Bug Reeport: I am asked to create a new profile every time I launch the game - forcing me to unlock heroes over again.

Some item names and all of the achievements' strings are bugged, like "ITEM_SLOWONH T_NAME" for example, this is also the same situation for achievements. I have already checked the bug forums on Steam and tried the possible solutions you have listed. This doesn't happen for every single string, but only on specific items and about all achievements, will provide screenshots if needed.
Bug Report: Me and a friend were clipping through the floor on another friend's game, the map was the ice one(can't remember the name), here is what our screen was:
I find that the ping system is broken in most matches preventing the players form marking anything throughout the game
Found an exploit
combed the map clean, can definitely say, there was no teleporter on this whole map. Seems like the teleporter doesn't always get generated on new map.
don't know if this is intentional but vagrant never attacks me if I stand ontop of it
Hey, my internet had some issues while we were playing which I think caused me to fall through the ground when we spawned
idk if this is considered bug or not: i set my settings display to 1600x900, but whenever i turn the game back on, it always goes back to 1920x1080 and i have to change the settings again. playing on windowed mode
Was on level 7, snow. and the teleporter had around 8 stone monsters (laser ones) all stacked and stuck on top of the teleporter, I couldn't press the button and when I went near they all smashed me up and killed me
We were unable to ready up after continueing a game when someone disconnected
Has anyone had the problem of their game freezing for a few seconds after picking up items?
after 27 hours playing , my profile was deleted when the new patch comes..
This is probably known already but if you have the right setup you can completely glitch out of bounds on the hell level lol, thought it was funny
idk if anyone has posted it yet but mul t can get indefinite crits with ocular hud as long as he holds down the nailgun fire and activating the ocular hud while firing doesnt give you crits until you stop and start up firing again.
As mercernary you can dash into the void. (evidence on my twitch vod when im done streaming)
Hey I just had a bug sorry I didn't screen it... when me and some other players went in to the lunar shop/ hidden bazar I couldn't see any items or buy anything and the shrines didn't spawn
Is it normal for a single type of enemy to spawn on a map sometimes?
because i'm playing on the third map and only normal golems are spawning
Characters can be unlcocked if you edit the XML file in User Profiles in steam
So, I assume this is already a well-known problem of Teleporters not spawning. I checked every question mark using the scanner, it's not inside the geometry or anything, it just didn't spawn โค
Was just in a match where it showed up, but only for a single person
It was in single player, and there were 2 Newt Altars. just to provide some extra context
Just had a match where my friend fell through the map as the huntress after a blink and couldn't get back in until we switch to the next area
I also fell through the map but respawned but teleportes back up

Don't know if this has been addressed but engineer's turrets get the health from infusion opposed to the engineer character himself
Found a bug. MUL-T +Ocular HUD. First, if you are firing in nailgun mode and activate the item you dont get the crit. Second, if you are firing after you activated the item and don't stop, you get to keep the crit past the item duration. You keep it for as long as you don't stop firing. Not sure if it works with other chars. If anyone wants to test, go ahead.

Very minor bug but every time I boot the game up, I have to re uncheck the box for damage numbers. On start up, it resets it back to showing damage numbers.
At one point, I had the teleporter spawn on top of a jump pad. While amusing, it made it a bit tricky to activate it.
After joining a lobby I have Input problems like the Controller Cursor jumping back or the Playeritems always shown.
There's a bug while in water, if you look up at wisps, they are incredibly hard to see
In the swamp area you can spawn with your beetle guard and he gets stuck in the spawn area.
a small bug, but sometimes drones can seem to clip in under the bottom of arcs, they tend to free themselves after a bit
Explosive containers proc sacrifical dagger when destroyed, seems like an oversight

another one i found is there's an active item that gives your shots electric energy and it seems to just be on permanently
a bit of a major one is that you can dash at a wall to fire yourself up into the air, i was able to climb out of the map this way
Using the steam overlay makes it so your shift ability gets used continually; I know it's always a bit risky to use the overlay without being in the pause menu but still
my view is always at the ground, moving the mouse works for a moment but then it resets to directly at my feet
My resolution reset everytime I open the game. Play on window mode.
It happens a bunch that items (like fans or even the 10 lunar coin thing in mewt's shop) appear on one screen but not on your friend's. I dont have screenshot, I'll try to grab one and ask my friend to next time I encounter it
Sometimes when in a party of four, Me, or one of my friends fall through the map. Doesn't happen often, but is still annoying.
I don't know if it was already reported but :
MUL-T gatling mod + oculus
- If you activate oculus skill (100% crit) while you are in gatling mod, it doesn't apply the effect on the current shoots, you need to restart the gatling
- As long you hold the gatling with oculus skill enabled, every shot until you stop the gatling are crits, even when the oculus buff is over

I got teleported into this box on the ice map while fighting the boss. I tried getting out by using abilities through the holes in the doors but couldn't.
This forced me to stand at the edge and die to leave the run. Other picture lower down.
Also upon taking the 2 Lunar Coins - Sacrificial Dagger from the Bazaar my HP bar looked like it was permanently half full rather than just losing half my max HP and filling the bar.
This is really confusing to look at.

Not sure if bug or a feature but the gunner turrets dont appear to be attacking anything for some reason.
Encountered an issue where a run ended, and controller vibration continued after the run. The vibration persisted while I was in the main menu, but stopped when the game was closed.
Sometimes enemies just stop and didn't move; some of these wisps can hit the wall and stop.
When I was shooted wisps on this image, only then they found me and attack.
And turrets just useless, didn't move or shot.

These inputs seem to happen during other inputs. Example, pressing D to strafe right, a jump is executed.
This is especially annoying on the active item slot, especially with items like crowdfund, which could straight up ruin a run if you don't notice it is active.
If you use the Ocular HUD and don't stop shooting you will retain crits for as long as you continue shooting, way past its intended duration
Utterly disgusting bug. no help, Please make sure your game is playable before putting it on steam.

this is the fucking menu. no sound, nothing. no button work, i can't even exit the fucking game. i have to restart my computer
i disabled steam cloud to see if it fix the problem, but steam cloud, even disabled, keep getting used.
can't found hidden saved data, my game is utterly broke , i can't play, not a single button work . There is early access and there is ripping people off.
ok lowkey i dont know if im dumb or its a bug but i have been here for over 45 min in my 1 match and i cant find the fucking tp. im almost on impossible and thats not something i want for my first match

Sadly I have no video to show this off, but I was fighting an Elite version of the stone boss, and his laser, despite me being behind a tree and it visually looking like it was stopped, was still doing full damage to me. Killed me and I was a bit upset about that.
Try checking up higher on that map?

As mercenary, my main attack combo gets stuck sometimes and I have to press the mouse curor again, not a hardware issue from what it seems
I play the game for a day and I come back tomarrow and the game is uninstalled
so I install it and play and its stuck on the continue screen of the "ror2 is still in early access" idk what to do
@gleaming merlin since when do you have to restart because an app froze up? Are you 10? Look up how to force quit frozen full screen applications before you rage like that geez.
After dying to an explosion that would cause the controller to rumble, the controller still rumbles afterwards until the next game

I don't know if this is known already or not, but the guardian beetles (think that's their name, the gold drop summons from the queen beetle), won't attack other enemy guardian beetles
Not sure if yhis has been posted yet, but yesterday i entered the gold portal with one one other person(he died at the very start) after making the boss vulnerable a few times. The fourth time around after getting 5/7 beacons i died, but then revived by the red teddy (idr its name) the last 2 beacons were gone after that.
got a bug on multiplayer where every attempt to join quickplay results in "invalid lobby ID"

Word of caution, activating a lunar frog statue to spawn a portal AFTER you finish the teleporter makes the game EXTREMELY unhappy. We moved on to the next stage and could open chests but couldnt pick up items, and both of us in the game wiped, the gam edidnt register us as dead

was just in an online game where half the map's terrain didn't have collision, so we'd fall infinitely while on that portion

Right Another few things,Enginner turrets after 30 seconds or more about being alive on a map randomly stopping shooting or targetting something underground,i have encounter multiple variations of this,they Like to target things through the ground a lot,Some enemies AI also Like to Walk in circles around interactable Structures,I have seen this Behaviour mainly in the Golems on one of the special areas,I sadly have no picture of this,Have seen this also on smaller Enemies but its more rare.
Am I suppose to face 2 electro-jellyfish at the same time? Got absolutely wrecked! ๐

Hey, I've been having this problem where my character constantly looks down - I just downloaded the game, and it's been happening since I first tried playing. Has this been encountered before?
Found a strange bug on one of my co-op playthroughs in the swampy looking map. The portal activator thing didn't spawn anywhere.

