I think my problem with resurgence is it's significantly more mind numbing ...unless you want to open your wallet
The relics to everything in the bundle are available to buy but it's 1 aya per, and there's no real way to accumulate enough aya for like 10 of each relic passively i don't think? Best i got is cetus tier 4 bounties? And you get like a month to grind aya to get the relics for potentially 3-6 primes depending if you want one or both full resurgences
But good luck if you want the accessories too, at that point it's either you buy the cosmetics seperately which is always 2-4 regal aya each or you buy the whole bundle which is cheaper overall and you get everything with complementary slots and potatoes
Idk i find prime resurgence a finnicky system, i kinda wish with the rotation that pool of relics reentered normal drop tables for the month, so you could at least passively build up the relics

My thing is, say i get a new warframe that i know has a prime, i hold off on investing into that base form beyond like, potatoes, until i can get the prime. I allow my resources such as forma, adapters, shards, etc in reserve for the prime before i start HEAVY investing
Problem is, it might just be a me thing at this point but that bites me in the ass when certain primes are DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to get outside of their specific resurgence rotation or trading for the parts, and it gets frustrating when 60% of my loadouts get stuck in uninvested limbo because they have primes, or just a stronger variant, that i'm too stingy with my resources to invest in their normal form

I thought the same thing, problem is a lot of warframe kits couldn't really 1:1 convert into a usable survivor's kit, some just don't even have an offensive 1 for a primary
Poster boy excalibur for example, he could convert to a survivor, but not without a few tweaks, he has a complete kit but without any warframe weapons you'd have to budge everything over a slot so exalted blade becomes his 1/primary and javelin becomes his 4/special

I can't test it right now but i believe ideal build (for only ch1 accessed parts) would be a medium, fast but sturdy frame ie melander, perhaps double trigger build (two hand guns) for consistent pressure, if you have weapon bay unlocked i suggest the pulse blade for breaking his shield and/or capitalising on the stagger, internals suited to the above as best you can
But really any build is equally capable of beating balteus, hell the whole game, it just comes to an experience viewpoint

its a shame it only goes nicely with the default skin, yet the default skin lacks anything shiny
which is why I needed the gold Youkai shoulders
the "gold" parts around the default skin bug me so much sometimes, but the helmet doesnt have the same texturing or shading as any other skin

the build let me health tank and just regen it back without issue, because of just how insane I made his armor value through Parasitic Armor.
but...I cant really regen energy with Rage if im not taking any health damage.

new Gyre augment capping at only 75%
I wonder if it'll still be better than Adaption, since Adaptation relies on getting hit first to build the resistances, and this is just an always active 75%.
and Gyre having such a high CC focused kit, so you're not always getting hit
and that is if it even counts as actual redirection, like Trinity's Link, and not just DE wording something poorly
