so basically the agency has a contract that pays 1 mil flat and takes about an hour 20, 48 minute cooldown, best way to grind money in the game actively for back to back spam

but i dont really like it, the submarine heist pays about a mil for 45 minutes of work but like 2 and a half hour cooldown

so i just do like one every couple days

and then theres businesses that make money for just existing and occassional management/sales

so this puts the bar for "active" income being good at about 400k an hour