My friend had the objective listed to find the portal, but I didn't. We covered every square inch of the map.
does anyone know how the lunar coin system works? I've lost atleast 5 lunar coins that i picked up and i didn't spend it at the shop. don't know if this is intended or not
@sleek palm There's a few fixed things you can use lunar coins on. One gives you a random use item in exchange for a coin (I believe it's the lunar pod) and the other one opens a blue portal after you defeat the boss. Basically you want 10 coins before you go through that blue portal
i understand that but im saying im losing them before i even get a chance to spend them
Weird, haven't run into that yet. Wonder if some enemies have an ability that takes them away.

Just fell through the map on teleporting to a new level, not sure what the name of it was but it was the cave-looking level and the third map I went to on that playthrough

happened twice last night loading into a map where I was stuck in the launch tube with an inside view couldn't move besides turn my head and see blue
this thing is half stuck in the wall and when i picked the one that was towards the wall the loot went into the wall and i cant get it :(
Basicly the teleporter was invisable to me, but not to my friend. Only other thing noticed was that 1 of the chests on the way there was invisable as well. i dont know if i could have used either as he actived them before me trying.

Not able to ready up when i joined friend's lobby, could afther remaking
Just logged back in after playing 4 hours yesterday, I have nothing saved, no characters that I unlocked or any of the info that I had from the previous games.
Also tired were the Portal spawned too close to a huge wall, to a closed off session.
THe boss spawned on the other side of said wall.
Only way i could get up there, was with 5x double jump.
There is a bug/exploit with MUL-T and the Ocular HUD where if use the Ocular HUD to get 100% crit and start attacking with MUL-T's nail gun and never let go of the attack the 100% crit buff never falls off
Happiest mask causes Bosses to still attack you, and the Dunestriders leech ability will do heavy damage to you, so basically a final stage for the dunestrider where it doesn't take damage
Can't disable Bloom in graphics - when i click the checkbox, nothing changes and it instantly rechecks itself.
There's also a graphical bug I was unable to replicate on mercenary where he would get stuck in a slashing animation, it appeared what happened was I dashed through something, and the animation of sword striking hit roughly 10 times a second, when I came out of the dash I was sttuck in an animation
I've got a bug report? although I'm not sure if the output log has it. I can't ready up or see my ingame model when joining friends, same with me, and we get disconnected a short time after, either in the lobby, or after a decent amount of type during a black screen. Verifying Integrity of files comes up with 1 file that fails to validate, verifying again after I've verified them first shows as all files successfully being acquired, however when I launch the game, and then exit it, and verify integrity of files again, the same 1 file shows up as failed to validate and is reacquired once again. It happens everytime the game is launched and closed.
Can't press continue, was working yesterday fine but now today it's broken
The larger drones get stuck hard on geometry in caverns. Spent half an hour farming two of them on stage 3, they immediately could not move on stage 4.
I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but Stone Titans can also fire their death lasers through their body, I'm thinking it's a bug because golems can only fire where their head is facing
I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but with most dodges, like the roll of the commander, you can scale walls which you couldn't normally walk up.

On the abyssal map it appears there's a chance that you can spawn beneath some of the geometry, I only had it happen once, and I was able to walk out, but yeah
To everyone who thinks the first map sometimes doesnt spawn the boss teleporter.... i found it
There's the Mul-T bug with Ocular Hud, but it affects more than just Ocular Hud. Items like Red Whip and Cautious Slug will activate after their respective period of not firing as long as you hold the fire key with the nailgun.
We were a party of 3 and 2 of us were playing Mul-T while the other one was Artificer. We got to the snow map on the 3rd stage and both the Mul-T players started to fall of te map, respawn and keep falling until we died however the Artificer was completely fine and kept playing the stage while losing in the end so we don't know whether the bug would have fixed itself on the next stage or not.

As well as the swamp map there's a wall on one of the caves near the outskirts where it's rather easy to get through the geometry, had a beetle queen walk through it and I was able to dash in and out with the mercenary, I'll have to get a picture to remember exactly which one
Not sure if this is a bug, but a few of the lemurians have "rubber necks" and their heads become elongated before wildly flailing around

following up on what i said earlier, there isn't a bug with the lunar coins.. im just stupid and didn't realize the lunar plants take lunar coins to open

When using the Ocular HUD active item, MUL-T may fire its Auto-Nailgun for infinite critical hits, even after the Ocular HUD's active effect duration expires, so long as the player does not release the fire button.

I had 32 crowbars on huntress and it only allowed me to attack bosses once. After that no shots could be fired at them

This is a rare bug, but I'm sure it happened to someone else at some point. When playing Mercenary, my shift was apparently too stronk cuz I clipped through the ground and almost fell off the map lel
When you hit this enemy as mercenary the hit registers like 100 times. and by "this" enemy i mean the flying one that throws metal balls at you
Is the keyed up achievement broken? I had 2 charges of the preon accumulator and decimated a boss in what i thought was about 10 seconds 2 different times but never got the achievement
A friend and I are playing Risk of Rain 2 together, I'm an engineer going for defence and on-hit items and we're feeding all other items to a huntress. As we;re exploring the abandoned resivoir, I find the || Elder Lemurian tunnel || and I tell my buddy through voicechat to follow me. Because the area I'm going into is available randomly, my partner is kept from folloing me, and is angry that I'm leading him to what is, for him, a dead end. This got me killed, as I didn't understand his callouts until I died. Please keep the world generation the same for both players!

found a bug for engineer that allows you to have more than 2 turrets.
With dios friend, if you make a new turret while an old turret is dead and about to be revived, both the new and old turret can stay
this could potentially allow for an unlimited amount of turrets
please fix this bug, some lobbies will have a launch time in the thousands, don't know what causes it but kinda annoying
it doesn't actually take thousands. just a visual bug as far as I can tell, said I had 3000 left and started
i found a bug when i activated the golden shrine. after i went through the portal i got stuck i a wall and my ui reset to level 1 no items with 9000 health with no skills or player model. i sadly do not have a screenshot of this.

Bug Report: I've managed to get myself stuck behind the type of stone wall that sometimes unlocks depending on your seed.
I was trying to find any way to gain money (all mobs dead, literally 20 some $ away from a legendary chest ;-;), and I was jumping around some of the top of the Abyssal Depths' map collision, and I fell into an area that is part of the tunnel locked behind 2 stone doors in Abyssal Depths.
I've included a screenshot, it's kinda bad, but I tried to figure out how exactly to show that I am on the opposite side of the stone door.

Output log also attached, hopefully it helps to prevent others from falling to the same fate as I have.
Using Mul-T retool ability straight after using the ocular hud item causes the buff to not expire untill you use retool again
no screenshot but while playing 2 player a friend hopped on top of the platform onto the interactible part that sticks out and took 350 damage, all enemies in the area were cleared completely so it wasn't enemy damage
Today I played with a friend and I believe we found two bugs:
- When I'm playing with a friend, the friend (and only him) can write \n in the chat and it will do a new line. Also \" and \' will write for him only " and ' respectively.
- We were in the lobby, I clicked accept, he pressed the back button. When I got him back, we couldn't click accept again so we had to recreate the lobby.
Hi, I entered the first world and there was no teleporter (The one with floating islands) Searched for 45 mins and there was none.
On the ice map, i tumbled as commando and started infinitely glitching up and down through the map

Hey, I just played a round with a friend, once we spawned in the 4th region (lava/hell underground map) I got stuck right as i spawned in. Could not attack or move in any way as "Huntress". Also tried to plug in my controller, but had no effect
In the desert area as a Loop 1 Stage 2 area, spawned in the floor and hit an invisible floor instead of a kill floor. Only accessible area via 1-way collision was the cavern but the door out is shut so I'm locked in. Happened in 2-player co-op
game crashes when teleport is activated or soon after that. today crashed right after I entered second level. (in multiplayer - have not played it enough in single player). also seems game does not make crash dump file so I have only log file

