Using the Grakata as an example, i'd think mechanically and in ammunition grineer weapons would be comparable to modern day firearms, maybe just using a future grineer brand alloy and casing, either for function or style
I'm not savvy with guns, but i think a grakata would be closest to a modern AR like an AK-47 or something, first thing that came to mind
