing even less cooldown reduction?
Keep in mind each decrease is a multiplier, so you can't get (true) 100% cooldown reduction.

also something interesting I've noticed with Scrap Cannon now. I noticed that sometimes after that first stage it wouldn't have the second number from the brilliant behemoth, but it turns out it was just stacking the damage together since the single number was always much higher. This leads me to believe that Scrap Cannon does the same thing with its own damage and just has two instances of damage for direct hits that are stacked into a single damage number. This makes Scrap Cannon way more viable than you'd initially think since it has two chances to proc items.

This isn't a bug or anything, but it is a really easy way to cheat the system in my opinion. So when you go to the Realm where you unlock Acrid, standing outside the bubbles rapidly hurts you. And as I found out, every tick of that DMG triggers Razorwire. And I had a Cautious Slug which since Razorwire doesn't count as Attacking, it triggered and healed the dmg away this made me Invincbile in there and just wanted to point that out.

Scavenger has crashed my game twice on two really good runs by having primordial cube, i'm not sure what causes it but he's had cube twice, and both times crashed the game.
Picked up a Kajaro's band, actually two I believe, and neither one showed up in my items tab, checked post-death screen too, it's not showing up at all.
I wouldn't call this a bug but I'm sure it's not intended.
the void level idk if its to unlock acrid or a step to unlock him but it just crashes me to main menu for no reason and vent 5 or 7 makes it do it

I don't know if this is a bug, but when you have a Razorwire and you are in the Void Fields, every single tick of damage fires a shuriken at enemies. This makes traversing the place very easy to do, since you just kill whatever is right next to you. I think the item was meant to only damage back what damaged you, but I could be wrong

@chrome hedge yeah the game's rendering is really weird in certain spots. That's not as bad as the one spot in the caves on Siren's Call where part of the wall is only visible from one side. Its on the right side of the tunnel from the deepest part up to the area where all 4 tunnels intersect.
Loaders Thunder Gauntlet works different when not in singleplayer or the host of the game, as the lag from playing multiplayer causes it to send you through enemies instead of stopping when you hit them.

I've had 2 crashes so far with the new update, both related to the Scavenger. First was when it was the first enemy integrated into the Void Fields, second was when it was chosen as the teleporter boss. Both instances had 3 or more Scavengers spawned at once as a part of a forced spawn event, otherwise the Scavenger hasn't caused a problem even when there are more than 3 naturally spawned in the stage.
As a side note, I'm assuming only being able to get 1 Scavenger Sack per stage is intentional? I for some reason recall getting a second one time on Siren's Call, but I can't be certain and I've never gotten 2 at once since.

Destroying eggs with Helfire Tincture doesn't show the message about whirring getting closer
When playing MUL-T if you have enough movement speed item buffs, red whip, goat hoof, etc, I was able to activate my utility and shift through rough edges in walls. This was harder on some maps but on Wetlands Aspect where there are little crevasses in the edges of the map I was able to press shift and slide my way out of map. sorry, don't have video or an image, but Artificer's wall will occasionally explode near an enemy without doing damage, seems to happen near sudden vertical segments of terrain (it happened near the starting point of a chain platform and near a step in the first stage)

Posted it in feedback but might actually be a bug. Acrids Caustic Leap ability deals damage over time to enemies that stand on the acid. This is obeying the same rules as poison currently, so no procs and cant kill. Seems very odd.
Whenever you use DIRECTIVE: Drill (and possibly the other M2, haven't tried) with REX's face inside the collision of an enemy (easily done against bosses, but also easily replicated by ramming your face into the side of a golem), the attack seemingly just disappears. the bubble showing where youre aiming disappears for as long as you're in the "correct" position, and if it's released, the attack simply does not appear yet still goes on cooldown. This happens to me frequently while I'm trying to abuse focus crystal damage on bosses.
I've been having the opposite problem of sprint-cancelling where sometimes Acrid will stop using/animating his primary fire for seconds at a time

Comping a previous report, I was playing a two player game and on the 50th minute my (host) screen went black and the other player was kicked out of the game. The screen was black though my cursor appeared as if it was in a menu. I could pause like I was playing a run but the blurred out background displayed not the run I was playing, but a background from the main menus.
I pulled this scavenger too far from the center without triggering the boss health bar and then he just started walking in circles. He could still get new items and murdered me just fine when I got closer.

