@timid socket huntress has lock-on shots. it´s not a bug it´s intended that way. you gota keep a certain distance

@sterile junco. It is 100% a steam issue because of the BOGO promotion. Once the promotion is over you'll be able to purchase as many copies as you want. Hopoo was not aware of this restriction beforehand but didn't want to end the promotion early.
Yo! I found a bug with the crit active item. If you use it on MUL-T you can have the effect as long as you want as long as you don't release left click. I don't know if it's intended or not, but it makes the character super broken.

Oh I just flew so high up it respawned me, seems its the Wax Quail and its when you hit the slope with the jump itself, it speed slides to the top of the slope, then launches you as if you pressed jump again.
I have had a few CTDs in the last few runs that I played. The first one just straight CTD with nothing else on screen, the latest did have the Unity Crash program run, but could not tell if it saved a log anywhere, anyone know where it might be so I can link it?
Was not experiencing any slow downs in these crashes and was just running through the level at about 30 minutes in (so no excessive amounts of any single items etc)
Friend got stuck inside the spawn pod, he can look around the inside of the pod, but he cant open the pod.
No crash.dmp files in the indicated folder (in the pinned comment)

i found a bug concerning mul-t utility skill, if you get a bunch of speed-based items (like paul's goat hoof, red whip and energy drink etc) with the hardlight afterburner, it just glitches me through the map after i got to the next level
I found a bug where, after a player re-joined the game (post minor internet drop) their name was incorrectly marked in the stats display as CommandoMaster[Clone], and couldn't be spectated by dead players. If it's any help they were playing MUL-T.
made it to the bazaar with 10 coins only to find that the survivor is not here, despite neither player in the instance having her unlocked
sometimes when i try quickplay it just shows 'not in quickplay queue' message and turn off and other times it seems to work but it doesn't actually join any game, is this known bug?
Safespot at the cursor, enemies AI cant get there and you can shoot them without taking damage.
Rebooting fixed the multiplay
Am i crazy or is there literally no teleporter anywhere in this level?
this is like the 5th time in the last few hours i've spent over 30 minutes looking for a teleporter and checking every single blade of grass with a fine tooth comb, im calling it a bug report, they just dont spawn
from the 4-5hours that ive played i had 3 major bugs. One of them being that some platforms,or jump pads spawn under the item selection thingy,making it really hard to spot in some cases. Another was with the magma worm,2 out of 4 times it was stuck,going up and down on the same spot,there were rock in that location but i dont think that was all of it. And the last one is with the huntress,her arrows appear with a huge delay,but im not sure if it was the host causing that or not.

yeah you cant see the red sparks from anywhere unless you're at the edge I dont think, just kind of a matter of memorizing all the tele locations

The item "Wake of Vultures" messes your health up when you get a shield from an enemy. You gain a shield for 8 seconds or somethng, then when the timer runs out, you health is like halved.
When using the crits usable with mult you get infinite crits as long as you don't stop shooting the nail gun
hi yesterday with my friends we got some buggy with the teleporter which one doesn't spauwn sometimes, some bug of group half of the group got the quest for the teleporter
My friends and I all died on the boss at the third stage but they still unlocked Huntress while I didn't. I was hosting. One other person mentioned this bug earlier so it seems reproducible.
I cant remember, do you get the huntress from the skeleton shrine dude?

The second time i played the game (after shutting down my computer, going to work and came back) my profile was gone, and i had to start from scratch, no idea what caused this
@celest sundial you can find blue lunar coins dropped by enemies that you can use for that. It opens a blue portal next to the teleporter when you finish the level.
@exotic girder I have the same issue. Every time I pick up an item the game hitches for a couple seconds. Moving it to an SSD helped some, but it didn't completely fix the problem.
Entirely unclear if it's been reported before, but the graphic part of the fuel cells item (the number of uses on the equipment) have randomly stopped working for me. I seem to still have the ability, but no numbers.
Menu throttles mouse speed when hovering over menu options and escapes the game window onto my second monitor. In-game my character constantly runs left. This happens when both my keyboard and my controller are unplugged. I can force the character to stand still when holding right on the thumbstick on my controller but holding D on my keyboard does nothing.
unplugging monitor does not fix issue; game is basically unplayable at this point as I can only run left, forward left, and back left. Can't stand still.

so... I just had a run end because my team left? (public game), kinda looked like the server just shutdown after party lead left, fking my game up and I just had looped
Bosses can spawn on beetle guards who are all the way across the map from where you are, forcing you to walk out of the teleporter area and across the map to aggro them
Forgot to get screenshots but I have had a Healing Drone get stuck in the terrain becoming invincible but still able to aggro and group up enemies, and also have had beetle guard get stuck in running animation in middle of teleporter when trying to get to an enemy
Disabling Bloom is not possible. I have no Idea if it is intended or not. Same for all of my friends.

Just picked up the game, but it's unfortunately unplayable. Mouse lags heavily while on menus and in-game, view constantly looks down when mouse input is not detected, making aim impossible. Had a similar issue with Dead Space a while back; seemed to be an issue with conflicting mouse drivers on the computer vs. in-built mouse drivers in the game itself in that case. The temporary fix was to force the game to accept raw mouse input, which disabled most of the "fancy" features of mouse control but restored basic functionality enough to be playable.
Two bugs to report:
In the first map (the plains not the roost) I dashed through a hill as Huntress and fell through the map.
On the same map (same game ironically), an item box spawned inside a launch pad.

not sure how to report this but I went so fast as MUL-T I clipped through the floor, I teleported back up as if falling off the map but it was still really scary
The underside of the model of the titanic fields environment is poking a bit, that doesn't look right (the blur is to avoid spoilers)
I played for about 5 hours last night and ran into 2 bugs. One time after my teamate died, he could see the teleporter but I could not. Even after he lead me to it by direction, I could not activate. Another time to start the game, my view was from the inside of the escape pod and I couldn't exit it.

Not sure if bug per se, but my group found we had to turn down our discord bitrate to prevent unplayable lag/desync in-game. We've never had issues like that with any other multiplayer game, so maybe it has something to do with the netcode?
EDIT: We all live in Australia and relatively nearby to each other, if that helps any
Might be a VOIP thing. The Division had a lot of lag/stutters from using external VOIP.

Just had an issue where I would sometimes take fall damage from just a normal jump (on the spot or while walking/moving). I did search this channel real quick and saw a couple of people had the same problem but seems reasonably rare.

Hey, just booted up the game and started a run, and button inputs were really unresponsive
Had to mash the interact button to even get out of the escape pod
Ended the run and restarted the game before checking anything else but I'll see if it continues
I have a bug report: one run I got 6 boots instead of 1, and I can't explain how, but that was only second map, which is really fast and not logic to got 6.
@supple arch , im guessing you mean second use-item, have you used your ''4th'' ability ''Retool'' to switch to the empty use item slot, as each of the use items will be bound to a specific basic attack for Mul-T
probably beating a dead horse here. MUL-T's nailgun does not check for crit chance correctly. Firing only checks the chance for crit once when spooling up. (Ocular HUD item exploit) while firing the nailgun continuously, and the Ocular HUD is activated, the nailgun does not adjust crit chance and the shots continue to fire normally. the nailgun should adjust it's crit chance whenever the crit value is changed.
Update to my previous bug report:
The bug is still there even after relaunching the game. I'll check to see if it has to do with my computer before continuing reports
I'm having multiple cases of glitching under the map (on MUL-T specifically) when you drive in a corner or between rocks with the Transport Mode ability you have a high chance of falling under the map.
One of the players in my game fell of the map (normally as far as I'm aware, they just happened to not notice the drop) but instead of zoning out as per normal they kept falling for an abnormal amount of time, before being warped back to land and instantly dying from fall damage
im p sure this is a common problem, but when im trying to play multiplayer with friends, non-hosts have their screen like this
Update on my previous reports:
Relaunched the game after previous report, waiting a few minutes.
Tried running a new game on drizzle (just testing out characters, don't @ me) with Commando, input problem not present.
Ran a new game with Mul-T on drizzle (the same game I ran before where the problem started), no problem present
Also, another minor bug, players in lobby were unable to ready up, but it was fixed after re-hosting the private game

Tried to take screenshot in Steam and game freezed for maybe 8-10 seconds, it happens with me as host and also my friend. That happened only once, but was unpleasant.
my game wont let me click continue to get to the starting screen, the box is grayed out
playing the game on super low settings makes enemies almost invisbie when the camera is underwater (like looking up near water)

Game sometimes freezes for a moment when picking up items
The screen resolution setting -- at least in windowed mode -- doesn't seem to be saved at all. Upon changing it, the actual window resolution is set immediately upon hitting apply, but exiting and returning to the settings menu will return the selector to its old value (maximum). This doesn't actually change the window resolution back until the game is restarted.
I found the game's config file while trying to figure this out, and changing the option ingame just doesn't have any effect on the config file. Manually changing the entry in the config file works ONCE when the game is restarted, but then it gets reset the next time. Setting the config file to read-only makes said manual resolution change permanent, but I'd imagine that that can cause problems of its own.
Might also have something to do with bloom being stuck on?