The host of a multiplayer game receives massive performance drops with no higher CPU or GPU usage.
During the boss fights in single player or as a client, I average 70 fps at stage 3. On the same stage, if I am hosting, I average 25 fps.
CPU and GPU percentage stays about 30% for both of them during all tests.
It's worth noting upstream never goes beyond 0.5Mbps and upstream stays around 0.2Mbps and I have at least 100 up and down, so it's nothing related to bandwidth. Just rendering related performance issue.
When playing as MUL-T and using the Ocular HUD you can get unlimited crits using the nail gun, if you use the item and then never stop firing it will crit forever.
Whenever I try to bind my forward key to a mouse button and my backwards key to a keyboard button one or the other unbinds itself. Here is a video of it in action: https://youtu.be/bpnwMj--bfw
Whenever I try to bind my mouse to move forward it unbinds my backwards key and vice versa.
I got 2 crashes in the desert level, and both time happened while attacked by the spike wave; the screen freezes, the spike wave sound keeps looping in the background
Alot of Wax Quail + The higher base jump boots (forgot the name) causes you to fly super high off the map
I'm sure it's been mentioned before but does anyone else have trouble with the Engineer's turrets not firing? They will just stop working
The game is not working well for me and few people.
The whole menu is written as TITLE_set text or something like that.
Clicking on the single player simply hides the menu and nothing happens.
The exit button is also not working (you have to use alt f4)
Also Audio settings doesnt changes

So, when Huntress attacks an enemy just inside her range, dips out and attack again, sometimes two arrows fly out in quick succession; is that a bug or a feature?
@forest kraken that's just a side-effect of her combat style
When the Magma Worm spawns on the Snow map, there is a moderate chance that if everyone disengages from it at the same time, it will enter a bugged state where it just rises and digs in the same spot over and over and is stuck there until it is killed. Getting close to it does not end the bugged loop.
i go into the single player, back out and into the logbook and it only shows the background
When my buddy joins into a game the scoreboard screen (TAB) is open and when he leaves the escape pod, his character continuously rolls (SHIFT) everytime its off cooldown

and you can put turrets down on the other side for some reason. you just look at the wall and use a turret, it will be deployed inside/on the other side of the wall
So i played a game with huntress my last game and suddenly after the blink i couldn't fire both of my primary weapons a few blinks later i could do it again
on 150% UI scale and above, the health bars cover the gold and lunar coin bars
you need to be in range of enemies to use them

Nah i was in range, i was legit in their face with my character the animation was happening the shooting animation plus the sound but nothing came out

When activating fans, they dont turn on sometimes and become non-solid.
Bugged interaction between Mercenary's dash skill and Hardlight Afterburner: if you successfully land your dash and it times out, you lose all your charges
One of my friends playing Huntress experienced a bug where he could not move past a certain point in the world or else he would fall through the map (This was in multiplayer)
And on another run we started the game and he was unable to leave his pod on the first level so we had to complete it without him

If MUL-T activates the Ocular HUD then shoots his machine gun thingy, the crits stay active as long as he holds down the button.

As Huntress, when "Blinking" (ability 3) into clay exploding pots, they always 1. do nothing, 2. go flying, or 3. clip you underground into death plane. I was not able to get a good picture as you fall quickly into the void.
Not sure if bug or if I'm just blind, but I did a run where i looked for the buttons in Aqueduct, spent 30 minutes looking for the 2nd button, went from end to end of the map several times and couldn't find it

I dont know if this is considered a bug but if you beat the boss of the level and charge up the teleporter before buying the shrine of gold, the second teleporter doesnt appear and you cannot move to fight the special boss

I just experienced a bug where 2nd teleporter boss "died" at full health and was unable to be completely defeated. The body looked dead and did not register hit points. Had to restart game.

Not sure if this has been brought up but, I'm pretty sure I found a bug with MUL-T. If you put the ocular lens on his nail gun slot, use it, switch back to the machine gun and keep autoing, you infinitely crit, unless you use another ability or start sprinting or something.
I don't know if this is an older machine thing but you can just fall through Delta. Also, undocumented, while waiting for friends to load in, I was given 9000 HP and no control.
also, even more undocumented, after stage 2 the chrysalis stopped giving me flight, and would appear to have an infinite cooldown for a microsecond. Speed buff still applied.

Hey, first off amazing fucking game, second off I found a bug with Mul-T. if you use the ocular visor equipment and hold down the nail gun and never let go, you will always crit every shot even after ocular visor runs out of time unless you stop firing. this is a consistent bug that you can repeat over and over and over. not game breaking, but it can be used to disrupt your leaderboard system. thought you'd want to know

Hello, i want to report some experimenting i've done with the multiplayer issues. Like some other players i can't join private rooms with my friends. I found out that by choosing Quick Play first i can get into lobbies so i tried using that fact. I quit the open room and somehow i can join a private room with friends (without the characters missing/can't click ready/0:00 timer bug) and the game seems to work normally. Unfortunately, after completing the first teleporter, my game freezes even if the actual lobby keeps running and my friends can keep playing (without me of course). I hope whis may help the developer understand something about the issue.
Is anyone experiencing teleporters on spawning sometimes?

Just played a round where on my partners screen I was running in place taking damage and eventually died. Meanwhile on my screen everything was fine and I was killing enemies and buying items but my health was dropping due my clone running in place according to the server I guess.
MUL-T and presumably other survivors can get stuck inside the 4 bar supports in the snow map when using movement abilities
My portal was next to a mountain. The reward item was almost inside the mountain, inaccessible without double jump or wings

Had a bug where when I teleported to a new world I fell through the ground. I'm guessing they already know about it since I didn't take any damage from falling through
i was able to get the unlock for discovering the hidden room in the Wetlands by using the Royal Capacitor above ground. the UI locked onto something attackable and i used the capacitor and it unlocked the item for me and i was very confused

Unfortunately I didn't get any footage of it, but I spawned into the snow area as Huntress and fell through the world 3 times before landing on solid ground. Rest of the run was fine afterwards.

Phoenix, the active item thing has been mentioned several dozen times (i.e. with Mult-I and the Ocular HUD active item), yes. I'm unsure about the former one.

Hello, my friend and I just did the Celestial Portal thing to unlock the Mercenary. My friend failed all the jumps, but I did it and got to the Oberlisk and killed myself. We both got the achievement. My friends character unlocked. Mine did not. Is there anyway to fix this? We have been playing for 6 hours trying to unlock it and now it's gone for me.

I had a glitch where when you use the item that gives you 100% crit for 20 time, and the robot with the chain gun. if you keep primary fire on you crit until you stop firing even after the 20 second is up.

I found a glitch where world generation isn't synced between players
spent about 20 mins farming money for the giant drone on stage 3, when we got to the 4th stage we spawned in a side-cave and it immediately got stuck in the corner
was funny but i can see this being frustrating for some people
On the infernal level, when the doors to the tunnel area are barricaded, you can still manage to get through with atleast huntress blink
I don't know if this glitch's been reported but there's this glitch where after I closed the game (I don't know if I ALT+F4ed out) the game still appeared as "running" in steam.
Found some floor collision issues
I do not know if this is a bug but i am getting this issue enough to be noticed. Sometimes there will be no exit portal. this happens on single player and multi player. sometimes on multiplayer i cannot see the portal but my partner can. i cannot start boss fight session because there is no portal and mobs continue to spawn since boss was not defeated.

As Huntress, you can teleport through the sealed doors blocking an area
you can go outside the map between these rocks under this gap, and cant be attacked, but can kill bosses from outside the map
sometimes when you spawn in. you just spawn under the map
I'm host, playing with 2 others and one of them couldn't get out of their capsule due to seeing them being out of the map on their end.
So the Engineer turrets seem to get stuck trying to target things they can't attack until you resummon them sometimes, any news if they're planning on dealing with that (possibly with something like if turrets haven't attacked within the last 2 seconds, reset their targeteting)?

Hey, apparently there is an issue when you join during a game to spectate, the players start to have heavy lags
as huntress, you can dash into the closed shipping containers on the snow zone, and cant get out
idk if its a bug or not but if you have a drone and you dont shoot enemies they wont even look at you
As huntress, if you jump at the same time as using your secondary fire (the glaive) you jump extra high. It's kinda fun actually, but I'm guessing it's still a bug.

Seems that sometimes the teleporter doesn't spawn? I experienced this once in solo and again about 30 minutes into multiplayer. We searched the whole map over for about 20 minutes before eventually dying.

So currently, I use two monitors, and I have to unplug one in order to play because my mouse doesn't stay in risk of rain. So my cursor goes to the second screen and then when I click to shoot, taking me out of Risk of Rain 2 (like I alt-tabbed)

Hey, sorry if I'm interupting but I have a really weird bug.
Since installation, and maintaining through reinstall, verification, deletion of my local files, and reinstallation of Microsoft c++ 2015 redistributable, I still have the same issue.
When I start a game, my roll constantly goes off. Any time it comes off cooldown, it goes off again on it's own. Starting from the moment I hit e to leave the drop pod and only stopping when I tab out of the game.