His alternate M2 with a few ukeleles causes a noticeable lag spike every use. So using a few at the same time was game ending.
Silence Between Two Strikes still has the same bug that Wake Of Vultures used to. Instead of granting extra shield, it halves your health and turns it into shield.
I think I found a bug with the Alloy Worship Unit spawn. I broke eggs enough to show the first message "You hear a distant whirring...". Then I found a cluster with two eggs, broke both at the same time (With Merc's melee attack) and it didn't spawn. After that I broke all other eggs I found in the map and even then nothing happened.

after exiting the void fields our next stage only spawned stone golems, with a stone titan as a boss. The image may not show it but there were at least 30 and not a single other enemy spawned

was on the run start screen while tabbed out and the game started a run as MUL-T. When I tabbed back in the game ignored pausing and didn't stop time passing or my ability to attack. Not really sure why that is but that really should be fixed.
@dense raft That is not a bug, when you begin levels there is a small chance for only one type of enemy to spawn, for example, only jellyfish/vargants, beetles, and golems/titans/ When it happens there will be a message in the chat hinting at what will be spawning

It seems there is a bug that causes the teleporter loot item to be dropped if a boss of the same kind is already in the circle before the teleporter boss is spawned and that boss is killed before the teleporter boss is killed
ie a beetle queen is already next to the teleporter and the teleporter turns on and spawns beetle queens as it's boss, you kill the non-teleporter boss beetle queen and that can cause the teleporter to drop it's item

The convergence point for phase round is affected too much by the distance between the crosshair and the commando's gun, making shots fire at wild angles when you're trying to hit through terrain or through other enemies and there's any difference in axes between commando and the target vector.
A potential solution would be to simulate the target vector an arbitrarily large distance away, so that any difference between the commando's axes and the target vector's axes are reduced (since you're effectively aiming past the crosshair point).

I also don't think it's possible for this boss to die normally as a ghost because of that self-heal attack when it's low.
Playing as acrid and have tried many different ways to start his mouse 1 combo by spamming the mouse, clicking it in a rhythm, and holding it down, it seems almost random how far into the combo it wants to go, a lot of the time just stopping after the first one. Note: This isn't because of the sprinting-cancel bug, this is standing completely still and/or walking up to an enemy

In the latest Switch version, after I teleport to a new area, sometimes healing drone will stuck in the landscape at the character’s spawn spot. It won’t move or follow my character. If my character lost some health and is close enough to the healing drone, it will be back to normal and start following and healing my character.

same thing happend to me and my friend, 3 runs in a row we would get randomly disconnected from the run, i would get a random blackscreen and he would get a message saying the server has shut down. it doesn't matter which of us host it happens anyway. we weren't using any mods or anything that would interfere with the game

I had a random blackscreen playing alone on a multiplayer server. I also had the screen go black playing with a friend three times in a row. For me, this makes the game unplayable for the first time since launch. A fix would be greatly appreciated! ^_^
myself and a friend (who was hosting) were playing just fine until 12:00am Australian Brisbane Time. Since then, I keep losing connection and he keeps crashing. I understand that there may be issues on the dev end and i understand that bugs will arise due to unexpected reasons. But never-the-less, it is unfortunate and a fix would be appreciated. Obviously i do not expect a fix immediately, as we are all human, but eventually would be nice. Hopefully it is an easy fix

Did a run, finished it (Got dat Huntress skin) and used a bunch of Lunar Coins along the way. Quit the game for a while, came back in, had all of my previously used coins back.
Not sure if this is a bug, but I doubt its intended: When a dunestrider ghost is created from the happiest mask, if it does the suck-in healing attack, the player will be damaged (can't remember if it pulled me or not).
The challenge Dunked for REX didn't work for me. I pushed a clay DuneStrider into the pit in the middle of the level (where the aqueduct pours the tar) and the challenge was not validated. It might be because it was not the level's boss, I don't know.

Enemies (specifically the bison) can make small movements, like turning, while frozen by artificers L-Shift

when i used my loader charge attack in the void and hit the bubble i was stuck hitting it over and over and was in that freeze instance.

By a crash I mean that the host's screen fades to black and everyone else gets disconnected.