Pretty busted exploit, pretty sure its bugged. When you play Mul-T and use the Occular HUD active item, holding down his primary fire will let you keep the buff indefinitely.
Game forces me to look down with no controller plugged in, no vjoy installed, and all known controllers uninstalled through device manager. I'm using an Anker mouse with Windows 10. This has happened to me before in one other game and I haven't gotten that resolved yet, so possibly the same issue? Very strange...

ITEM: Hardlight Afterburner
Character: Engineer
Summary: The engineer still gets the 2 extra charges of his dome shield from the afterburner, however if you try to place more than one at a time the previous one disappears.
Not entirely sure if this is a bug as it could be intended, but it makes the item considerably worse on him that other charcaters IMO
anyone else have the issue where bosses leave the teleporter area? i've had the magma worm peace out alot...or is that working as intended?
Lava Worm is impossible to hit with Huntress when it does this on certain maps such as the Snow one

its really hard to see equipment chests on the lighter grass version of the first area for people with green deficiency
New one: once spawned in a level I fall through the ground indefinitely
EDIT: also when you close the game the application still runs without a process inside the task manager (I can't kill it)
I would imagine that this has already been reported, but just in case...
If you have vjoy drivers installed, the game is confused as to whether the player is using M/KB or a controller. This results in the sensitivity on menus being very wonky, controls at the bottom right of the HUD listed as UNKNOWN, and forces the camera to be facing down. This is fixed by uninstalling vjoy drivers, though this isn't really idea of course.
I apologize for the lack of screenshots/logs, but I already have the issue resolved after uninstalling the vjoy drivers.

me and another player are currently falling through the snow map repeatedly
having issues playing in multiplayer. single player works just fine but as soon as i join a friends lobby or open one myself to invite him the one of us who isnt hosting cannot press ready and gets removed from the lobby if the host presses ready after a few seconds.

Here's the route that I took to get out
Playing multiplayer with a friend, and I have high ping. She is hosting and I can't see the teleporter at all, nor interact with where it is supposed to be. She can activate it and we will spawn the boss.
you can get into the closed door at first level with commando using the roll a few times, cannot get out; Edit: rolling against the wall of the hole does get you out
You can get out of bounds basically everywhere if you use hopoo feathers, even into secret/locked areas
I don't know if I'd consider it a bug if you break out of bounds and can't break back in
Using mercenary 4th ability while close to the ground but still in the air causes you to fall through the floor and die sometimes
Good news: even after 480+ minutes and over I-don't-know-how-much-damage, the game didn't crash at all!
... Oh, and if you wait long enough in a level, all the chests and other purchasable items respawn. If not intentional, please fix!
When playing with friends, sometimes the teleporter is invisible, and clicking E does nothing, only fix is rebooting game. I was not the host, the host could see the teleporter but I couldn't. Awesome game though

Nintendo Switch wired gamepad is very buggy, the button mapping will switch between what it actually is and "UNKNOWN". I can look around and shoot but with the left joystick I can't move forward or backwards. This problem didn't happen when I tested a wired Xbox controller.
Teleporter is very often invisible when I play with friend, mostly in jungle.
Logbook Bundle of fireworks typo: baes damage, on phone so can take picture atm
"Stage Count" may be falsely capped at 16. I went above 16 stages and, in the end-game stats, it said I only completed 16. Something with the wrong variable type, possibly?

Played the game yesterday with a friend everything was fine. Stayed up late playing offline as well, went to sleep, woke up today. Entered the game through the shortcut button instead of through steam assuming it would open steam to run it. It popped up with a different launch setup window. Clicked ok to run it. Then it can't find my profile but it remember my Steam name. I go realize its empty, close out of it, go to steam and open through there. Sometimes Steam saves a separate profile for online and offline. Open it, still gone... (Reuploading because I forgot the Output Log.)
I have noticed that when you look though water that particles and some enemies disappear.
Not really a bug, but the "Bundle of Fireworks" description in the logbook has a typo. Says "baes" instead of "base".
Is there any reason why this is happening? Can't read any descriptions on items or see much of anything cause of it

After level advancement w/tele, my commando character was floating just above the ground in a half-jump looking animation - freezing controls so I was effectively stuck. just once though. great game guys

Has anyone had a bug in multiplayer where they're taking random damage even with no enemies nearby?
An issue happened once where my teammate spawned below the platform for the bazaar, and was forced to drop all the way in order to respawn.
You can activate the 100% crit chance item on the robot guy and you will 100% crit until you let go of primary fire when using the minigun fire mode
spawning into next level I clipped through the ground (the underground devil looking level with all the chains) luckly i had the flying item and just clipped my way back to the surface.

More of a preference than a bug ( i would love it if you make the spawn rates more favorable, a lot of matches it feels like places where epic loot should be hidden is barren, and areas where i do find loot the drop rate could be improved)
There's a suggestions channel, also mercenary's 4th ability will cause you to clip if you aren't careful
you can easily get out of any map pretty much with the wings if you take the time
Hey I'm new to discord so I don't know how to exactly report this but I've had a bug where my friend just ended up clipping through the floor and was still getting attacked. He said he was falling indefinitely. Then when he and I both died we restarted and his drop pod ended up dropping him in a different level then me
This was after hours of constant play so I don't know if it was a desync

I played like 5 hours straight last night and when I woke up this morning I had no save progress at all, interestingly enough my adjustments to game sound saved in the settings menu but none of my characters, logbooks, or unlocked items saved

Mercenary : If you got the Item that grants you multiple dodge charges, you dodge through an enemy and you don't use the followup dodges granted by the skill itself, any accumulated charges will be lost and the skill will go on cooldown as if you haven't got the item.
When using Mul-t and having transcendence i would fall under the map repeatedly. its the worst on the snow level
When playing with engineer i switched from two different ultimates before going in to the teleport. As a result my items/buffs changed. I had 15x Tougher Times (meaning i blocked almost all damage). Stack limit was also removed from every single item i picked up in the future
i think ive made it too far on my first run and the game just said fuck you and spawned the tele inside a wall because i was searching for the tele for a solid 40 mins (i was on the muahahaha difficulty for a really long time)
Reached map 4 after coming out of Lunar portal as a commando 38min into a normal run and was stuck in place in a mid-air jump animation frame, and then proceeded to fall through the map 3 times and then port back stuck, popping the old war stealthkit. The entire time of being stuck, mobs didn't target me for a ton of time. A quickplay lobby. Not sure if coming out of the lunar portal with a certain cap of items or purchases within were the cause. Speculation for now. Thank you ladies and gentleman for all the great work! <3

@rich dew I didnt use the ability. I teleported to a new level but spawned under the terrain. Only thing kept me from falling was a rock the devs left slightly below the base terrain level
been having some issues with my pals whenever we try to load up into a MP session.
Crashing in the first 5-10 minutes consistently. No real way to recreate, just seemingly random crashing. Unity tries to fix it and then force quits. No crash log, only output log.
If you use the health shrines at the exact amount of HP, you will not lose any health and still gain the gold. Ex. use 50% shrine at 100 of 200, 93% at 186 of 200
Game can't lunch after this screen like can't finish loading unity

I just searched for the word hunter in this chat, so i guess no one has had this problem? My problem is that if you use the boomerang as soon as something dies, it goes on cooldown and just dissappears in your hand. I didnt pay super close attention, but it seemed like it would sometimes bounce while invisible, or just straight up not do anything. Ill add a . gif and output log when i get back home.

lighting in general in the logbook does seem fucky-wucky so i'm assuming that's because its all unfinished still :p

Bug (maybe?) Drones don't seem to ever die, and even bosses sometimes prioritize targeting them
you can ping yourself and it'll say "[Your name] wants to attack [Your character]"
@fiery garnet I had the same issue as @jagged violet using proton on ubuntu and installing vulkan got the game to start
@jagged violet , seems like a driver issue. Could you try reinstalling your newest driver from the Nvidia website?
Items spawned by printer can be tossed over cliff by printer, making them unattainable, if they are near ledges
While using Ocular HUD as Multi and using his rapid fire attack you can have infinite crits.