So I was on the third, winter-y level, and my boss for the level was the Magma Worm. It spawned the ledge high up, next to the big containers on the top of the map. It couldn't come down, so I was able to cheese it.

Hi! Need help. I can not press the button 'Continue' it is inactive
Whenever you use the 8 second crit item with MUL-T and you hold down left click passed the 8 second timer with the nail gun you can have permanent 100% crit chance
When playing as the robot, if I was holding down the left mouse button and firing my nail gun, and then I activated the 100% crit item (ocular HUD) it wouldn't start applying to my shots unless I let go of the mouse button and click again.
Additionally, if I activated the item and then just kept my mouse held down and never let go, I had perma crit.
I had two fuel cells if that makes a difference ยฏ_(ใ)_/ยฏ
I used a 3d printer to trade in an item for Gasoline, then finished the level, used another 3d printer for an Infusion, and at some point in between those two, all my other common items became Gasoline
Upon charging with MUL-T, if the charge beam shot is held, it will allow you to shoot while charging. The same thing is not recreatable with the nailgun.
Also seems like exchanging an item in a 3D printer 5 times doesn't give the achievement
I spawned inside of an enemy whenever entering the swamp stage and couldnt use any of my skills or move at all and just had to wait to die

After having a ball with the Risk of Rain 2 Early access version I have noticed an oversight.
The Ocular HUD will make any attack within 8 seconds of its activation time crit, HOWEVER the crit is appearently determined by the time the attack is used. This leads to 2 small problems:
- Ongoing attacks will not crit (e.g. a Huntress glaive in-flight or an already active Artificer laser)
- Attacks lasting after the 8 seconds end will still crit (same examples as above)
this makes this Item and its effect heavily busted on MUL-T since his nailgun is counted as one continuuous attack.
this leads to the point that as long as the nailgun is fired during the effect duration and the attack is not interrupted, MUL-T can have an infinitely lasting string of attacks that will always crit
(this might also mean getting a change in crit rate while in an attack [by picking up a lensmekers glasses for example] will keep the attack on the same crit rate)

When using a controller, if you end a game while t is rumbling, it will keep rumbling in the menus until you start a new game
When you are the mercenary and your use your r ability dashing at the ground when there are no enemies to attack, you will take an insane amount of fall damage.
This mightve already been reported a bunch (feel free to delete if so) but for me and my friends the Turrets from the Engineer seem to take unexplicable pauses sometimes. Even if enemies are in their range (and sometimes even attacking them) the turrets dont fire back sometimes.
This is pretty bad when in a sticky situation where you need the extra damage from your turret, you place it down and even though enemies are right next to it it doesnt even move around for many seconds. Maybe theres another hidden mechanic why it cant shoot, but currently it just looks bugged.

I just encountered a bug me and a group of 3 other were going for the long road achiev around 10-12 we used 4 mountain shrines at like 78minutes and no boss spawned and no loot dropped from bosses
A friend give me a free copy of the game to bought on early acces, but we cant play together because if I invite he cant lock and to reverse. Yesterday we played with a friend with another code, and we can play, but in the server of our friend. Because if we invite our friend any can locked in the game. Why?

Yeah @rotund coral, some buddies and I abused the crap out of that for a couple of runs. It's actually really fun, with the right items you have infinite crowd control and just deal absolute shittons of damage. You can also grab the armor piercing rounds and melt through bosses in seconds.
Gasoline, stun grenades, will-o-the-wisp, and frost relic are fantastic
The boss didn't spawn here and I thought either maybe cause it simply just didn't spawn due to a bug in the game or that the teleporter was really close to the wall so the boss got stuck in the wall; Anyways it's impossible to progress.

Bug: Wake of Vultures was halving max health when giving the elite buff of the blue bubble elite. You would get your proper max health back when the buff wore off but you would be missing half of your health. Happened when playing as MUL-T.
After looping once and activating the teleporter, all bosses (and I think common enemies) were invisible. After death and revival via Dio's Best friend, I was invisible too.
Had a bug where one of my friends had ghost items on the map. He would pick them up but they wouldn't leave the playing field as if a character picked it up.

Engineer turrets would occasionally stop working in one of my runs until redeployed, they would work for a time and then look like they were in an inactive state, looking at the ground, i had healing items such as leech seed so they were healing from damage and were at full health.
Bug: 2 times this has happened, on the snow stage I went through the ground and started respawning over and over again without regaining colission with the ground

OK, so my friend and i are playing, and its basically impossible to play multi player, The game wont let me exit the ship for a good 2 minutes, then when i exit, the camera doesnt work. then, when i shoot nothing gets damaged, by the time i control my character im dead.
BUG: Allies disappear during the gold portal boss fight, but they are still in the game as enemies just explode out of nowhere or effects are appearing like the ukulele.

@rotund coral @sleek sleet I found that using his stun grenade would start the 100% crit chance if it had already started, I didnt try not letting go of lmb for some reason tho shoulda kept my crit up the whole time
When entering the ||Gold Portal area|| In a 2 player game, my partner froze up and couldn't move right when he spawned, his Lunar coin count was at 0 even though he had some leading him to believe he hadn't loaded in properly. I could see him, slightly vibrating in place, he could see what looked like a waterfall in space and that's it.(The underwater camera effect with no land loaded in?). Enemies could attack him and he quickly died, though he had Dio so he respawned and after he did so everything worked fine.

Sometimes engineer gun turrets will not target enemies i do know know what causes this but its something ive been noticing, like say there are no enemies around and one spawns and walks past both of my turrets. Edit: ive noticed that its usually newly spawned enemies that are not targeted sometimes.

Sometimes the altars in the bazaar between time either spawn in the air too far away to be interacted with, or stacked on top of each other and cannot be used.
||After discovering the secret area in the Bazaar beyond time, jumping to the bottom to reset position, and proceeding through the portal to the next level (which was Abyssal) I got some tearing/artifacting and was clipping through the floor||
Dont know whether this is a bug or a intended feature, but when playing as engineer and your turrets kill things and you have Infuse, the turrets get the stacks and not you

Engineer turrets do not seem to retarget enemies properly sometimes, as they will often stop shooting entirely. I'm not sure if they have a cooldown or not, but a lot of the time it was happening when an enemy spawned in their range, they would simply not turn to shoot them.
Twice i have not been able to find the teleporter. I have looked literally everywhere. It was also only on the frozen tundra or whatever its called map
MUL-T plus the ocular hud, if one keeps on holding the firing button one can keep its affects even when on cooldown.

Having an issue of screen freezing for a small amount of time whenever i pick up an item. (I've verified and turned down my graphics)
My friend was playing mul-t and he was taking damage from doing basic jumps from the start, he had no movement or jump items but it eventually killed him when he got a hopoo feather.

There's an item interaction with the H3AD-ST v2 and the bird that makes you jump farther while sprinting.
When sprint-jumping towards map geometry, you can instead be shot straight up. The H3AD-ST does more damage based on distance, so this leads to doing around 9999 damage on a successful ground pound

@wheat hawk I found with Mercenary if you rmb into a rock or something it can bounce you up, so I dont think it requires those 2 items, but it probably requires some higher level of speed (since rmb kinda speeds you up a bit) but headstompers probably help a lot with the height you gained there

Mul-T has a bug involving the HUD item that grants 100% critchance for 8 seconds; if he uses the item and then charges his rapid lmb, he will be hitting crits until he let's go of the lmb or performs another action, even when exceeding the 8 second window

For some reason, when entering the Abandoned Aqueduct as MUL-T, I became entirely unable to move or use abilities. I was able to look around and open the scoreboard, and I was able to BE moved, but I was unable to actually take any action. While this was happening my crosshair was one that MUL-T normally shouldn't see (it's not the Nailgun box or the rebar cross). No idea what caused it. Tried rebinding controls, no change. While spectating, I was able to click and it DID change who I was spectating. After my friends cleared the stage, I was able to move again.

Killing Overloading enemies with the Wake of Vultures item present replaces half of your health with shields, as is expected. When the buff expires, the shields disappear, but the health stays at half. It also causes a shield reduction with the buff active and Transcendence equipped.
I currently have a friend who got the free copy of the BOGO deal who cannot interact with the UI at all besides the ability to hover over it turning the tabs yellow. Any action he takes is not input into the game. He also does not hear any sound in the main menu.
At stage 20+ bosses wouldn't spawn from the teleporter

me and a friend were playing and were about to leave the lunar level? (the place you can spend a lot of lunar tokens) I fell in the abyss while my friend was exiting causing me to load into the next level still in falling animation only i couldn't move or use abilities. The Aurelionite: Titanic Goldweaver boss on the Gilded Coast can be damaged by the drones of dead players. I was host and had Gun drones, the boss was immune to their attacks just like mine were when I was alive but after I died they were doing damage. He was still immune to damage from the other players during this time.
Another problem: I've encountered an issue (once) wherein using the item that lets you fly with insect wings (Milky something) doesn't actually do anything. It worked before, I don't know when it stopped working, and switching to another use item also didn't work (could switch, and switch back, but neither item would do anything when fired).