And they have, they launched a complaint, and the devs will get to it. Demanding an instant response, or claiming that the devs "fucked" you because you had a crash is unreasonable, and entitled. There is a difference between saying "hey, there is a bug, just to let you know" and "lazy devs, you cheated me, I demand a response, fuck you."
The unity one has been around for 8 months, so no there's no demand for an "instant" response. 8 Freaking months they never even talked about it in any patch note.

@rose rock from what you two are writing, your 8 month long problem with unity bug is different to what Jack and others recently started to experience. I happened to get a black screen but there was no unity pop up so this seems like a completely different problem

yea mine just freezes and gives me the pop up my friends even see my character just walk off the map i still hear the music playing along with character sounds but it just freezes and crashes this has been going on for 2 days now since iv gotten the game

there are sometimes special events when you enter a new stage where only a certain type of enemy spawns, like only wisps or lemurians or stone golems

Activating the last cell in the void always turns off the environmental damage for me, even before the event is done.

@ocean nacelle The enemies don't simply get 1 stack of the item, so the closer to 7 stacks of tri tip they are, the more frequently the bleed will proc. It's 15% per stack
I believe it’s 5 white 2 green 1 red for enemy stacking, not 100 on that though

You can exploit acrid's primary by canceling it out with sprint, making it attack faster. Also he needs a damage buff
Visual bug on my client's side, not visible to friends. My engineer turrets had frost relic activated while they both died to a few dunestriders. Visually one frost relic aura remained where they died for the rest of the stage even though my turrets had since been replaced elsewhere, creating other frost relic auras as well.

As loader (I believe any other character can get this also), when killing Brass Contraptions, sometimes the hitbox for them can stay behind. This hitbox can be spammed multiple times, and as loader doesn't let you stop hitting until you look away from the hitbox.
As loader (I also believe this can be for any other character), OSP doesn't work randomly. We can be 1 hit from random enemies when at full health or even at half health, like with the Stone Golem's laser shooting 1 shot and obliterating the character or the thrust of the Bison killing easily.
Im not sure if its a bug but i found out how to attack a lot faster with acrid
when spectating during death, swapping from someone without shaped glass to someone /with/ it will display their health going down

this has happened a few times to me now, in multiplayer, if you activate the shrine of chance very shortly after someone presses E to activate teleporter, the shrine of chance will still be usable after the teleporter event starts (the shrine is, of course, outside the tp zone in every case).
My friend and i are having a crash issue. It happened twice when we got multiple Whip (mostly dropped after defeating the teleporter boss), and a while later, the game crashed. It happens after the December update, anyone experiences the same issue?
Not sure if this is a bug or something that was overlooked but whenever you have the choice to purchase the next stage to play while in the bizarre, if you purchase a level and then do the void, it won't take into consideration that you bought the desired stage and will still random which one you get put into. For example, I bought rally point delta and then did the void but when we finished the void it put us in scorched acres. Would just appreciate if it would put you in the stage you bought from the bizzare

For me and my friends, the host will enter a black screen randomly at some point in the run that can sill bring up the Esc menu to exit out of, but for anyone who's connected it'll say "Server has shut down".
is this a continuing issue? can you get a run in?

@edgy folio When you defeat the boss in the new realm the game fades to black and then the results screen shows as if you obliterated. If that's what you experienced, that's normal

if that's a game i host, it will become black screen, if i join other lobby, it will say "server has shut down"
Not sure if bug but if you get the camera close to floating text it does a weird visual instead of fading away like the survivor does.

when you use the teleporter to go to the next stage, if you use a shrine of blood when your character starts fading away, you will start the next stage with the money the shrine gave you
got a lot of blackscreens/crash
we played this afternoon to the game, an 3 time we got a sudden blackscreen mid game with no error message : the host got a black screen, and the other got disconnected

I'm getting the black screen issue as well. It seems to kick the host back into the Multiplayer menu, because you can click the "Invite friends" button, even though you can't see it. Really annoying

You can unlock Acrid if you die on the last void cell and let the breach time get to 100% while on the results screen.