Not sure if this is a bug, but when you have the Afterburner on the Merc and hit enemies with his Blinding Assault the first time, then let Blinding Assault's innate timer run out, it removes all stored uses of it from Afterburner.
Hey so a few of my friends were playing on a private server two things happened. They were sometimes not able to visually see the alter and one friend got stuck in place after loading into the map. (Trying to find the screen shots)

you can't target enemies who are right next to you as huntress, meaning you can't shoot a lemurian who's strafing to the side of you continually (as they do)
Hi, not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but when using the steam overlay, and using the mouse to click out of the overlay, then using a controller, the cursor will continually move back to its original spot. This is fixed by closing the steam overlay with the keyboard shortcut, but I thought you guys might want to know. If you have any other questions let me know.
I keep getting crashes oddly every 3-10 minutes. I didn't have this issue till just this morning so I don't know entirely what would cause it.

The Giant Turret bots seemed to get stuck after teleporting only hovering around 1 spot (where we teleported in) instead of following
If you cast Merc's Eviscerate directly at the ground it deals a tonne of damage to himself
Noticed some inconsistent behavior when using the Mercenary's Eviscerate ability combined with the Brittle Crown item. The ability says you cannot be hit during the duration, however, I noticed I was losing money anyway during it's animation time. Almost seems like the would-be damage connects with your hitbox and is taken into consideration for the Brittle Crown's money loss effect. This should not be the case.

The camera is looking down automatically on mouse and keyboard, wont stop
One bug I noticed with the engineer that happens often is that the turrets do not attack enemies sometimes. I am unsure what causes it, but I think when it is trying to lock onto enemies that are killed before it can start shooting, it bugs it out to do nothing and just sit there. I would have to replace them with another turret to get rid of the bugged one. As you can see the turrets are doing nothing as enemies are nearby and alive.

I'm not sure if it has been reported but I got a bug yesterday playing as huntress; my friend was hosting just he and I. He was the starter character. On the snow level I kept falling through the ground in all areas except in the plaza of the building and the area behind it with the fence. It may have been latency on the loading in but I'm not sure.
I tried to roll between two walls with commando and went up, any proper way to report this?

I think generally those are just harder to find. I was stuck there for a while once. It just blends in really well.
Not really a bug I guess, but there is an exploit with the Ocular HUD active item and MUL-T railgun left click. If you use the active item and hold down left click and never releases, you basically get infinite use of the Ocular HUD. It never runs out. I guess it have something to do with how MUL-T's left click work.

I am not sure if anyone reported but I am unable to join games. I can join a lobby but cant press ready, chat is unresponsive. Tried turning off firewall restarting pc and router, checking game files, reinstall. ( Some loobies I can join but there is only black screen)

While using MUL-T Transport mode its possible to become stuck in the pillars of the Lunar Base Zone (the snow level)

Teleporters are able to spawn inside geysers. It did this on the first level for me. I could still activate it so it's not a major issue.
There is a bug where you spawn into the match in a sitting position, and you literally cannot take any action except active item. Died because of it 😦 feels like risk of rain alright

I don't know if this specific to only my setup, but in Audio settings if you have "Mute When UnFocused" enabled, and you alt-tab repeatedly, You hear a very annoying high pitched popping. Generally has happened in the left ear, but not always.
Not sure if this was better off here or in tech support so porque no los dos: Anyone experience anything to where they had their run just straight up cut off? Was in the middle of a run, maybe 35 minutes in, just killed 4th boss, went to grab a few more items and it just took me back to main menu before I got to the next tp. Was maybe 5s after I got my 10th dupe of an item from 3d printer if that narrows anything. Didn't die or anything, just took me back to the menu.

In 4 player multiplayer on delta station, sometimes half the map wont have colission for those who aren't the host after you spawn in
Beat a boss and my item appeared on the platform above. Almost thought I didn't get an item. Idk if this happens with taller platforms but if it does, I might actually give up on finding it, or worse if it's with friends, one person just misses out on an item.

FIX
We've generally narrowed down the issue to your Save data being corrupted. This may be caused because you shut the game down abruptly or another issue occurred. Please note that this will wipe your save file contents. If you want, back it up elsewhere.
First, make sure Risk of Rain 2 is closed.
Restart Steam.
Next, locate the folder that your userprofiles are saved in. This is typically in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata(ACCOUNTNUMBER)\632360\remote\UserProfiles
There should be an xml file in there with a bunch of random characters, i.e
2919dc8a-fd4c-4c3c-bd7d-8aeeac67b831.xml
Open the .xml file in Notepad. Go to https://pastebin.com/BQkjgRrK and copy the contents of the Pastebin INTO the .xml file, REPLACING ALL THE EXISTING CONTENT. Press Save.
Reopen the game in Steam.
Please let me know if this works - we will be patching the game in the future to work around this, but for now this should at least let you enjoy the game.

don't know if this has already been reported but if you dash downwards with mercenary's eviscerate ability and hit the ground during it at a steep enough angle you will take a ton of damage not sure but it seems like it might be fall damage

Maybe already reported but if you use Ocular HUD while channelling Auto-Nailgun you get permanent 100% crit as long you still channel Auto-Nailgun even affter the 8 second timer.
when allied ghosts die, their bodies stay there while retaining the ghost texture. this was the first run that i got the mask and it seems like this is not an isolated incident but is actually consistent with all the dead ghosts, but it looks like more of a bug, so i thought i might as well submit it here to make sure

Came here to expand on what zyxago has put as I discovered and played with the bug last night. If you activate Ocular HUD and then use MUL-T's Retool and start channeling auto nailgun you gain a permanent 100% crit until you take another action.
Plus, you won't gain the crit effect if you activate it while channeling the nailgun - you'll have to stop it for a moment and restart the channel to get the crits
My game continues to plague me with this nonsense. It doesn't update when closing, so it just wipes my profile each time I close. (I also have to force quit or restart to allow steam to open it again)

@magic gust It takes a minute for my copy to close completely, and I have a pretty powerful rig -- it may be that saving the profile is (or takes place during) an expensive operation? Try giving it some time next time you close the game and see if it saves then.

I have noticed that the turret/drones in this game just... stop firing, they are in a target rich environment so I can only imagine that the amount of choices boggling the AI's choice.
It seems to happen at random though, sometimes they won't fire on the starting stage and I have to redeploy them. Other times they cease functioning at 74 mins. when the fire is hot.

I have been rotating around the map for 15 minutes. There is infact no 7th beacon. I did 6 and the boss became vulnerable, then the second time around I gilded them all and she remains invul.

Infinite Critical Bug
When playing on the Robot, I ran into a distinct bug when using the Ocular HUD (which grants 8 seconds of crit). If you hold down the machine gun left click without letting go, the criticals far outreach 8 seconds, going basically infinite. TL;DR: You can use Ocular Hud to achieve infinite crit with the minigun despite not having any crit strike items. This did not strike me as an intended effect 😮
I was able to consistently replicate this throughout multiple sessions.