Bug Report; Fall through the map and walked into the secret area and I couldn't get out and complete the level
Here's a strange thing that happens to me occasionally. I will begin randomly taking damage that doesn't kill me (not while outside of the map), leaving me at 1 health. This typically results in me dying in 1 hit as I only regain up to about 120 health before "resetting" to 1. This seems to be something with taking off the map fall damage desyncing with the client. I had a chance to witness it happen after sitting near death for almost 2 minutes with no enemies nearby. This has happened with multiple characters, both underground and on the surface.

Bug:
MUL-T can have infinite crits with Ocular HUD when firing from Auto-Nailgun.
You activate Ocular HUD, and then press and don't let go of M1 (attack button). MUL-T doesn't have any reload animation with Auto-Nailgun, so as long as you don't let go of M1 effect of Ocular HUD doesn't wore off.
You basically use it right at the beginning of the level and run destroying everything around.

Wandering vagrant on Ez threw two ultimates at one time. His giant AoE and his rapid fire orbs.
Hot bug, witnessing it right now. Just got invited to a game in progress. Managed to join, but now I'm witnessing one of the players frozen in time. Their camera is moving, but they're not, and their icons etc. are just blank. They're actually doing something elsewhere in the map, so this isn't representing what they're actually doing.
Just went to the next level, and now I can see them moving around, their icons, I can switch between them etc. I'm guessing that the lack of option to join in as a character may be intentional, though.

My friends' health bars are showing values like [current health]/[what should be maximum health, but very definitely isn't, since it's way too low and doesn't match with what they say their max health is]. Also, my friend's shield is going up and down outside the bar area, on the right hand side of the frame.

Looks like the game thinks that my friends are both at level 1, hence the maximum health values it's telling me.

Not sure if it's intended or not, but I've noticed damage and kills via engineer's turrets aren't calculated into his total kills/damage at the end game screen.
Imp overlord's don't trigger enginner mines when they walk over them only if the mines are stuck on to them
@willow patrol possibly a mixture of items and playing safe. with sustain items, you over heal and tend to not take a whole lot of damage. that mixed with those broken items like infusion can make it seem like that
like things were right on top of her and were hitting her, but there were no blocked messsages or anything. she got the flawless achievement at the end

i highly suggest the devs look into the gpu usage overall for this game and especially in the menus in its current state the menus are maxing out gpus at nearly 100%. The game itself is also using way too much gpu power and the longer you play the more gpu it uses until it eventually crashes.

Gaming in fullscreen borderless stutters like hell on my GTX 1080ti, Ryzen 1800x rig.
I have a 670 running 2 other monitors, both of which are 60Hz while my 1080ti's driving my 120Hz monitor. The discrepancies with the refresh rates (and maybe the separate GPUs?) make borderless gaming unfeasible.
I just use the "-window-mode exclusive" shortcut command/launch option for other games with no native fullscreen exclusive setting, but that doesn't work in this game for some reason.
Please let us use fullscreen exclusive

Idk if these are bugs or intentional:
- When you have infusion on engineer, his turret kills give max health to the turrets and not to him
- Using Ocular HUD on engineer does not apply the crit boost to turrets
Engineer Turrets try to target enemies underneath them when there are enemies DIRECTLY INFRONT OF THEM
I've had turrets look straight down at the ground when I've had them on platform and do nothing when enemies are flying above or directly in front of them
Don't have pictures of this but I just spawned into a Roost map which lacked a teleporter. Explored the entire map 5 times before I realized there wasn't one
@molten narwhal If the bridge was in the map that you cross to the upper platform, theres a lower area past the pillar. with a water sprout to jump up which is where it spawns.. a lot of people think this is a bug. But really theres just a weird hidden cliff

When in a multiplayer game, as the merc, when I died and press tab, it shows my picture to be the commando (I'm not sure if it showed the commando before or not, just checking tab because you know, dead and bored)
@void locust am a main engineer and yes its a weird bug the turrets works fine and all but when they kill everything around them and stop working then a mob spawns near them they dont target him the only way for them to work again is for an enemy to attack them or a far away enemy comes next to them or you summon new ones but that bug is really annoying for engineer specially when you palce 2 turrets before you summon the boss at teleport area since it wont have any mob they wont work till the boss attack them
Btw I also have issues with 60fps cap and Vsync. If I cap it, there are stuttering issues. If I don't, I get 120-140 FPS
using shrine of order and getting 11 'Bustling fungus' completely breaks the item and it doesnt even work anymore

-TITANS CAN SHOOT LASERS THROUGH FLOOR: In the Abyss Tectonics map, I was high atop a cliff shooting down on Titans and fending off wisps and those brass flying buggers. In bursts, I was taking massive amounts of consecutive damage and there was a red glow beneath me. I was wondering what it was when I looked down and saw the Titans were shooting their lasers through the cliff. It was confirmed when I ran completely away from the cliff's edge into a nearby tunnel and continued to take damage until death with the red glow beneath me.
-VAGRANTS DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE ON TOP OF THEM: I've included a screenshot of me as a mercenary whacking away at a vagrant from on top of it. It absolutely could do nothing to stop me until its health was low enough that it would do its massive shockwave attack (which any merc can circumvent by using eviscerate since i-frames).

-ENEMIES COULD NOT REACH ME ON A CLIFF IN SNOW LEVEL: Screenshot included: On the south end of the map is a cliff that can be scaled with enough jumping/sprinting. Besides wisps and the golem's kinetic laser strike, I was invulnerable up here. Lemurians, bisons, imp younglings, none of them can reach the player in this spot.

-ENGINEER'S PRIMARY ATTACK MISALIGNS WITH BARRELS WHEN LOOKING UP: I don't have a screenshot, and this is really minor, but when the engineer is shooting up at an enemy, some of the bombs come out of their face.

The Engineer turrets like to fall asleep and not shoot anybody. Only fix is spawning another one.
I played a 50 level round till I got bored and a bit after getting the achievement for 30 levels in a row bosses stopped spawning when I activated the teleporter.
that's not the only fix if any enemy attack them they start working again i tried it and it would be easier if the engineer can recall his turret get its cooldown off then placing it somewhere else

Sometimes you can spawn into a level and instantly die but it'll recognize you as alive but it then glitches out items and rewards.
@naive marten i believe the turrets gaining health is intentional because your turrets inherit all abilities of items that you own
so again i came back and once again i cannot purchase the mage :/

so if you dash inside that corner with the rocks, you end up outside the map, but can still come in. if out of bounds you reset and take damage like falling
Bug Report: just started a game with huntress and it will keep blinking without me touching the keyboard

The big bug I've encountered on my first game is that my character wouldn't properly level up. My friend would spectate me and he would see my actual level, but from my POV, I would stay at level one. My health would increase but it would not show the total health I have (shows level 1 max health). Even my damage would stay to level 1, even my friends would see I'd make pebble-like damage deep into a game. Besides that, boss life bars would behave like my health bar: max health shown is level 1, but actual health would be higher since we were deeper in the game. The last thing I noticed was that, when we loaded a new game after we ended our previous one, it would keep the time and difficulty progress from last game, but it was just visual since it was showing properly for my friends. I'm curious though if it would have affected the game if I was the host

so umm, this may be a bug as the game just keeps spawning the rock golems, and the golem boss, it constantly spawns them like never ending in absurd amounts with no other enemies

I had experienced a bug where when my friends and I started a new game, I could not escape from the escape pod while it worked perfectly for both of my friends. During this, it didn't do the outward animation of me looking at the escape pod, rather my screen looked as if I was actually in the escape pod, (I could see my merc ally swinging his sword through the pod) and it did not give me the option to press E to leave, sadly I didn't think to take a screenshot at the time

Here are a few bugs that I've found;
Reading below may contain SPOILERS.