I'm hosting a game, we're 2 players, a private game, and out of 5 games we've tried to play, 4 of these have randomly faded to black on my PC after a while
I can see the cursor and hear the menu music, but I can't do anything other than close the game via task manager
and my friend goes to the main menu and gets an error that the host closed the game

not sure if this is exactly a bug, but since one of the points with this patch was to make worms and imp lords spawn closer to you on rallypoint, i've noticed that if i have a single purchased turret on the other side of the map, they seem waaaaaaay more interested in going after it than staying anywhere near the teleporter
getting to the point where i try to avoid purchasing any turrets, because it will inevitably make me waste an extra minute or two outside the teleport circle hunting them down on the other end of the map, which is enough time waste to get you behind the curve on monsoon
Was playing in mutiplayer with a friend, in Discord talking and he was presented with a black screen with just the ingame cursor.
As the other player I was just booted to menu. No warning, no error.

Happiest mask is a death sentence with dunestrider ghosts now with the increased damage, the drain attack will kill you in seconds, remove the damage to you from it
On multiplayer, the active Item that summons 4 drones didn't work on one stage for me. I was the host, and it was the new variant of the first stage. I could use other active items, just not this one.

If you pre-charge MUL-T's line rifle you can fire it while in his L-Shift fast travel without getting knocked out of the ability
on scorching acres you can clip through walls if you have enough movement speed and blinding assault with mercenary (to my knowledge this is the only place this happens).
Hello, I've been having an issue with the game today that I think just broke it? Something is looping the attack effects, i think. I first noticed it when, having just started a run as REX, using my secondary created a giant trail of explosions following my cursor.

I had a good run with a friend off mine and we got really far, suddenly the screen goes black and we can't do anything anymore, we tried everyting but it just wouldn't work so we had to restart, not really how i wanted to end my run :/
So I've been playing a merc run and i got to siren's call. I beat the alloy worship unit by leading him towards the end of the map. I killed him, however instead of teleporting me back to land i have instead been falling for about 5 minutes now
When a rock golem is stunned, MUL-T's transport mode will not ram into the golem until he is unstunned

MUL-T with Hardlight Afterburner uses all remaining charges of their default shift if you hit an unstunnable enemy with it immediately.
If movespeed is high enough sometimes you just charge right through them anyway.
game froze or something? after 2 hour run when entering void fields. screen turned black and music stopped, i paused and this is all i can see, and when i click resume it freezes and i cant move my mouse around the pause menu. pressing escape un freezes the menu. was forced to exit to menu. game did NOT crash as i could interact with settings and leave the game.

Teleporter stuck at 99% after boss was killed, the boss was Overloading Void Reavers, we had aurelionite and it did not despawn like it usually should after a teleporter event is finished.
Seem to be having issues with audio. Game is totally muted. It locks up when I try and adjust the volume in settings as well. Was working fine just an hour or so ago.
i have a weird bug that disabled me from moving around at the start of the stage
this happen while i was playing multiplayer with my brother
loader's shoulders (her actual shoulders) seem to jerk in a weird way (as if they dislocated) with the m1 attack animation, it's more visible while standing still
Acrid repeats the first hit of the combo over and over again for me, every now and then doing the animation for the second strike and rarely ever the third. This issues wasn't resolved by switching from keyboard to controller, nor does it seem to be effected by attack speed. I don't notice however the combo was more like to go through if I was not aiming at enemies.

For like 3 days, everytime we play, we end up with the host having a blackscreen, and the friend getting kicked out of the server.
It happens every game, randomly, after an hour or two.
So it is actually unplayable right now..., or playable but VERY frustrating when you get deconnected😨. I hope it will be better soon...

When polling a server through a query port, nicknames are not displayed in the list of players. When leaving the server, the player remains in the list of players.
Was playing as Acrid on the hell map, and had Dio. I died, and after attack spamming for a bit the character froze in midair, and started attacking at a high frequency.

When using the command test_splitscreen 2 in the console, the game progress is not saved in your profile. It looks like it is using a 'Guest' profile. I don't know if this is already known.
for anyone getting the weird fades-to-black bug, do you mind posting an output_log.txt? It should be pinned how to find one. Also assuming you or your friend doesnt have mods installed?

I accidentally unlocked Acrid being dead as an Engi. I died while completing last checkpoint, but my turrets continued to get the job's done. During my staring to the statistics, timer's out and I get either the achievement and the Acrid. Perhaps it's a feature, idk.