Had a problem on my first run, I was on the swamp map (i don't know the name sorry) I activated the teleporter to fight the boss, but it appeared behind a wall (the one looking like a big door) and I couldn't defeat it.
I had to leave my run which is sad.

whenever i load into the game (even tried uninstalling it and removing vjoy (someone said that could be an issue)) my character is stuck looking down and force rolling i tried it with a controller and the same issue persists. i posted the same issue in the steam bug reports and apparently im not the only one
My video got corrupted but with MUL-T I experienced a bug where the value for height never got reset once on the ground so every time when I jumped or landed from a slight slope I took massive fall damage. It never reset either and basically ruined the run. I am not sure how it happened though.

When you join an ongoing game to spectate, player items are invisible until they pick up a new item.
I encountered (and still do) a bug where I loose all my progress in the game when I exit it, and then steam will tell me I'm still ingame... really blows when you had an amazing run 86 minutes + and all you achieved is gone

Hi, huge fan of the game. Found a bug where, with MUL-T, if you use the Ocular HUD while the Auto-Nailgun is activated, the crits won't activate until you stop shooting and start again. This also makes it so if you never stop shooting the Auto-Nailgun, you have infinite crits. Don't know if someone else already alerted this issue, but just wanted to report.
Game crashes and blue screens randomly while playing. Driver seems to crash, all drivers up to date as far as I can tell.

Had 2 bugs during a multiplayer game. One where the teleporter was invisible on my screen on the second level. (Not pictured) And another on level 3 where I would fall though the map, get teleported back up and continue to fall back down through again.

I'd like to second what @rotund pine said about the teleporter being invisible in some matches. While playing multiplayer I've had this happen on a couple occasions. The teleporter would be invisible for me but was visible for my party member.

Hi, just played 3 hours in a row, it was really fun ! We were 4 and we found a bug, sometimes, when a level start, one of our player is stuck at the spawn, can take Damages, can't attack, all the items work except the usable.
killed a Boss that was 3 enemies in one (forgot the name) and when all 3 where killed the boss still had 2000 hp. Me and my friend ran around trying to look for a fourth but were unable to find one, effectively ending the run as the teleporter would not open

NO FEATURE to stop somebody stealing your loot when you unlock a crate,
PLEASE make it so that ONLY YOU can grab the item that you paid for for the first 5 seconds.
This way if you're purchasing an item for a friend it's only a 5 second wait before they can grab their 'gift'.

This happened last night so I don't have a capture of the incident. The beetle guard companion earned from the queen's gland can get stuck on some terrain, like the fences in the snowy area. I realized this when I saw it was dying and found it getting pot shot at by enemies while stuck.
Not sure if its intended or not, but taking Shaped Glass causes the health bar to stay at half instead of halving your health and then resetting the health bar to the max width again
At certain angles, I am getting random flashes of light and colors that just sort of spin around and obscure everything. On some levels they are just sort of amorphous blobs of color, and on others they are geometric shapes, usually triangles made as if there were a bunch of lines cutting my screen into areas of different colors. Sometimes looking at the ground or away from large blank/far away areas stops this. I have a similar thing happening in the background of the menu. I used to have it happening in the background of the settings, but turning down LOD Bias and some other settings (Initially the game was very laggy, but reducing resolution and many of the graphics settings fixed this).

Hey guys. Happened when I died and was spectating my brother in co-op. We were in a level that had two planes of elevation, so I think that's why it bugged? Anyways, he killed the boss and teleported and it returned to normal after. Hope it helps 😃
the game made my keyboard animation for "lock maj", "lock num", and the third liht (if you know what i mean) to not work anymore xD i dunno how, but the thing would just work be restarting the session. (keyboard : Corsair Strafe RGB)

Played several rounds of online multiplayer with a 2nd player. I was the host and the teleporter would sometimes be non visible for the 2nd (non-host) player.

Playing with engineer, Hardlight Afterburner gave me 2 more charges of Primordial Cube, on top of 2 more shield charges
I picked the primordial cube after the afterburner. I don't think I had any other item able to do this.

If you use the Ocular HUD item to gain the crits for 8 seconds, we found a way to keep the crits forever. we were playing as MUL-T and had his fast shooting arm. and if you just keep shooting after the effect ends, you keep the effect.
This has probably already been mentioned, but Drones seem to get stuck on the other side of the map from the player quite often. Loving the game so far!
Somehow managed to boost in such a way as MUL-T that I boosted through the geometry. I believe I hit the fallen pillars and the wall at JUST the right angle. Not a major issue by any means, but found it noteworthy

@rich estuary i was having a weird thing with MUL-T and Ocular HUD as well. If I was shooting the nailgun when I activated the Ocular HUD, the weapon would not apply crit damage immediately. I would first have to stop firing (letting up on mouse1) and then start firing again (mouse1) for crit damage to start being applied.

It has most likely been put here, but in some locations nearly everything disappears from the map. Also super easy out of bounds.
When finding the "Altar to N'kuhana" i was able to see the skeleton needed to kill in order to get the achievement but my friend could not see it. We had a third friend in the game that was above us doing something and he was the host of the game.

Potential bug, having vjoy controller drivers installed on your system, they don't even need to be running or anything, but it makes the game think the controller is plugged in, leading to things like control bindings shown as whatever is bound for controller, as well as the cursor on the main menu being the controller cursor, as well as very floaty. Issue i found with it was that my screen would be infinitely holding downwards, as if a controller was plugged in with the analog stick held down. uninstalling any traces of the driver on the system solved the issue for me, but was inconvenient.

Not sure if anyone has reported this yet, but if you hold M1 after activating Ocular HUD with MUL-T's first machine gun configuration you have infinite crits even after Ocular HUD runs out, until you let go of M1 again, or the firing is interrupted. It may as well work with any other character, but I've only done it on MUL-T.

its happens most frequently on the first zone, and snowzone. We've experienced it 3 times in multiplayer. Never has happened in single player.

I just used the dash from 3 stacked wax quails, and clipped through the ground. When I reappeared after colliding with the killbox, I continued to clip through the floor and all other physical objects. I was playing Huntress, and also tried to use blink onto another non-floor object, a rock, and continued to fall through it and the floor
I can't try to confirm this right now, but when two people play MUL-T and one of them dies while shooting the nail gun, both players will continue to hear shooting sounds for a couple minutes.
@sudden wave, after playing a few rounds of RoR 1, I don't notice the same jump on the difficulty meter after teleporting to a new area.

So I played five hours of the game and after booting it up right now I've lost character and achievement progress, item unlock, control bindings, lunar coins and everything.
the magma worm boss was outside of the red zone, and im not sure if you have to stay inside the red zone but i assumed it was there for a reason. since i was playing mercenary i couldnt really attack it at all which seemed kinda unfair, it did move back in eventually and i did have the preon accumulator so i could've killed it eventually but felt it was worth making a remark on

I've been having issues with Quickplay since yesterday and it seems other people as well. It either says "Game starts in 0 seconds" but never starts or it says some absurdly high number like 143748 seconds. Yesterday I managed to play but today I tried a lot with no luck.

So I'm not sure if this is intended, but the item that steals elite abilities seems to be broken. When it steals the shield ability you get an additional 50% of your max health as shield, but as soon as it's over, it'll remove the shield AND half your health.
Maybe it treats both shields and health the same... interesting

Looks like MUL-T in travel mode can get stuck between the groups of 4 narrow pillars in Outpost Delta. You can get out by using your utility skill again, just thought it might be an oversight
So you have like 1400/1400hp, you proc the elite shield, giving you 2100/1400. Then it runs out and you're left with 700/1400

This is kind of weird and hard to explain. But, when I am in game, the crosshair wants to point straight at the ground. It seems to have something to do with my controller. Specifically the "vertical look scale" if i have it set to anything other than .01, the game violently tries to look straight down, if i invert the controller it tries to look up. BUT, I have tried about everything i can think of to fix it, i restarted my computer, uninstalled the game, disconnected all controllers, power cycled my pc, installed the game on different hard drives, pretty much every troubleshooting process i can think of. This doesn't seem to be happening to anyone else. I am using the white xbox elite controller. but the problem persists even after everything i previously mentioned. Please help.
Not sure if this is a bug or a feature. I activated a Newt Shrine after I killed everything and primed the teleporter on the first stage of Titanic Planes, got a blue orb around the teleporter, but nothing else happened and I couldn't travel to the shop area. I think it's because the teleporter was already primed, the portal couldn't activate properly. Honestly kind of pissed because that was my 11th coin and now I can't get the Artificer until I get a new one.