Glitching into the hidden area in the desert level of stage 2.
If you find a way to fall off the map it teleports you into the secret room. One reliable way to trigger the Teleport is to walk off the map. The damage is too little to kill you if you continue walking away from the border it will eventually teleport you into the hidden room, right next to the ice and fire lizards. Once it teleports you in the room, you cannot escape. Since the gates were never triggered to open, the run is dead-ended as you are trapped. -
NPCs don't cross a certain point on the snow map
On the third level with the snow variation, if you walk by the cliff side NPCs wont follow you. the only NPC that follows you is the bison looking one, and they run off the cliff to their death. -
Abusing 3d printers in order to gain infinite stacks of items.
If you find a 3d printer for lets say a teddy bear, healing fungus, or a soldier's shot, you can turn literally all of your items into it. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but you could theoretically achieve invincibility. If you stack the bear nearly all attacks are blocked. If you stack the shot, you shoot so fast the game is no longer challenging, if you stack fungus when you stand still you are in god mode.

that's literally the "earth rumbles effect" there's one for "the air begins to burn" where it spawns BUTTLOADS of wisps and only wisps, it's a level modifier
4. The Engineer's turrets need a nerf.
Any items the engineer has, the turrets have. If you have healing fungus, the turrets also have it. So since they can't move they are constantly healing themselves and anything within the circle. What you can do since you can place 2 turrets is place them next to each other so that they are constantly healing each other. I've found that nothing except for boss level mobs can kill them. (and this is only with 1 fungus). If you stack fungus you'll basically create a healing cesspool where you or your team can go there for literally instant healing. This bug can be abused so that the turret ability could be used as a healing ability rather than it's intended purpose.
5. Loot spawns literally everywhere.
If you use the radio scanner to scan for loot you will find that the radio scanner finds loot that is in inaccessible locations.
6. In-game Multiplayer Quick FInd
Sometimes You'll get queued into a lobby with something like a 10,000 second wait time. Other times you'll make it into the character selection screen but you cannot ready up or do anything, really.

vs Magma Worm, on Tundra Camp, we had an issue where we can use money to open crates, but the items are impossible to pick up for any of us. Running over them or pressing e did nothing The issue came up as soon as we found an item to pick up and its a 4 person netplay, medium on Very Hard timer
my turrets are in a rock
I just discovered on Abandoned Aqueduct, (im playing as Huntress) I completed the teleporter event and there are no enemies around. Every time Huntress makes a step the ambient wind pops in and out, like a helicopter almost. It's somewhat immersion breaking, if its intended
@native rose with the engineer turret and fungis you can also get N'kuhana's Opinion and it will constantly fire 2 flaming skulls everytime the fungis heals (3 if you are standing still on them with you shooting skulls as well)
Probably unintentional? When an exploding pot kills you (don't ask), this is what's displayed.

game runs normally, but after some time at late game, i normally start spawning under the spawn point and gets teleported back to the spawn taking damage. PS: i only play multiplayer so i didn't test this at single player. This was around world 45-48.
Update on that inable to pick up items glitch: we managed to survive to the next wave. Despite boxes costing the absolute minimum price (like $25) when we were in COMING FOR YOU level, boxes were absolutely unopenable

theres an audio bug i just ran into where the ambient noises fluctuated with my movement and was very jarring
Other bug I noticed, sometimes when I use a movement ability, the character model disappear, I noticed it moslty with evry high speed, when it happened pretty much every time I used my 3 in the run on the screen higher
@smoky nimbus I also noticed the sound pop-in in the abandoned aqueduct, it affects everything, even enemy sounds

Engi's turrets seem to have a targeting issue. They sometimes stop firing and wont start again until they are damaged. Don't know if this is intended or a bug, but its frustrating either way.

Bugs I've noticed:

-You can phase through the floor at high movement speed by hitting downward sloped objects. I've had it happen on a few characters, but especially MUL-T
-Targeted single use items do not have a line of sight requirement (Gnarled Woodsprite, Royal Capacitor). Woodsprite is understandable, Capacitor is not. You can complete Her Concepts this way and be extremely confused by doing so.
-You can ping yourself. As amusing as it is to say you want to die, this s probably not intended.
Charge-up abilities such as Engineer's basic, Charged Nano-Bomb, and MUL-T's railgun can be held charged while sprinting. Possibly intended.
Engineer
-Turret has bugged targeting. Often continues to shoot targets in cover, or won't target at all
-Shield does not block AOE damage from outside the shield.
Artificer
-Snapfreeze rarely works as intended. On initial setup, it often won't freeze, requiring you to wait for enemies to walk into it.
-Snapfreeze instant kill sometimes doesn't work. Enemies can be below threshold and frozen and not die. Seems that they require some damage before they snap? Possibly intended.
-Snapfreeze does not affect flying enemies in the slightest (Wisps, Jellyfish, Greater Wisps, Chimes)

found an item starting with "ifrit," turned my character orange and gave me a flaming trail. dunno if intented to be out bce dropped from wisp? I think and isnt in the item log as far as I can tell
There is a simple visual bug on the huntress with Paul's goat hoof to where there is a small gap of nothing between herleg and the Goat hoof
If the teleporter spawned half clipped into a wall, upon killing the boss it can sometimes drop the item on the other side of the wall, making the item impossible to retrieve.
There is a visual bug with the engineer when you jump. The frame before you touch the ground, the model turns to a weird form
Not sure if it's technically a bug, but the laser fired from the blazing titan boss practically one shots anyone hit by it, even if clipped for only a second. It seems like the burn effect for that specific boss is increased exponentially, much more than any other monster in the game.
found a bug with mul-t and ocular hud just activate ocular hud and then keep shooting with the nail gun permanent crits

Found a bug where I can't get past the "Thank you for playing Risk of Rain 2", where it states that is a early access game. I was able to play the game before but for some reason, the 'Continue' button doesn't actually become clickable, and I can't get past this screen.

Noticed that no characters or enemies show up in the logbook visuals on the detailed pages, save for Mercenary character and Brass Contraption enemy. Effects on some other things show up though, such as Huntress's bow, as well as the fire effects on magma worm and wisp. Items however, are prefectly fine; no display bugs as far as I can tell. with MUL-T if you use the ocular hud (100% crit chance) as you're firing, the crit chance doesn't kick in unless you stop firing. On the other hand, if you use it, start firing and don't STOP firing, the 100% crit chance never ends.

Mul-T seems to have a weird graphical bug regarding the Sentient Meat Hook, where the hook is very large and just clips through the character consistently. Not sure if intended.
using huntress' ultimate before a teleport can cause you to clip through the floor if you time it right

idk if anyone has mentioned this but when you enter into a teleporter and your money gets converted into exp, if you kill enemies/aquire any gold it gets transferred over to the next stage

When I play games with Multi and he's firing, the nail minigun doesn't make any noise
bug: mercenary becomes stuck in midair after using the r ability just before proceeding to the next stage (can't press anything, can't be damaged by anything, just stuck here forever)
there seems to be some sort of bug where you can go under the map by flying into this wall/cliff face at certain angles, i've done it a couple of times by accident while playing mercenary
Bug report: when I'm the one being invited, there are some stages (/levels) where I can't see the teleport (altar) at all when the person who invited me can see it.
Found two issues in my time so far:
- The Prototype Drone doesn't seem to like the caverns level. As soon as I spawn, it stops following me and meanders off to a particular area. It then just does small circles there and doesn't even fire. Just lets itself get destroyed. When moving to new stage, works fine again. I'm really sorry but I don't have a screenshot yet. When I find another I will edit this to add one. The area in question has a slope from the ground which transitions to a wall, but not smoothly. Near the main spawn point.
- The Engi's turrets seem to have trouble identifying entities that spawn in it's range after it is placed. Agro works fine when: mobs are already in range (or enter range) AFTER placement; a mob hits me or the turret while in range; or I fire at a mob in range.
- Small typo for "baes" damage of Fireworks, although still being worked on so will most likely be found at some point anyway:

if you R into engineer's mines as mercenary, engineer can then stick mined to you
currently playing so I can't get the output log, but there seems to be an issue with MUL-T where anytime you go from an airborne state to a grounded state, you take fall damage (doesn't seem to have a specific damage rate, just consistent with slight grace periods)

GAME BREAKING BUG: Has happened in multiple games now, i take damage from seemingly nothing like an invisible mob. It is in multiplayer only from my experience. It takes me down to 1hp but never kills me. The people im playing with will stand right by me and also see nothing and take no damage.
after 246 minutes no more bosses spawn + extremely low amounts of creeps
i spawned inside of the drop pod
came across a bug where the buttons assigned to each ability along with sprint and inventory displayed at the bottom right would just say "UNKNOWN" and also when i highlight over allied units like drones or stuff like that

I am having an issue where my character is unable to move on certain levels after warping in. I am able to look around and use my equipment but none of my abilities or basic attacks will go off. Very strange, hope it doesn't happen too frequently. I was playing as mage.
Tougher Times stacking description is wrong, haha. The algorithm isn't 15% + 15% per stack. It doesn't even start out at 15%, it starts out at 13%. I don't know how you'd fix the description in-game, but it's got exponential falloff. (Algorithm is (1 - 1 / (0.15 * [ITEMNUMBER] + 1)) * 100) in case anyone wants to punch the numbers for themselves)
Items like drones can spawn inside the teleporter's base.

just for reference for @void locust this is what the logbook says ( not arguing against, just pointing out that the logbook is incredibly wrong) we estimated that an 8 stack is around 54%, with exponential drop off after that, 80% is about a 30 stack, 90% is a 60 stack

In a 2 player game, after transporting from the 3rd teleporter to the 4th stage as huntress, i was frozen in midair just above the ground. Could not activate any abilities, but could use active item. Enemies still attacked me.
is it just me or does the resolution always reset on start up? i have to change it every time i start the game.

