1st is good invisibility skill that lets you sneak around and gives you survivability with caster build
2nd is great for priming since it gives enemies a bunch of random status effects
3rd is great for orb generation giving orbs with headshot and melee kills(and kills with your 4th)
4th is kinda what everything else you have works around but can also work without it but building around it is really fun

Happy they gave her 4th a speed boost and a actually on all 4s running animation with the prime update

I was also thinking it could very well be a Stalker situation, where Follie was already a warframe just not a puppet, considering lines such as "they wanted to eat you, so you killed all of them?" And "i'm willing to deescalate if you are" to me implies Follie was trying to therapy the zariman children post-incident, and being as volatile as they were fights broke out