Persistent issue with Risk of Rain 2 and potentially its interaction with Discord. At around 8 - 10AM today I experienced multiple instances of a loss of connection to my game host. When trying to re-join, I was able to return to the multiplayer lobby screen with the party roster in the top right. Then, the screen would immediately turn black, hang for a few seconds, then boot me to the main menu.
Additionally, Discord's voice functions would completely fail and prevent reconnection to the call. All other internet-related functions including Discord text chat remained active.

Really minor, but the Sentient Meat Hook spawns in before your character does. I'm sure this problem exists with other items, but this one's especially noticeable because of how large it is

With the Mul-T and the hud equipment you can cause some serious game breakage. Note 1, when activating the hud and getting 8 seconds of increased damage you'll have to halt firing nails and restart it to pickup on the hud equip activation. essentially losing some precious time. The other however is also possible. Long after the hud equip has worked it's magic, the effect remains as long as you don't stop shooting nails. It will persist to give you high damage for as long as you hold the button. Truth is you are quite slow, but this is in all effect a bug that allows you to continuesly use the hud equipment for no extra cost but slowed movement.
My profile has deleted itself. I played for a few hours, closed the game and when I relaunched it asked me to make a new profile with no progress saved on it and got rid of my old profile.
Bloom checkbox doesn't appear to be uncheckable.
Resolution reverts itself upon a new launch, and on further examination the setting for resolution changes back to maximum if you click off the 'video' menu in settings.

Alright, so very very deadly bug on mercenary. With most skills in the game you can cancel their momentum to avoid fall damage like using say mercenary's abilities to save yourself at the last moment or simply blink into the ground to avoid the fall altogether.
But of all the moves I have tested so far, mercenary's Eviscerate not only keeps the momentum but actually seems to enhance your fall making you take enormous fall damage from heights that were otherwise completely safe. https://gyazo.com/6069f02443c55108ee3adf968c650524 His other abilities when aimed downward into the ground do not produce this deadly side effect.

The first time I played with my friend, I could see the teleporter and he couldn't.
Video didn't capture since it was unexpectedly ended.
Basically I activated the teleporter and it said "Imp Overlord" with a lifebar
but it didn't appear for like 20-30 seconds? I was wandering around the teleporter trying to find where it was.
Then it appeared but he wasn't moving.

i got a bug at some time i had the items as shown below in my screenshot. At some point (i was around minute 79) all my items dissapeared and got replaced by 79 bullet item (the one that gives bonus dmg agains bosses) and sometimes i would run as if i was no_clipping
I stood in place shooting this Overloading Worm for 20 minutes and it never stopped jumping in place. Not that they aren't scary enough, but they seem lose track of targets pretty easily and get into loops.

No matter if I have fullscreen turned on or off, on a 1080 dual monitor system with a second monitor which is 144hz i cannot get the application to run at above 60hz, and the fullscreen is not exclusive (if i pause i can run the mouse off the left edge). seems like in some situations the game isn't forcing exclusive fullscreen

MUL-T's tooltips don't display any information about Rebar Puncher. When using an Ocular HUD in Nail Gun mode, critical hit rate is snapshot when you first shoot. If you use OHUD after you begin firing, you do not get any crits. If you use OHUD before you start firing, you have guaranteed crits for as long as you continue to fire.
I don't know if anyone has been discussing it. But the Mage's Projectiles will sometimes disappear before hitting targets? They'll just vanish and do nothing.

Huge bug : When clearing an area with Commando, with my team of 3 players, i've use the teleporter and I was than stuck. Both of my teammate were able to move, but me. I was with these items in the ice stage
If you charge Engineer's bombs while sprinting, you stop sprinting, but if you begin to charge and then sprint, they continue to charge and fire from the position of the launcher during the sprint animation.
MUL-T's gun does the same thing if you start charging before sprinting

So far after about 10 hours of playing, there were only a couple of "bugs" I've encountered. The first, while playing Mul-T, I was on the 3rd world (snow map) and hit my movement skill (shift key) and went under a container box but was able to move to the other side and out from under it. The second one I found may not be a bug but the hosts latency, basically we found that some chest were not in the same place on my screen as on his and vice versa, and one of us would appear to be walking on air to the other. Didn't really happen again when I hosted. Figured I post on here just to let someone know. Thank you!

In two player co-op, in level 3, we had the giant Imp boss, I died at the exact same time as the boss, my partner did not. He was unable to activate the teleporter despite the boss not being anywhere on the map. On his screen, the objective just said "Enter the Teleporter," on my screen, it said "Enter the Teleporter zone! (99%)" and "Defeat the boss!"

hey, i found a bug with ocular HUD. If you activate the item and do not release mouse 1 after activation you wont stop crit-ing until you release it. Im not sure if this is intended, but i have had moments where i could crit 2 straight minutes because i did not release mouse 1 after activating the item. I have done this in 2 runs with MUL-T, but i havent gotten the item yet with any other character and am not sure if it will do the same thing.
No host migrations so when somebody dies and gets upset that you're getting all that sick loot and they quit the game you lose everything too 😃 🔫

i fixed that bug on my end and my friends end by reinstalling and restarting PC as well as verifying file integrity
I've reinstalled/restarted, verified/restarted. THOUGH, if my brother is hosting the game, game runs normally in private lobby. Only happens when I play with anyone else (which leads me to believe maybe a setting with network possibly).
[bug] Quitting to menu and then rejoining a friend during teleporter event will allow you to get the achievement "clear teleporter without taking damage"

The hardlight afterburner (red item) has a game breaking bug on Mul-T. Upon using any of the additional charges it grants to Transport mode and ramming bigger enemies (like golems), it started to apply fall damage to me every single time my character's elevation decreased from any source for the rest of the game. The act of simple trying to walk down a gentle incline resulted in me going from full health to nearly dead in less than 2 seconds. There were no enemies nearbye. Attached are screenshots of the damage result from simply jumping up and down in place.
Im not sure if it's a bug or not But Mercenary can be hit during his Skill: R and The Golem Boss Laser thing that chases you Hit's Mercenary While he is using it.

When I load into a game, all of my binds in the bottom right say "unknown". I am constantly stuck shooting, periodically I will use my ability and become stuck in a loop of that. I have tried verifying game files, uninstalling, using a controller. What can I do to stop this
I know these images aren't the most enlightening, but it was very hard to catch split second instances of damage in motion with a screenshot.
So there isn't really a way to screencap it, but if you turn on the "limit FPS" option it causes your game to stutter for a second or two whenever you pick up an item not a huge deal, but if it doesn't get reported it can't be fixed, right?
Can;t really screenshot, and not 100% sure if it was a bug, but I think the cursed dagger didn't go off. I didn't see any projectiles or any extra damage whenever I killed anything. It was a multiplayer game and was pretty chaotic though, and I haven't gotten cursed dagger since, so haven't been able to verify yet.

My friend and I kept falling through the map as MUL-T on the snow level.
no idea how to recreate it or what happened, but upon activating 2 shrines on the lava map, with the teleporter being near a wall in a smaller enclosed area, a group of me and two other friends went to activate the the teleporter and upon doing so, there was no bosses that spawned but 8 reaper's scythes spawned (probably unrelated) appeared as if we had killed the bosses and we all got the achievement for killing a boss in under 15s from activating the teleporter.
if the game doesnt shut down properly you dont save any progress, both me and my friend lost our first game sessions worth of progress, would be nice if it at least saved per run or level

When joining a multiplayer lobby I get told "invalid lobby ID" and then my internet basically gets disabled entirely for a short period of time, only happens when its a multiplayer lobby

After looping through once (in multiplayer), I spawned on the next map unable to shoot or move, I could still take damage and die. Note, I was dead the map before.
When I was playing as MUL-T and I was using the ocular HUD, the crits didn't activate until after I stopped firing then started again. I also continued to get crits after the effect of the equipment wore off so long as i kept firing.