Cautious Slug on the Engineers Turrets cause them to deactivate, even when full health, for large amounts of time seemingly at random.

When MUL-T uses the gattling gun with Ocular HUD, the buff only gets removed when he stops shooting, meaning 100% crit 100% of the time
At minute 330 barely any enemies spawned in, and after the ones that were there were killed, I did not have enough money to buy the remaining chests.

May have already been found: Just played a game as MUL-T. When using the Ocular HUD equipment (100% crit damage for 8 seconds) and using the Nail Gun as primary fire.
If you activate the HUD, and continuously hold left click to fire nails, you will have 100% crit chance until you release left click, thus, you can have 100% crit indefinitely, very easy to exploit and deal tons of damage.

Not sure if a 'bug', but if you have H3AD-ST v2 and Wax Quail and you sprint jump on an uneven ground or slope while going up the thing, you launch upwards at the speed of sound, or speed of light at times. You reach lower orbit.
got to stage 8 but on the snow map half of the map made you glitch thru the ground, the map was just spawning golems

Found that when you have the H34D 5T .v2, once you use your "slam" move, your jump height is no longer increased until the next jump is available. Is this intended?
Sometimes, Engineer turrets just, don't shoot. Placing them inside of forcefields or just placing them sometimes causes them to just look at the ground and not shoot at all.
On the red map, whatever it's called with the yellow crystals hanging from the ceiling, I think the artifact event from the secret cave isn't functioning correctly. Whenever it's open, there's nothing inside, and when it's closed, the radar detects something inside.
Magma worm tends to not even agro on players, it just jumps up and down in one spot instead of going for anything related to players.
Engineer mines are just fairly underwhelming, they don't seem to agro on bosses very often. An example is they don't even do damage to imp bosses.
Is it even possible to get to the newt shrine on the top of the map in the snow mission? You would need an absurd amount of hopoo feathers, and then it's just better to get the other one on the ground.
Drones tend to get stuck in corners, and don't path out from them.
Chests underwater are practically invisible unless your camera is also underwater.
Multiple infusions don't increase the amount of health per kill, only the maximum health.
Activating two shrines of the mountain doesn't seem to trigger the achievement once bosses are killed.
"Death do us part" appears twice in the log book
"Keyed up" also doesn't seem to trigger
Lens makers glasses seem to have more crit than 10%, maybe 15%? The log entry states 10%.
Not sure if "bug worthy," but I had a game where I consecutively pulled 4 Crowdfunders as the only usable items until the 5th or so stage.

When playing as MUL-T, if you activate the Ocular HUD equipment (Gain +100% Critical Strike Chance for 8 seconds) and start firing your nailgun, every nail will crit even after the ability has ended. This is essentially infinite crits until you release the primary fire button.

Friend of mine was watching us when we completed the challenge to unlock the Merc (within game's watching system) and he also obtained the Merc w/out doing the challenge before hand.
Unfortunately don't have any proof, but I played as Mul-T and took damage from jumping. seemed like fall damage, but was just a normal jump on relatively flat ground. Happened on multiple levels.
Was he dead and spectating? Or Was he not part of the run at all and got it?

So half of the tundra map didnt spawn as a solid floor, so when me and my 3 teammates crossed a specific line we would just fall through infinitely, we got out and looked around using some extra feathers we had ... but yeah the run was just rip cuz we couldnt reach half the map.
Is getting stuck in your drop pod a known bug?
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but is anyone else noticing the mouse is really laggy in the menus? I have no problem with sensitivity or lag or anything in-game, but the mouse cursor absolutely drags in the main menu area. Not sure if there's a way to fix it, it's really bothersome.

all the keybindings say unknown and when I tried to change them they just wouldnt switch to like the 'a' button on my controller. This i think also causes another problem where i cant stop looking down but idk
After dying and getting revived by dio's best friend my objectives were completely gone. Can't confirm if they were actually still there or not because I was forced to kite 9 bosses at once and kicked the bucket permanently. Was on the first loop Rallypoint delta, so the 7th stage of the run. Was on max difficulty on normal.

@glacial jewel i was just about to report that. +1 to MUL-T auto-nailgun bug. I think it applies to any shot modifier (warbanner as well). and if you fire from before activating the ocular hud, you get no crits. If you have trouble connecting to any lobby, invalid ID, or just a blank screen, exit steam and reopen it. Seemed to fix it for me and a few friends.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a screenshot of the incident, but I encountered a bug in the hidden realm: bazaar. Upon entering the portal, I spawned underneath the platform where the portal is without access to the shop. It was an easy fix as I just fell to my "death" and respawned on top by the portal again to run to the shop. I was in a quickplay match with 4 others playing as the Commando, this only happened once so far and I have been into the bazaar many times.
Hi I saw someone using an autoclicker and aimbot
His name is Strike325. Killed the bosses instantly and just sat on the top of the map aimbotting everything. Activated bosses instantly and made it impossible to gather loot or kill anything.
Over 90% of the messages in my output log from my last gameplay session were "Channels not initialized sending on id "
Didn't notice any significant problems but thought it might help performance if it didn't have to write to the log so much
I got charged by a buffalo and kept falling through the map
but wasnt taking damage
did not appear to have a seventh halcyon beacon to activate during the gold portal boss -- had seven initially, but spent about 15 minutes trying to find them all the second time around
I dunno if it is a bug or not, but along the lines of MUL-T being able to snapshot 100% crit: Huntress R, Artificer R, and probably others that I havent noticed will check whether or not they crit on the first hit. If the first hit crits, each hit of the ability will crit. Feels unintentional at the very least.

I dunno if this is a bug or feature, but chests that were locked, if within the teleporter zone, become unlocked if the boss is beaten but the teleporter percentage isnt 99% yet.
Well im not sure if this has been reported yet but i was playing as mul-t and used my shift, I was on the ice map snow map and fell through the ground and kept doing it, i couldnt really move and just kept falling and getting teleported and falling.
when loading into the first level, my drop pod dropped near the edge, and when i ejected it launched me off the edge of the map. it was funny, but probably not intended
had a goat hoof and used a lunar totem and now i only have one leg

Hey guys is it a bug for my engineer turrets to stop firing with enemies around them, and to only continue when they get hit by enemies.
I've had an issue where a friend with a poor connection can only reconnect twice (playing with 2 people). Is this intended, in order to prevent explotation, or is it probably just a bug?
Hey, I already have 16 hours and I'm a massive fan. I convinced some friends to download this wonderful game and was playing with them when all of the sudden my game crashed. I waited then alt f4'ed then steam and discord and Spotify all died. Then my computer froze so I shut off my PC and turned it back on. When I got back everything was ok except when I booted up the game I was stuck at the "Thanks for playing" screen with my cursor as the normal windows arrow not the usually in the menus. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified, closed, opened, everything through steams end, and everything else I can think of. Please help.....

Hey, not sure whether or not this is a bug, but with the brittle crown equipped on MULT-T simply going down a 3 pixel ledge counts as taking a hit, and you lose half your gold. Same with jumping.

