There are funny effects in the game let me turn target permanent into a artifact

But it’s mainly a counters deck

Basically just want to put a counter in Wakka every turn and build up a big board, so lot of tokens generators also

Further rad procs on surrounding enemies also trigger explosions, rad proccing enemies around them, ultimately causing an inevitable daisy chain of rad procs and turning the area into what can only be likened to the Elephant's Foot