I didn't take a screen cap but when i spawned on the snow map i was constantlyu falling through and taking damage from enemies until i died. I was playing multiplayer with one friend, it was on very hard and it was the third area we were in if that helps pinpoint the issue.

The game menus cause insanely high gpu usage anywhere from 85-100% and it just goes up and up even if your fps is capped. This is a very dangerous bug as it could easily fry someones video card if they were to afk on the menus. The only workaround i have found was to enable half vsync in game.
love the game but get massive frame drop (freezes for a few seconds) when picking up items. Any Ideas?

I had a 360 controller plugged in when I started the game the first time, it made all my abilities say "unknown " instead of the key they are bound to, and my screen constantly is pulled downward by what I assume is a nonexistent joystick input. I have the controller unplugged now but it still happens. Any way to completely disable controller input?

Ocular HUD wasn't working for me with Mul-T's nailgun. Not sure if this is working as intended because I don't think I had any of the crit glasses.

If you press sprint and hold fire at the same time, the engineer can sprint while firing.
Y on the xbox one controller doesn't seem to be working in multiplayer matches, it does in single player. Ability doesn't activate when used but it does activate at the next teleport

The ||mage|| showed up in the shop for half of us, the other half like myself didn't see it.
With Mul-T's nailgun and oculur hud, you can have 100% crit forever as long as you don't stop shooting.

On the second stage in the swampy place these little buggers like to walk in circles on this shrine. There was about 11 of them but I shot them on instinct, hence the dead bodies up there.

Gold portal was glitched for me. There was an objective piece missing that didn't let me progress
this is probably a big problem, having risk of rain 2 open DISABLES MY WIFI ENTIRELY, the wifi signal is still present yet it says "No internet access."
after closing risk of rain 2 my PC tanks for a minute or two, then my wifi starts working again and everything goes back to normal.

One of the objectives disappeared after I completed the first set in the gold portal
I was playing as MUL-T and there appears to be a bug with Ocular HUD. If you are firing the minigun when you activate Ocular HUD, the 100% crit does not take place. However if you activate the ability, and then hold left click, you are able to have 100% crit INDEFINATELY. As soon as you use your right click, or movement ability it cancels the affect. I was able to have the Ocular HUD active for like 2 min +

Encountered a bug where the 3 Optional items pod will spawn within the wall a little, and if you purchase one of the items that is on the INSIDE, it will not drop at all.
Using Mercenary's dash on greater wisp knocks the wisp back VERY far

occassionally during Mul-ts dash if you press your R mid way it will fire off a barrage of explosives at the ground and do self damage
exploit: if you swap your ultimates (rockets and health) the cd instantly goes away. You can keep swapping the two items constantly for instant max health and missile spam.
90% of the time when I pick up an item my frames skip, although they are perfectly fine otherwise.

i don't know if spawning teleporters inside containers is intended but this one took me a long time to find
its possible to get the area behind the doors by falling through the map and its also possible to get stuck
As MULT-T When having a ton of movement speed buffs and Ramming into to enemies it ends up causing you to get in into "1st person mode"
huntress can also teleport through the gap above the doors
havent done much testing with it, but if you use the Ocular HUD with MUL-T, you keep the crit bonus for as long as you hold LMB, including after the buff runs out. I dont have a screenshot or video of it
My friend was dead and when i went into a gold portal between levels it forced him out of spectate and made him watch his own dead body.

Group of friends were doing a really nice run, got the shop portal to spawn on stage 3 (Outpost) completion without paying a coin, the green item cauldron was above the portal spawn and unable to be interacted with for everyone except the host.
In my group of 3, I had unlocked the Artificer through the proper path, however when we revisit the appropriate area with the same party, my other 2 party members who have not unlocked the Artificer see a sort of basket thing in its place, however I still see the Artificer as available to unlock
Artificer not showing up at the Bazaar for everyone but the host, and anyone who already purchased the survivor. Multiplayer only issue. New host can see it, and others can't.

When playing multiplayer, if someone starts lagging it causes a desync. Once theyre finished lagging theyre stuck with the amount of time spent lagging behind. Basically, if you lag for 15 seconds, you'll be 15 seconds behind. Eventually you disconnect entirely from the game

I just experienced a bug with a friend of mine during a multiplayer session. On the first stage of our second loop we encountered a blazing (elite) stone titan. During the fight, when he activated his laser, it was able to go through single or multiple surfaces. The laser was not visually penetrating the surfaces but we were taking taking damage regardless. Are we missing something or is this a bug?
Quick bug report, in main menu, values on the keyboard/mouse settings will still appear over the option window when your scroll
I don't know how to really screenshot this bug per se, but when I have the robot followers and I go into a cave-like room, I notice that the robots try to go towards me in a direct line in my direction rather than around the outside cave wall towards my location. I'll go ahead and try to replicate the bots' behavior and record a video of it.

For those having white/black screen issues. I found a temp fix. Right click the ror2.exe and run with integrated graphics. For some reason it is not responding to any of the gpu's. @hopoo @Paulthegoat @Ghor

Hey, me and my brother are loving the game immensely however, our runs almost always end with his info screen popping up with no way to get rid of it. Quitting to the menu doesn't do anything as the menu will be up when we start the next run. Restarting the game does get rid of the menu though, that is until it randomly pops up again. If anyone knows any fixes for this I'd love to hear it. (yes we've tried restarting the pc)
I encountered a bug twice playing multiplayer with 1-2 friends, we advanced to the next stage and I was stuck floating in mid air only able to use my equipment slot this happened on the Delta map. The second time after walking through the golden portal it happened again, my camera was out of the map and unable to move, it was like I was put in spectate mode but I had no one to spectate although there was two players alive including me. This is what it looked like during the second incident. This happened in two different matches in the same session of playing
I just ran into an issue where I died and while my controller was vibrating from an enemy hit, I backed out into the menu and my conrtoller didn't stop vibrating. It wasn't until I quit out of the game that it stopped. Not a serious bug, just annoying. I did not try starting another run, but I don't think it would have stopped the vibrating.

Merc is able to blink through a lot of walls if there is a corner. Noticed it most on the swamp map.

Bug report - As a mercenary, I used my Shift ability RIGHT as the level changed over and warped us, and I spawned into the next level untargetable, and unable to move.
Weird visual issue my friend was having. Game was fine in single player and when she hosted in multiplayer, but when she tried to join a game I hosted the game was rendered all blurry. The interface was still fine, just the main world render was blurred.
Seems to be a bug with players leaving ingame and then you can no longer ready up in the hero selection menu. Has happened 2 times now. Button just wont do anything

When using mul-t and ocular hud, if you dont stop shooting with the nail gun and use the ocular hud, it will never proc until you stop shooting and start shooting again

There is a bug where sometimes when you spawn in you are unable to move or shoot. But the game will register keys pressed outside of in game. You are locked out of doing anything until you are killed

Played a game with Huntress. Did not have any objective listed and we searched for a teleporter for 25 minutes in the first area and couldn't find anything.
the crowdfunder stacking with fuel cell has a backup issue, where i click once and lets say im out of money, it will continue to instantly shoot all of my money the moment i get it. It stops shooting if im playing mul-t and switch equipment or i find equipment to switch with

When attempting to enter a Gold Portal in Co-Op, the host of the game was able to spawn and play normally but other clients were technically spawned into the map without any control of their characters.
In the swamp level, the Beetle Queen boss spawned far on the other side of this big textureless wall, and we had to wait for her to walk all the way over to the wall before we could shoot her. She could not damage us, not that i noticed anyway. The teleporter was slightly inside the wall if that helps.
In the cold world/ world 3 i experienced falling through the bottom of the world on repeat not being able to break it. i was commando on I see you difficulty.