Hello! me and my friends just went through a 110 minute run, and we go to the celestial portal where you can obliterate yourself, we didn't, and just took the portal back, my friend crashed, and me (the host) got a black screen, and i was only able to click escape? Our game had to end, without stats or anything. Really dissapointing, as it was our best run yet 😦

there are some other posts on the steam forums about it too. I didn't start experiencing this problem until I switched internet providers recently.
Basically I will randomly get disconnected from steam for about 5-10 seconds, but only when playing RoR 2. This will kick me out or blackscreen me if I am in a multiplayer game.

In multiplayer games, as the host my screen will go Black and everyone gets DC'd about 20% of all games. Didn't happen before the udpate
@ruby swift your output_log gets overwritten every game, so I think that one is outdated. if you experience the black screen again, could you upload the log without starting the game again?

I have an issue, after the latest update the game crashes randomly during a run. It's a rather annoying issue as I have been into some REALLY good runs and the game doesn't have any kind of crash detection that lets you rejoin your previous run in the case of a crash so you can imagine my frustration when it happens 4 times in a row. I have the latest GPU drivers installed and the latest game version. I didn't crash this much before the update and I was even able to get a fewe 2 hour runs in after the update before it just kinda started crashing on me in future runs. So I'm not sure whats going on.

I consistently spawn under enemies coming into a stage, and they’ll often attack while I’m spawning in which causes me to lose a significant portion of my health before I can even move. Don’t know if that’s just something with the director, but it makes it a lot harder to be in better positions late game.
i got blazing clay templars as the stage 3 boss but the actual blazing templar never spawned and im softlocked
adaptive chests seem to not work properly on a dedicated server. They will pop open but display no item and after the max time, shoot out a Soldier's Syringe (I assume the first item ID)

After completing a multiplayer session with my friend, we both got some unlocks (2 monster logs and he got an achievement to unlock an item). The unlocks appeared normally on my screen at first, but then I switched to my friend's page to view his score and stats.
When I switched back, the icon for his item unlock had replaced the icon for the monster log unlock I had gotten in the same slot
2 hour commando run, got both the loadouts done, Went to hidden realm at stage 21, and Screen froze, could only hit escape and quit. Had to compress to upload.
2P Multiplayer, Rex and Commando going for the mastery skins. Neither of us got it at the Obelisk, wish I had more backlog information
!!Edit: Turns out it works when the HOST chooses the Obliterate option, and it does work for all players in the session in this case. Still worrisome after a good run was thrown out
so, not sure if this is a bug, but if you only have one item and you use a printer of the same item, it will take the item and spit out the same item

Hi, so I've hit a point of being unable to continue in the Wetland Aspect. I climbed up a really high fallen log and jumped off behind a wall, thinking it was a bridge or that there would be some way out. No enemies spawn here, unable to access teleporter or return to the map. Unsure how else to describe the location of it, but there was a large stone wall blocking off part of the canyon in the map.
Haven't seen a post about it. The Wake of vultures Overloading bug is back. Instead of getting Bonus shield like we're supposed to, we are having our HP halved and turned to shield. Same with Silence Between two strikes.

IMPORTANT: If you get the Clay Dunestrider as a Ghost, it's attack where it puts out those black rays to leech health of enemys to heal himself can still hurt and kill you. Just ruined a pretty good run start of mine.

I find that moving around too much during a portal change causes a bug where the game just thinks you're infinitely falling but cant reset you for some reason.

Going to add onto the Worship Unit not spawning if you destroy 2 eggs at a time after the "You hear a distant whirring.." message, and makes it so it can no longer spawn no matter how many more eggs are destroyed.

Putting tonic on acrid makes his primary 1 a single sprite, and nolonger can do the multi hit slashing.

Game broke at wave 29 while playing Commando, particles on Suppressive Fire and damage numbers stopped appearing. No prompts when I picked up new items, and they didn't appear on the bar. Black screen when I moved on to the next world, but still could ESC and quit. When I started a new run with Commando, particles didn't spawn when I used the grenade. Restarting the game fixed the issue.

Most of the mastery achievements don't work for me and my friend. Both of us have obliterated at the Obelisk twice with Huntress and Artificer and we both did not get the achievement nor get the skins

Celestial portal exit was bugged for me and my friends yesterday, we entered it to take a break but then couldn't use the exit portal, we were forced to obliterate. Is this a bug or known behaviour if you stay too long in there?