Theres a little "bug". When you enter a blue portal and buy the wizard guy for 10 lunar coin. And then later in the same run you enter the blue portal again, the wizard guy is there again
so my game froze and i had to alt f4 which made me loose my last 30 hours of gameplay(save corrupted). this just happened right after i grineded to unlock artificer and so i lost her and all my other characters. the only reason im not pissed rn is because i found out i could just go into the save file and just give my new save the characters so thanks for leaving that in i suppose. feelsbadman. but great game otherwise ๐

Equipment containers aren't locked while charging the teleporter
got spawned under the ground here (rock) i was able to shoot at enemies without taking damage too.
the ocular HUD currently has a bug with MUL-T and huntress , if you activate it while holding down your M1 the atacks wont be criticals , you have to release M1 then start shooting again for it to work
also dont know if this is a bug or intended but if you jump off of a slanted surface with enough speed it will propel your character WAY higher then it should , the commando roll also works similarly

i blinked and got instantly blasted by a golem and died there was nothing i could do to survive

not sure where else to post this but i think i just played with a hacker. he was playing as huntress and literally blinked as much as he wanted on the first stage without any special items. he could also use his glaive as much as he wanted.
To add on to that MUL-T + Ocular HUD bug, if you continue to hold down mouse1 after activation, you deal 100% crit chance infinitely until you stop shooting
to add onto that further, if you get bustling fungus as engineer while your turrets are down, they don't gain the effects of it until you replace them. maybe it's the same mechanic causing that

I had a weird bug where I was multi, on the zone 3 ice area, and just... casually fell through the floor and kept teleporting up and falling and teleporting up and falling. Its happened twice now.
While using Mul-T I, and one of my friends, seemed to take fall damage every time we jumped, no matter the height. Its only happened on the snow map so far and has only lasted the one round, and once we teleport it stops. The fall damage wouldn't kill either of us though.
yeah i also fell through the map a few times. one time i was able to stay under and not get hit while still shooting. i was able to get out though
I have a strange bug where mouse cursor moves extremely slow (even increasing mouse DPI wont work). Using a razer naga and two screens (monitor at 1920x1080 and tv at 4k). I unplugged the tv and it remains, but at least the cursor displayed more correctly (It blinked first).
when spinning with with mercenary on a hill you fly into the air
TC-280 seems to easily get stuck on the Abyssal Caverns level and some others.

I encountered a strange bug where upon spawning into a new stage i was unable to move or activate any abilites besides equipment. While doing a 70 minute run i encountered the bug a total of 2 times and the others in my party didnt seem to encounter it either.
Unsure if this is supposed to be possible, but the Engineer can sprint while charging his grenades by toggling it after you start holding left click/r2
Im 350minutes into this run and I got into a golden portal where I spawned into and killed the mobs and now the mobs or the boss will not spawn at all. I also cannot die I tried running into the water. All I want now is my stats so all this work doesn't go to waste please help
While using MUL-T activating ocular hud gives permanent 100% crit chance as long as you hold down the auto nail gun. Also the effects of ocular hud don't take place until auto nail gun is released.
I found the easiest way to launch into the stratosphere without being teled back. Get a wax quail, and Head -5T, go to any decently slanted surface, run and jump
The huntress has 4 Soldiers syringes in her leg even if you only picked up 1

Bug: MUL-T's ramming attack cannot hit the Imp Overlord unless you jump first to nail the torso, because the legs don't count as a hurtbox. Literally unplayable, justice for INITIAL-T.
Bug: Activating the blood sacrifice shrine post teleporter activation will cause you to start the next round with the bonus gold

Hey, I tdon't think it is a bug but it is certainly unplanned. I defeated the beetle queen in stage 1 and got the beetle guard. The next stage was the green swamp. I spawned on a bridge-thingy and the guard couldn't get of and was stuck there for the whole stage.

TLDR: Enemies stop spawning (except for the initial enemies present after teleporting in), even after activating teleporters, later in the game. Reason unknown.
Not sure if it's a bug or Desync or maybe the game just couldn't handle it, but a friend and I played a 343 minute session where after the initial enemies that spawned nothing else would spawn for the rest of the level (including a boss or adds during the teleporters). This would rarely just stop happening every several levels or so but then continue happening after that. It started shortly after my friend exchanged all his whites into Goat Hooves so we thought perhaps it was a problem with him having far too much movement speed for the game to hand (he had around 60 goat hooves I believe) but it continue to happen even after he exchanged them for a total of 68 fireworks. We at that point thought perhaps it was the excessive amount of fireworks he was producing so he exchanged those for fungus but even then it still happened. Even when he wasn't doing anything it continued to happen every level.

We then started to look at my items to figure out if I was the cause of the problem. By the time we gave up investigating the cause our theories were that it probably has to do with one or more of the following:
Excessive movement speed, attack speed, missile/knife production, explosions, desync, or just the game duration being beyond what the game can currently handle.
After a long time of investigating we were having trouble dying to just the initial mobs spawned in so we decided to obliterate our existences in the celestial portal as playing without a threat of loss or even the ability to get enough money to buy items isn't exactly fun.
It may be worth noting that my friend is playing from the EU while I am playing from the west coast of the US although we've never had this problem before even during our second longest run that lasted nearly 3 hours.

you can leave maps without any items (death walls), can get past where you were expected with jumps or the wings (damage dealt to u so you'd go back), and then u somehow got to the beyond of where devs wanted you, the true oob
I faced a problem that there was no teleport on map. I spent about 35-40 minutes to find it. Opened all chests. Looked at each corner. But there was no teleport at all.
Is there any useful information that I can collect from my disk and send to developers?
theres a very specific teleporter spawn point in one of the first maps thats really hard to find

So last game i got something odd where, i started taking damage from something i don't even know was doing damage to me, legit after the boss was defeated i was still taking damage when all the mobs were killed
you've gotta drop down off of one of the sides onto a ledge that its hard to notice without looking for it
you went past the boundary of the map, usually there is a cliff that teleports u back with some dmg, but the desert is not an island so it just deals damage over time

I know i have seen that damage but the thing is i spawned into this desert and was taking damage before the map too, Like the map before the desert i was taking damage and when i spawned into this map i was also taking damage it never killed me for some reason but i continue to take damage for the rest of the game

Nope that wasn't it i did however use the sacrificing altar the map before maybe it bugged somehow and continued to take away my health even when the round was over
beetle queen might be out-physicsing the game a little
@formal vale My buddy went through the same thing earlier, same character same map. Definitely a bug, damage was spiking him with no enemies were around him or when he would jump.
Bug: My healing drones will not heal my Beetle Guard from the gold item, except at a MUCH closer range than they heal me at - it makes it a lot harder to keep the Guard alive than any other drones.
Hello, I bought Risk of Rain 2 yesterday and played the whole evening unlocking several new characters... today I started the game and suddenly it asked me to add a new profile, so I lost all of my progress. Anyone who has the same bug?
you can leave the map (out of bounds) on basically every map, because of the way that slopes work. as long as it's shallow enough you can just spam jump and you'll climb it
that map in particular has a slope that lets you escape with no feathers, but other maps have slopes that might need a specific char like merc

Going to report again please look into the gpu usage in the menu as well as in game. This game in its current state is basically a giant stress test for your gpu with how insansly hot its making cards run. No reason running this game at 144fps should use 90% of my 1080 which in turn causes insane heat. I am not the only one having this issue.
If you activate a Newt Altar after you have completed a teleporter it will say "The blue orb has appeared" but then won't open the portal, on later stages if you find more newt altars they will give a blue item but won't open the blue portal. I've done this twice just to check if it wasn't just a one off but each time it won't open a portal to the bazaar.

Hey, I activated the golden shrine which promoted the message about the golden orb appearing. I did this AFTER defeating the boss and having the transporter at 100% and the portal did not spawn. I am not entirely sure if this is intentional but seems like a massive let down because of its rare spawn rates

Golden portal boss battle has a chance of you being softlocked in the ground where to other players youi die while, after death on your own screen you are alive and mobs still attack you.
Hi. I fell through the world twice.
Similarities between the two occurrences:
- Teleported to tundra level.
- Was in the air when character disappeared (releported)
- Imp Overlord was standing at the location where I spawned (only seen on 1 of the videos, but happened on both)

With Mul-T if you use the Ocular HUD while continuously firing the nail gun no crits are applied, and if you start firing and don't stop firing after the HUD expires you get permanent crits, pair it with the scythe and it becomes ridiculously overpowered, during the same game I found a bug which I think might be enemies spawning under the map but idk, I kept taking damage seemingly on random occasions when no enemies were around, the items I had when it started were two goat hooves and a hopoo feather.
As Engineer you can start charging your attack then begin sprinting, allowing you to basically sprint and attack at the same time, which I don't believe is intentional

This is more a physics glitch than a bug. But if you have at least 2 ' H34D 5-T V2' items and have any number of Wav Quails, then when doing a sprint jump you can rocket into the air on certain angles. Typically a hill going upwards, or against a rock. With enough Quails, you can shoot up really high and hit the respawn sruface on the roof within a second

I found there's this weird bug that kicks me out of the game for no apparent reason. I haven't died and neither did anyone in my team, but it just cuts randomly from the game to the title screen and I cant rejoin the game I was in. It's happened several times now...