I'm having an issue with taking huge amounts of damage (between 250-700) from normal jumping as Mul. Not sure if it's a mechanic or a bug.
If someone spectates a game where you obliterate yourself at the Obelisk, they'll unlock both the achievement and the character despite not playing at all.

With enough forward momentum (Using jump boosting items especially) and moving into a sloped surface you can fly into the skybox in one jump.
Hi guys. I just joined this server so I could report a bug that just happened to me.
I was in a multiplayer game with 3 random people, all going fine. Then suddenly... My camera starts "moving" to the right. On its own. Continuously.
I did alt + tab, opened a text editor, to see if maybe it was my keyboard that was bugged. Nope, it wasn't.
Came back onto the game. When I entered a menu (escape key or tab), camera stopped moving. As soon as I came back to the game, it started moving again.
It made the game impossible to play for me, and very nauseating 😂 so I had to alt+f4.
I don't know if it could help, but : I was the game's host. (I had the crown in the lobby)

I am getting pretty constant, what I guess is disconnection, from multiplayer "QuickPlay" idk if this is hosted server side or if its local host but im just losing connection to them or they are disconnecting. Its in the middle of games and it can be a little annoying since some of the unlocks are based on playing through levels in games but also being disconnected in world 2

This has been happening very frequently for me as well. Being randomly disconnected from games is pretty common, happens almost every game I play in.
the whole event is I try to connect to a friends lobby and nothing happens, if I try to connect via clip board the buttons for quickplay and create privet server goes gray

In game with 2 others, during the mission one person died near the halfway mark, after myself and the other guy went to the portal, we took care of the boss, but I unfortunately died to a elite lizard man.
Following my death my last teammate had successfully entered the golden portal, but after loading I was stuck spectating while both teammates, including the dead one revived, were playing. I could not switch who I was spectating, the 3rd player I couldn't see through the spectators screen, but I could see their dmg numbers on enemies, they could see my character spawn in, but it just stood there and died shortly after.
Only 6/7 towers, that you have to pay to light up to kill the boss, showed up. One was missing no matter how many time they circled and ran through the map, even searching previous points they have seen the tower spawn.
guys not really a bug but i was playing a single player game and paused it to check on something and accidentally clicked quit to desktop effectively killing my game... should probably add a confirmation there lol

bug: in 2 player (online) mode after entering the golden portal Player 1 (host) died. Player two completed encounter and was able to get to the portal to the next level, the prompt was available but would not allow the player to exit the map, enemies continued to spawn. Player 2 quit and player 1 was respawned on the following level.

I don't know if its much of a bug, mostly a physics issue but on Mercenary with Wax Quail. If you jump into the logs at the right spot you can fling your self super high into the air.

Mouse cursor keeps drifting to the bottom of the screen and also forces me to look down in game. There's also two cursors for some reason? I heard that it might have something to do with a program called vjoy, I'll try to find it and uninstall it and see if it works.
@chrome epoch that’s not exclusive to merc :> you can do the same thing with any character on random angles things usually. Blasted myself up off map with huntress by clipping a tree while sprint-blinking, and then my friend who was playing with me did a slightly less graceful flight with MUL-T, winding up killing herself from the fall.

Posting because I get a second of fps freezing lag whenever I pick up an item, i've tried fiddling with the settings and that doesn't seem to help at all. It also lags when a challenge is completed and the text pops up.
Just experienced a bug where one of 3 vagrant wanderer bosses spawned behind a wall by the teleporter and we were unable to proceed due to this. Only Commando's piercing shot could inflict damage but was not worth the effort and time.
Also encountered a situation where all my items turned into a 10 stack of the medpack 😦

My friend is in the party, but he does not see my character, he does not connect to the chat, he cannot click ready and as you see in the right lower corner there's only one player icon and that's mine.
We tried joining quick play and what happened was I connected and he still did not, no player icon, no ready button, no characters in the background, no chat.
He tried:
- reinstalling the game
- repairing the game multiple times (has one file missing, which does not download with the repair option)
- running it as an administrator
- obviously, restarting the game a bunch of times
- restarted his PC
- checked and disabled his firewall, as well as check for his antivirus program blocking anything
- restarted his router
- tried the fix for the ready button in pinned messages
You can get on steep hills by jumping and doing a dash as soldier ( also you can boost on teammates). Thisd way you can get out of bounds
EDIT: Addition to @wanton parcel 's post, this is what my side of the screen looks like. I tried running the game both in fullscreen and in windowed mode to see if the issue persists. Same result.

I had virtual controllers installed (vJoy) and disabling them in Device Manager seemed to do the trick. They will be under the Human-Interface Devices and named "vJoy Device". Right-click and disable the device and see if that fixes it for you!

Weird bug where I couldn't see teleporter but my friend (he had died) could. My friend was the one hosting
So I tried to form a lobby with my friend and it seems that whoever is the host can load the lobby but the other one cannot load everything so they are stuck on the character selection with NO model, difficulty vote panel and CAN'T press the ready button!

No screenshots but my group and I had a weird error on the snow map where the left side was completely nonexistent? The texture was there but you'd fall through the floor until you hit a point that bounced you back to the texture over and over

My frame rate keeps dropping from 60 to as low as 2, it's not even when there's a lot of stuff on screen, just randomly happens every few minutes

if you are holding down the attack button while activating the ocular HUD your attacks will not crit until you repress the fire button. Likewise attacks will not stop critting until attack button is repressed.

Most easily replicated on multiplayer. Using m2 to cancel future animations, shifting downwards and then ulting (which is the opposite direction) and shifting again freezes the players hp previous invuln state. Player can recieve damaged but health resets to full/partially full almost immediately afterwards (or because of subsequent hits)
I'm the host. Playing with 1 other friend. Triggered Newt Altar and entered portal. Friend unable to see Frozen mage (he was trying to unlock it). Left the bazaar and now he is unable to move at all.
I'm stuck looking down. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verify files, and restarting my pc. nothing works.

Hey I can't seem to join my friends lobby when invited. I just get this screen where I can't ready, select a character or see his character. The result is the same vice versa (he joins my lobby) :/ Is this a problem on our end?
I don't know if this qualifies as a 'bug' so much as a technical point of interest. It seems that however the audio is mixed seems to compress a lot of audio. I understand there's a lot of sounds going on at any given point in-game, but sound quickly stacks up and seems to be sidechained to footsteps , which results in a strange pulsating effect that is pretty distracting. It's very specific to outline, but it stuck out to me many times.
Frame glitch whenever someone playing Mercenary strikes a dead Bell enemy / Friendly turret / (Maybe more?). Its hard to describe, but the video should demonstrate the issue. As cool as it might look, it causes a delay to the player as they cant actually 'attack' again till the animation finishes. And seeing as how this slows the animation, it makes fighting near the aforementioned things difficult.
I found a kind of fun bug: as MUL-T, effects such as ocular hud's 100% crit chance and the vulture necklace thing's fire you get for killing a flame elite are applied to your m1 nail gun from the moment you click while active til the moment you stop the attack
UI error if you're using 240 hz
Effectively, if you're careful you can get infinite 100% crit chance on your nail gun provided you don't use any other skills or interrupt your attack. Very useful, but pretty broken.
After getting "shaped glass" instead of reducing the max number of health by half, the green bar would just stop at the middle, which is 1: inconvenient, and 2. if you stack it, than it would probably stop at 1/4 the way. which would make determining the player health count very troublesome. also love the game!
Is the wandering vargant supposed to move? Because for me he's stuck in place, He's still attacking as he's supposed to, but stuck in place

this item container spits out at least one of the items into the abyss and I think it's unretrievable
While in this area I was knocked through the ceiling from a explosion and kept spawning back on the rim of the map. Trying to go back into the map teleported me back out.
I had a bug in Bazaar between Time where, when I spawned in the entrance, both of my friends appeared in front of the portal, but I spawned inside the rock which is under the portal. When I moved, I fell down from this invisible spot and started falling off until the end of the map... Then I spawned again in front of the portal, this time in the rock instead of inside the rock.
I was on the swamp level earlier today - did not take a screenshot, but after running around the level for ~30 minutes I could not find the teleporter. I was able to go through the level completely probably 3 or 4 times over (this was my 2nd rotation through the levels), checked under the water, checked up top all the way, ran around the ground level several times and was unable to find it. I think it may have spawned within some of the level geometry or something, or possibly it did not spawn at all.
At the start of the level I had gotten the "the ground is warming up" event (not sure if that will help or matter regarding finding the bug but I figure I might as well report as much as I remember).
Also I tried emailing the contact@hopoo email twice, and it came back "undeliverable" both times.
I don't know if this is intentional, but you can charge up engineer's grenade while you're sprinting.
Just press mouse 1, sprint, and it keeps charging. Not that it exceeds the charge limit of 8 (the limit is still there), but while you're attacking (or holding mouse) with other characters you don't sprint.