I had 1 syringe and 1 attack up when using equipment, can't remember the item name.
Those worked fine, but as soon as i stepped into a warbanner he only does one attack

In the latest Switch version, the Chinese translation for item “Focus Crystal” is wrong. The description “...在13秒内...” means “...within 13 seconds...”. The correct one should be “...在13米内...”, which means “...within 13 meters...”.
Game hard crashed during a deep run on drizzle at somewhere around stage 33, and roughly 160 minutes. Activated the teleporter on wetland aspect, about 15-20% through all monsters stopped spawning until about 40% then about 5 scavengers spawned. after killing 3 of them game crashed to the unity crash handler, generating a log.
There is a bug on dedicated server. Can't trade at Cleansing Pool and Adaptive Chest are not rolling item and just giving me a syringe after few seconds. No mods on the server. Just a stats mod on my client.

I wish I could provide more comprehensive details regarding my latest soft lock of the game, but unfortunately some text and a few screencaps is all I have.
So here's the scoop: I was having a wonderful Acrid run and I arrived at this stage and started the teleporter. The boss was Malachite Stone golems, which were supposed to be patched out I think? I'm not sure if the bug was from me dying and coming back due to Dio's Best Friend or if it was from happiest mask resurrecting the ghost of a Malachite Urchin, but the result was the teleporter being stuck at 99% with a small "X" floating above it. I couldn't use it, couldn't charge it, and there wasn't a single soul in sight. RIP RUN!
Void Reaver's explosion oneshoted me from 100% hp + overshield from topaz (didnt have any PSG or Transcendence)
Killed me once again as a ghost with the death's explosion
Not sure if any of the 2 are intended
Alloy Worship oneshot me at 100%
i got the same issue as lemon but didnt die with dios and the boss was overloading worm
was also in online with 2 others, for them the "defeat the boss" objective was still there, but for me it disappeared
also same stage
me and the other engi player also both had 2 dios, neither of us used any up but turrets did
also @atomic thicket that's intended behaviour the death explosion always 1 shots

not sure if it's a bug, probably a hack tbh, but had a guy in quick play who had infinite money, it kept regenerating up to ~3000
The game has crashed on me at around stage 27 or 31, during the teleporter event, 3-4 seconds after one of the spawned in Scavengers used a Primordial Cube on me, shortly after I've tried to put a bubble shield in its center. Although there have been a lot of things happening.

There is also a bug when some of Scavengers' equipment effects are visible or beneficial to the player.
This screenshot shows the Gnarled Woodsprite's crosshair hovering over a Scavenger, with heal numbers showing the heal amount.
If a Scavenger uses its Radar Scanner, it will mark all interactable objects as visible for the player, as if it was player's radar activated.
I dont know if its a bug or intended. but when playing with loader, hooking a boss using spiked fist and going at them with charged gauntlet does insane amounts of damage to a point where i "one shot" a dunestrider when it was healing

I can't invite my friend to my party even if i invite him through steam and use the clipboard setting. Firewall is off and my computer is connected via ethernet.
sounds more likely to be a problem with steam or something
I don't know. I don't want it to be one of those cases where the developers don't have a solution to the bug and I wasted my money.

oh yeah, ive had this problem too while playing huntress. not sure if it happens with other mobility skills but id say 8/10 times id blink into a wall

Hello, I'm wondering if this bug was discovered but I'll just share it incase it's still undiscovered: apparently if you grab a gold drop from ghor's tome (green item) after hitting teleporter or portal or whatever you use to move to the next area you can still keep the gold from that one drop (or multiple)
A screenshot to prove that I got 94 gold from the gold drop the item gives in the lunar shop area which you should have 0 gold in it
this doesnt happen with just ghors tome. any gold that you pick up during the tele animation will be carried to the next level. in previous patches it was much more forgiving but currently its very specific. i highly doubt its intended though
Oh I didn't know that, I thought it was just on ghor's tome.
its much easier with ghors tome because its easier to time it and you get more gold than you would from killing an enemy
Hello! I just got the game, and I was wondering if it's a known bug for a level to spawn without a teleporter?
I spent 50+ minutes, looked all over, and even managed to get on what I assume was supposed to be the inaccessible hills part of the map and could not find a teleporter. Even from up on those hills with basically a birds eye view.
could you send a screenshot of as much of the level as you can
I wanted to capture it, but I was playing from my Nvidia Shield, and didn't have a way to do so... 😦
I circled the level like 10 times... When I got on top of the hills no enemies could reach me and I could see pretty much the entire level if I went around the perimeter. Could not spot it anywhere. Maybe it spawned out of bounds or was unreachable?
I was only on the second level, if that helps narrow it down?
ive personally never seen someone mention the teleporter hasnt spawned. do you know how to look for it? sometimes it can be fairly hidden. assuming it actually hasnt spawned then id recommend finding a way to screenshot/record it assuming it happens again, just in case thatll help hopoo figure out whats goin on (and any extra details you can give are always helpful)
It's possible I missed it, but by now I know what they look like... And when I got on top of the level wall/hills, I could see everything from 300 ft. I did a clockwise lap around the level and couldn't see nothing that resembled it. I got like 6-7 chests, activated 3-4 turrets and 2 drones. There were 2 blood sacrifice shrines and no teleporter...Also a newt shrine and one of the moon coin things.

Second level so it was either wetland or aqueduct
I know on the wetland aspect, the portal can spawn through a tunnel/in a back ally at the same time a wall spawns next to it. Still available to reach but can be very difficult to find if you dont know the spots
and on aqueduct it can spawn in ditches sorta out of the way
Hmm, I don't know the map names yet, but it was a green swampy level with some ruined columns scattered about. There were a few tunnels and little nooks, but they were all dead ends. When I got on top, I could see they didn't lead to anywhere. There was no underground or caves.
That's Wetland Aspect
There was a tunnel with a wall at the end with a little lake. But there was nothing but a barrel and newt shrine at the end below the lake. Once I got on top of the map, I saw the wall just connected to the main "clearing". There was also a little overhang with a turret, but also a dead end. A single jump pad that lead to really tall cliff, where the moon coin could be used and another back alley that looped around and connected back to the main area.
Honestly, I spent a lot of time there... I could probably draw a map if I had to. I think maybe an alternative is after maybe ten minutes the game could point you where to go? It's not really fun to just be lost at that point.
My friend just got the game today and was spectating us going through the Hidden Realm to get Acrid, after spectating us he was given Acrid.
he also confirmed that he does not even know where the hidden realm is
This has been around since launch i believe, but there's a bug with the client where other windows don't update a lot of the time when risk of rain 2 is active. For example, I have a second monitor that displays discord 99% of the time. When the risk of rain 2 window is active, discord doesn't update in real time. This is also a big issue with using the steam overlay; the same thing happens when using the steam overlay where stuff won't update until it occasionally will or i go to another window and then it updates like it should. I've tested this a bit with some graphics settings and this is what I found for this bug to happen; Fullscreen is set to on, and shadow type is not off. If fullscreen is off or shadow type is off, this bug does not occur. for completion sakes, here's my specs: Windows 10 Home, I7-6700k, Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro+ OC, 16GB 2400MHz RAM. I also use a 1080p144 monitor as my primary monitor and my second monitor is a 1080p60 monitor.
I wanted to report that i just spawned halfway into the bottomless pit as commando while entering the void fields. I spawned so far down i was unable to jump out even with 4 hopoo feathers. I took the pit damage and then died to the void DOT almost within a second. Very disappointing way to end at 30 minutes.
After the last update almost every time that my friends and I reach the 50 or so minute mark the game freezes and crashes. We never had this happen up until the update so I don't know why this is happening but it happens most when there are a lot of enemies on screen.
When the host sets up the language in Korean and starts playing multi-game, there is a bug that starts to appear to stop at some point. This bug has been around since the new language pack was added.
And this is a bug that we found in this new patch, and there's a bug that stops the host's computer at all. I don't think it's a matter of computer specifications.
The coid realm spawn bug i posted just above here happened again 3 players as commando. i dont trust the spawning enough to go there anymore
Lunar Shop converters (3 whites for a green, 5 greens for a red) and Cleansing Pools sometimes just break in unmodded Dedicated Servers- that is they take items on use, but don't spit anything out and cease functioning. I can't see any reason for it happening or consistently replicate it- I just know it happens on occasion. Advanced Chests can also malfunction, wherein they don't display item icons, don't allow the player to stop them, and always drop Soldier's Syringe after a few seconds.
Also on Dedicated Server, both Acrid and Halcyon Seed Aurelianite have red health bars extending across the entire display for the first few seconds after being spawned in (ie level start, teleporter event start). If I need to clarify anything, please ping me and let me know.