i have a bug idk how it happened but my profile after playing for like 5-6 hours getting all but the mage characters got deleted/disappeared when i relaunched later that day, i already went back and regrinded so its fin but i think it had something to do with me alt-f4 when i went to go play with other friends during a middle of a run
as the survivor when you use the nail gun with the Ocular hud and you dont stop shooting even after the 8 seconds you crit all the time.
A teleporter never spawned in on a stage 😦
It wasn't titanic plains, but the other grassy level.
I would like report a bug that occurred in my game. This bug had to with ocular hud item, in which it did not active the crit bonus even though it applied the affect on my character. This has only occurred on the character MUL-T and not on any of the other characters yet. Thank you for your time.
Brass Contraption's dead body still responds to sword strikes, not sure if intended, if so - kinda annoying.
@pulsar moat I just did my first run with MUL-T, so I may not be able to completely describe how to reproduce the bug yet, but with the ocular hud its bugged in the sense that if you're firing the nailgun while activating, the effect doesn't take place until you stop firing then fire again.

At the same time, if you don't let go of the trigger and the buff is active, it never goes away. It becane a total cheese run to unlock Merc once I had a cube, the ocular, and a fuel cell
I imagine that the bug exists for other characters with full-auto weapons (which would mean I think this might happen on commando, not sure what other characters have full-auto weapons yet)
My mate had the same thing happen as @steel wing he didn't release LMB and had crits permanently until he let go of his mouse lol. (he also used MUL-t)
On engineer, (Don't know if character based) when combining Wax dove and the H3AD 5T V2 occassionally when jumping on angular surfaces you would be lunched up above the map,
That's probably what the 100% crit bug is, it was mentioned in that tweet about adjusting MUL-T's base stat, if I had to take a guess.

If you spam the shrine of blood and activate just as you get enough hp for it you sometimes don't take any damage
has happened to me now a couple of times with no items that would affect it (e.g. tougher times)
On the ice level there is an alcove thats underneath a passing. If you get magma worm and sit up there, he just jumps up and down in the same spot ||forever||.
Magma worms jump up and down in the same spot most of the time and dont even spawn in boss area.
Also teleporting through portal has a chance of softlocking you in the ground
just had the game crash on me, because i had 5 or 6 backup mags on mul-t and tried to spam them all at once on a vagrant
More then one magma wprm in multiplayer causes the game to ahit itself

If the player is holding mouse1 with the auto-nailgun and they activate the ocular HUD, the critical hits do not register until the nailgun is interrupted. Also, the player can critical hit forever by holding mouse1 with the nailgun (or until another action interrupts the nailgun).
I think the difficulty got bugged after actvating a mountain shrine: in the next runs the first stage was harder than the following and elites spawned even after a single minute in drizzle
i have a problem, that the game doesn't save the resolution i set it to (i use windowed mode), so i have to set it everytime i start the game
Lemurians tend to get stuck on things, sometimes the portal, sometimes they run at walls forever. Sorry I don't have a picture or anything.
in single player its a bit hard to get back through the wall so it's not useful but in multiplayer its very useful because you can simply complete the stage ...

Magma worms behave strangely if there are two layers of standable ground above and below. You can see their underground animation from below and then they usually do not move from that one spot.
It is possible for the drop pods at the start to fall in such a way that players spawn and fall off the map immediately.
yeah seems like the Mul-T nail gun counts 1 bullet as long as you hold the button down
you don't fire i second shot untill you stop firing momentarily, that's why if you are shooting the ocular hud won't activate untill you start shooting again, and won't stop untill you stop firing once activated.
At this point I think going out of bounds using feathers isn't rare right?
i believe those feathers are working as intended lol
I'm uploading a raw video on the problem, but the game has no skybox, which means I can stay out of the enemy spawn region whilst attacking them
Not to mention I only got out of bounds because I couldn't find the teleporter. Even with the advantage point I didn't find it. I think it didn't spawn at all.
To add to the list, occasionally when launching, only a black screen is displayed, and nothing happens
Besides that clip I discovered, there is another bug that can occur when spawning in with drones! When spawning in, its possible for drones to spawn out of bounds, or within geometry in the world! This causes them to be stuck until the next stage, and often draw aggro and acting as a pseudo prismastic cube

Teleporter is sometimes partially underground or hidden by things, it makes it unnecessarily hard to find sometimes

Bug Report : Blazing Stone Giant lasers DoT seem to have a bugged damage value (3200 damage in a single instance in a 1h 10th stage Drizzle run). Can be seen in today's Prismatic Trial, second stage will spawn a Blazing Stone Giant dealing approx 15 damage per burn tick on a ranged fist attack but ~100 for a laser hit
Bug Report: I don't have a clip, but yesterday when I played the snow stage with a friend I kept falling under the map for about 20 minutes straight, being teleported back up I would still go through the ground and only on rare occasions I would be able to jump out of the loop. After a while though I would go back to falling. My friend did not experience the same issue, I played as the Commaner.
I don't know if that is intended but as huntress on stage two you can use blink to go through the door if you jump into the gap
Been seeing this one bug constantly this morning where there is like massive lag. I started a game and I'm just spectating another guy... then my pod falls in the background and I have to wait like 30 seconds for it to register that I pressed E to exit... then my camera is just floating as I control my character from the distance. LOL
Bug report: entering steam chat/overlay doesn't pause the game and it still registers inputs, so you move while typing :v

it seems I have accidentally deleted the video. but on the third level for some reason my character froze on spawn. I was able to move my camera around and see other players moving but could not shoot, or move my character.

When playing as MUL-T, if you activate the Ocular HUD, and use continuously use the auto-nailgun, the guaranteed critical hits will not go away, and you will have crits until you stop firing.
Hi, I have a problem with the games resolution.
I have a 2560x1440 Monitor mirrored with an elgato hd60 pro, every time I start up the game it uses a different window size and the mouse does not move smoothly almost goes slow then fast then slow again.
It makes it impossible to use the menu as moving 1 inch in the game causes me to click onto my other screens. I currently have 3 monitors, 4 if you include the elgato thats mirrored with my main one and 5 if I have my Vive plugged in.

i spawned below the last stage (the one where the mortar crabs show up for the first time) was ble to walk through the wall inte the stage and had no other problems after

Use Ocular hud, and keep shooting with the nail gun. you will still have crits even if it Ocular Hud runs out

The prototype drone gets stuck underneath the catwalks at rally point delta. Maybe have it unable to spawn there?
This has only happened while playing multi, but it has happened twice. Occasionally the camera will get caught on something as the escape pods fall and more or less put you in first person inside of them, this happened first to one of us then three of us at once. Once this happens the only way out is to restart the run. Screenshot attached. on the plus side it looks like a first person mode.

So apparently there's a pretty busted interaction with Wax Quail and H3AD-5T v2. By sprinting into a steep incline and jumping, you will be launched into the cosmos. It might be a combination of those two items and the high movespeed that are doing it, I'm still not entirely sure since there's no way to test it, but it's definitely those few items.

Game does not remember "Resolution" settings and always loads into full windowed mode instead of the resolution I set it to.
Sometimes when joining a game the "Ready" option doesn't work and you're forced to leave the lobby and restart the quickplay
